Personale non raggiungibile Aria condizionata non funzionante, chiesto info per istruzioni senza ricevere risposta Struttura un tempo bella ma ora trasandata. Tavoletta del wc divelta, ho avvisato ma sembrava non importare. Jacuzzi vecchia, malconcia e sporca, non vorresti appoggiarti Posizione perfetta per dove dovevo andare, ma davvero solo quello. Capisco sia difficile gestire appartamenti ma rispondere ad un cliente è il minimo

Der ligger tre barer lige under hotellet så der var meget støj fra gaden om aftenen. Ikke musik, men bare mange folk der snakker og larmer. Men det havde vi læst om på forhånd og da vi selv var ude til sent, betød det ikke så meget. Ville dog aldrig komme der med børn eller hvis søvn er vigtig

Too noisy after midnight

We were genuinely looking forward to arriving and were expecting our room to be great, especially given the €160 per night price and the fact that the terrace was presented as one of the main features of the room. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, we noticed a number of issues that made the room far below the standard we expected. - The floor was dirty: the parquet was in such poor condition that we did not even feel comfortable walking barefoot on it. - The window was broken: when we tried to open it upon arrival, we realized it was not working properly. We spent around 15 minutes trying to close it again. - The terrace, which is supposed to be one of the main advantages of the room, was extremely uncomfortable. There were no cushions at all on the benches, making them practically unusable. - There were black marks and stains on the walls and furniture, giving the room a general feeling of poor maintenance. - The shower was already very difficult to open, and inside there was a plastic anti-slip mat that was absolutely disgusting, yellowed and blackened. It also appeared to be covering the fact that the shower floor itself was actually damaged/broken. - The shower gel was empty when we arrived. - The power socket on the right-hand side of the bed did not work. - The fridge was completely empty, there was not even a bottle of water provided in the room.

No avisaron hasta el dia antes o no entendi que mo podia ingresar a dejar las valijas hasta las 9. Lo cual me resultó un poco incomodo. Pero no fue un problema mayor.

A acomodação é excelente. A equipe muito gentil e eficiente. O quarto amplo, muito limpo. A localização perfeita, no bairro do momento, com muitos restaurantes, bares, muita animação.

AC not working inside Temperature more than 30 degrees C. Reception Personal non existent. Nobody answers calls. Avoid at all costs!

Location and service

Room 307 is basically an attic and this was very warm. Better a/c is need in the summer for the top rooms. I feel the lower rooms were probably fine.

Really couldn't be more central. Rooms spacious, clean and welcoming. Friendly staff and great check in. Flexible, kind and totally immersed in vibe of Trastevere.

Excelente localização. Fiz vários pontos turísticos a pé. Bares e restaurantes na rua do hotel. Tudo ótimo

Fiquei em um quarto menor no piso térreo. Tudo ótimo, mas há uma janela pequena antes de chegar ao banheiro que não tem cortina. Do prédio ao lado é possível avistar a saída do banheiro para o quarto.

Right in the heart of trastevere. Surrounded by heaps of local cuisine and night-life. Everything super close walking distance.

Bathroom taps and baths could be abit nicer and cleaner. But not a deal breaker

Excelente quarto. Cama super confortável. Mesmo no meio da muvuca, tem zero barulho pra dormir. Banheiro espaçoso. E ainda tem café no quarto.

Meu único ponto eh com relação as fotos do anúncio. Elas confundem. Parece que o quarto eh um. Quando chega não tem nada das fotos de quando reservou.

The property is in an excellent location, right on the cobbled streets of Trastevere. This is a lovely, old town feel area with endless small bars and restaurants on your door step, and walking distance from all of the main attractions in Rome - we didn’t uber/taxi anywhere once during our 3 night stay! The bed was very comfortable, there was definitely visible wear and tear in the room, but very clean all in all. The bathroom was an awkward layout, shower head and sink were definitely due an upgrade, but ideal for the amount of time you actually spend in the room. We only came into contact with one staff member, she was honestly so lovely to chat to! We felt very safe in this location.

The area can be noisy as it is surrounded by bars and restaurants, we were lucky our room was in the back of the building away from the main street. Nothing some earplugs can’t fix though!

The location was very convenient to the sites, museums and restaurants that interested me. Pre-arrival communication was very good.

There was no air conditioning & no hot water for 2 nights & 3 days…

En las noches había mucho gente alrededor que hacían ruido porque está en pleno Trastevere; sin embargo, las ventanas tienen buena filtración del ruido

The staff were very friendly. Central location. Very comfortable bed.

