On nous accueil dans leur salle de lavage 🫣 C’est mal propre, les murs, la salle de bain, les coins la poussière c’est épouvantable et sans parler des draps tachés et plein de petite mousse et de cheveux 😳 Nous avons vérifier et revérifier pendant, je sais pas combien de minute les craques de matelas …pas de punaise 🙌🏼Je dirais que s’était le seul point positif 🤣😂 Entre la porte et le cadrage extérieur on voit dehors. Le lit sinon peut appelé ça un lit …on aurait dit une planche . D’après ces étoiles reçues ça doit faire 10 ans passées

Best value motel in the Timmins area. Whenever I go to the office to make a booking the owner is surrounded by running laundry machines. You know this guy cleans. The dignity of a fridge, microwave, and stocked coffee machine are very much appreciated. Fewer and fewer motels and hotels even bother with some of these amenities. There's a pizza place next door and a gas station on the other side for all your needs. This place has all the basics at an unbeatable price, which makes it a rarity in my books.

Thought we were in Timmims. Not so. This is south Porcupine. It was fine for 2 but definitely to small for more people. And road noise was ... let's say noticeable. Not awful. But there.

The Air Conditioner was great. The bed was very comfy !

The TV was having issues , but a member of the staff came and fixed it !

Great for a 1/2 night stay. We did not select breakfast. We went out for breakfast. The bed was confortable.

Very disappointing stay. The room smelled musty, covered with heavy perfume, and felt dirty and poorly maintained. The curtains had a big chunk of you know what… and the whole place looked extremely outdated. We didn’t feel comfortable staying and decided to leave.

Man let me tell you. I have never stayed in a worse place, and I was in the army 4 years and spent countless nights outside in the rain. Blood stain on the bedding, mold in the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, sand all over the floor, heat didn't work in minus 27 weather, had 2 Walmart heaters that blew the breaker twice at 11:45 and sometime in the night as I woke up to no heat. White towels were stained black? Like what is black that you wipe up. Next stay in Timmins, I'll sleep at the homeless shelter for better accomodation. Cheers.

Just okay for the price

There was no matt in the washroom. No tap or anything to refill water bottle. Heating was worst. It was not working at all and they were using the manual heater

Owner/manager appeared to think it was torture checking us in; had to walk into the laundry room with towels laying everywhere, clean, dirty etc. Never spoke two words to me handed me some paper, door to room was wide open, freezing, sheets were not changed, dirt and hair on the "clean" sheets. Dangerous electrical with no heaters working, extension cords hanging everywhere

This is a garbage dump of a “motel” by every definition. My room had bags of garbage I had to step over to open the front door, dead insects in the bathroom, dried fluid under the bed (don’t even want to know what that was), TV out of order, and bare wires from an open electric fan by the shower. Don’t stay here. The manager is as arrogant and neglectful as they come. It took me a month to get my money back because the manager refused to acknowledge my complaints and consent to a refund.

the owner lied, there was no lights or power in the bath room area, some. other people lost all of the power in their room.. most have no heat.

Checkin was in the laundry room and not able to process payment as system was down Room was dirty and in disrepair. Baseboard heater cover off and full of dirt, windows broken, trim laying on the floor, garbage bag in front of room 4’ from garbage can. Mattress was well past replacement date, no Kleenex, soap & shampoo dispensers near empty.

I have stayed at some low priced hotels before, I have to say this place need a lot of work for the price being charged. If I end up in the area again I will not stay there.

Under the bed hasn't been cleaned for who knows how long. The room is fair at best. I'm glad I got the Expedia discount.

This property is definitely not what i expercted and shouldn't be in expedia listing. Certainly not up to your standerds.

The inside of the room was nice and clean, but they need to take better care of the outside — the chairs outside weren’t clean.

Nothing at all. This place takes a respectable second place in the worst place I've ever slept in my many years of traveling. Do yourself a favor - choose another place. Regardless of the price.

Arrogant owner, it's hard to wait for him to come to the office and then he serves you out of necessity. The office is dirty. Trash is lying around in front of the motel. The room is dirty. Everything is sticky. The bedding is dirty. The floor is dirty. The window is plexiglass, not a window, burnt. That night was a nightmare, in the end I would rather sleep in the car.

Unfortunately, this motel needs to be majorly renovated. The motel is in very rough condition. That being aside I have stayed in motels in need of renovation before. The unfortunate situation here is that it is very dirty with heavy dust and other items under the beds handprints on the wall behind the toilet, a broken bathroom sink counter, stains on the mat and in a non-smoking room, cigarette burns on the comforters. While I was there, they were renovating the office and maybe they are going to start renovating some of the rooms as well. I would not stay here again, unless things are totally renovated and cleaning becomes more of a priority.

We’ve stayed there last year and it wasn’t clean at all but because of the location we decided to stay again, for our surprise it’s even dirtier this time, toilet flus not working, food left in the mini fridge not on, for days. Very uncomfortable.

Not like the pictures. Very worn down. Main parts were ok...bed, tub toilet.basics were clean but windows Ac etc need good cleaning.

I liked that it was cheap.

Room and sheets had very bad odour of gigarette smoke. Slept on top of the sheets in my clothes and used my coat as a pillow. Would have been better to sleep in my truck. Building was so close to the highway that the place shook when rigs drove by.

You get what you pay for. Outdated, but worth the stay. Parking on the side street with a trailer worked for me. Watch out for the clerk. He might try and charge you more money to check in.