So noisy. The window did nothing to block the street noise. The room was clean but a bit shabby. It could use new paint, curtains, lightbulbs, fix peeling wallpaper, needs a new anti slip mat in the tub. Terrible shower.

The staff was so kind and helpful.

Esta bien pero la habitación está a un lado de la recepción es muy pequeña y en la mañana me despertó la señora de la limpieza, el hotel está en medio de muchos bares y por noche estan llenos de gente, no se escucha tanto pero si hay movimiento nocturno.

Great rooms in unique boutique hotel. Great architectural details and location was right in th middle of all the action. The host at the proeperty was great and very helpful.

It was loud at night, but that is at any place you stay in this immediate busy area. The windows are thick though and cut down the street noise.

Rent och fint, trevlig personal, finns en liten hiss om man behöver, ligger mitt i nöjeskvarteret med barer precis utanför dörren. Skulle absolut bo här igen.

Det enda som var dåligt var att kranen i tvättstället skvätter vatten på ens mage när man använder den. Om man har problem med ljud så ska man kanske inte bo här då bargatan är utanför dörren, men det kan man ju lösa med öronproppar.

La ubicación excepcional y el personal muy amable, llegamos pronto al alojamiento y nos dieron la habitación muy temprano

Baño muy descuidado, lleno de humedades que le daba un aspecto de suciedad y vejez, además la cama no era muy cómodo. Se encuentra en una calle muy transitada y con un bar justo en la puerta, por lo que por la noche hubo bastante ruido, ya que no estaba muy bien insonorizado.

Posizione perfetta, trastevere sopra al ristorante checco er carrettiere, ristorante storico di Roma. Disponibilità dello staff via messaggio fantastica, disponibili anche per un late check in. Pulizia molto molto buona, giornaliera, anche se si esce tardi dalla stanza sono disponibilissimi a pulirla. Camera bellissima, TV, specchio enorme, bella grande, macchina del caffè, bollitore, appendiabiti, phon, tanti dettagli pensati per soggiornare nel comfort. E ci torneremo molto molto volentieri. Per questo metto 9, ma ci sono dei difetti non trascurabili secondo me, che potrebbero andare a rivedere il prezzo della camera.

Partendo da quello piu grave per me il bagno: innanzitutto viene definita una stanza con vasca, quando la.vasca non ha il tappo per lo.scarico e non si può quindi utilizzare, lo abbiamo anche richiesto ma non c'è stato dato a causa di precedenti soggiorni... ma noi ci dobbiamo rimettere nonostante abbiamo pagato profumatamente per precedenti soggiorni non nostri ma di altre persone? Altro difetto importante le condizioni del bagno, rubinetti vecchi, duri da girare francamente, proprio vetusti, in una camera cosi bella è terribile vedere questa cosa, anche incrostati a parer mio dato che quando giravo per aprire l'acqua mi veniva dietro tutto il rubinetto. Rifiniture fatte male che sembrano sporche, sottolineo sembrano perché in realtà le pulizie sono fatte davvero bene. Ma questi difetti non credo siano concepibili in una stanza del genere. Altro piccolo difetto, poco spazio per il bidet, ovvero se.sei magro e basso ci entri bene, io da sovrappeso facevo molta fatica sono sincera ad incastrarmi. Piccoli difetti: la ragazza alla reception, nonostante siamo in Italia non parla italiano... o comunque un italiano quasi incomprensibile. I cuscini molto scomodi, ma queste cose capisco siano molto soggettive.

La chambre était propre, l'arrivée assez simple.

Il y a bien une mini cuisine, mais sans aucun équipement, j'ai dû demander une cuillère à la femme de ménage. La porte extérieure ne fermait pas toujours bien, c'était un peu inquiétant. Et puis il y a deux bars tout juste devant la porte d'entrée alors c'est très bruyant jusqu'à tard le soir, surtout que ma chambre était au rez-de-chaussée. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Noise from street at night can be a problem. If this would disturb you, take earplugs.

Room was spacious and comfortable beds. Closely located to many restaurants and bars. Easy walk (max 30 min) to the big sights.

The property is on a street with many outdoor bars so there was lots of noise on Friday & Saturday nights.

Viaje en pareja 4 noches. Ubicación inmejorable en Trastevere, junto al puente Sixto que comunica con el centro y en media hora de paseo estas en Vaticano, Coliseo o Fontana de Trevi. Para desayunar esta la cafetería Checco a 10 m escasos. En Trastevere a cada paso hay un restaurante (recomiendo Tonnarello) El personal muy amable

El único pero, es el ruido que se forma bajo la ventana por los bares de alrededor. Yo me dormí sin problema, mi mujer con tapones lo solucionó. La ducha está dentro de una bañera jacuzzi con poca presión. Pero sin más.

Prima locatie om te voet het historisch centrum te bereiken, levendige buurt evenwel zonder geluidsoverlast in de kamer. Goede bedden. De kamer werd netjes gereinigd, wel schimmel bij de douche. Elke dag voldoende verse handdoeken maar geen verversing van lakens. Veel horeca in de buurt.

We boekten een junior suite maar het is ons nog steeds niet duidelijk of we die ook kregen. Bij aankomst kregen we de sleutel van een vriendelijke Aziatische vrouw die meteen zei dat voor verdere vragen/opmerkingen we booking moesten contacteren , verder hebben we geen personeel bij de receptie gezien tijdens ons verblijf. Info over de buurt of Rome ontbreekt compleet. De kamer had nogal wat mankementen, schimmel bij de douche, safe die een foutcode gaf, geblokkeerde badkamerdeur, koudwaterkraan van de lavabo zonder water , de buitendeur die slechts met veel moeite en lawaai te sluiten was.

Hele charmante kamer, netjes, fijn bed! Op z’n Italiaans hygiënisch 😉

Precies voor de ingang van het hotel zijn 2 drukke cafeetjes, waar het tot 2.00 s’nachts heel druk en gezellig is. Iedereen staat daar op straat te praten en te drinken. Onze kamer was precies boven dit spektakel…..

Mi habitación fue la 302 y fui en febrero, me gustó mucho, la habitación tiene muy buen tamaño el baño es amplio y está muy limpio, al lado del puente Sisto hay una cafetería para desayunar justo en la esquina, tienes restaurantes y bares en la calle , me encantó todo ! Volvería a ir sin ninguna duda .

La ducha es desde el techo, a mi no me gusta mojarme el pelo y era un poquitín incómodo, pero el agua caliente va muy bien .

Location was very convenient , staff were friendly, and room was very clean and well presented.

The ceiling shower head wasn’t working, but the most disappointing part was the noise from downstairs on the street, people sitting under our window talking until 4.30am which made it hard to get any sleep on both nights we stayed.

המיקום היה פצצה ממש באמצע הטרסטוורה בין כל המסעדות והברים וממש מרחק שלוש דקות הליכה מהגשר מעבר למרכז העיר שזה היה מושלם, החדר מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, נקי והכניסה העצמאית סופר פשוטה

תדעו שבחורף המזגן מתוכנת רק על מזגן חום אז צריך לפתוח חלון וקחו בחשבון שהמיקום מביא איתו גם רעש מבחוץ, של הברים ושל המשאית זבל בבוקר וכו׳ וזה היה קצת מבאס אז למי שיש שינה קלה לא הייתי ממליצה, לנו זה היה אחלה למרות זאת והיינו חוזרים לשם חד משמעית

Een soort welkom met uitleg over de kamer en gebruik van de lift (we kwamen vast te zitten door verkeerd gebruik) was handig geweest.

The location of this hotel was great. The room was just what we needed and the staff was very nice. It was not too noisy because our room’s windows were not facing the Main Street which is very busy at night. The AC worked well, so the room stayed nice and cool in the 100 F degree weather. This was a great hotel, especially for the cost.

The WiFi did not work the best in our room. It could be a bit noisy from people walking in at night or dragging their suitcases/cleaning in the room above us.

The location is perfection. It is a busy street at night but that didn’t bother me.

The bathroom situation was weird. The water didn’t get hot, the water pressure was bad and I had what looked like a small swimming pool as a tub.

A few things were broken, could do with some TLC. The noise from other rooms, you could hear absolutely everything. We stayed over New Year and could guarantee it would be loud, however we thought it would quiet down on 1st-2nd evenings. But we could hear other guests so loudly, just entering the hallway, entering their rooms and never had a good nights sleep whilst we were there.

Un edificio pequeño rehabilitado con buen gusto. Buena ubicación en el Trastevere, junto a muchos bares y restaurantes, y muy cerca de un puente peatonal que da acceso al centro histórico de la ciudad. Nos gustó mucho la habitación. Espaciosa para tres personas, con una terraza muy agradable. Cama para dos personas muy confortable y sofá-cama igualmente cómodo. Personal muy atento. No tenia desayuno pero no fue un problema, hay una cafetería a unos pocos metros. En la habitación había una cafetera de cortesía. 100% recomendable.

Siempre hay detalles mejorables en todos los sitios, pero no puedo decir nada concreto que no me gustara. Ha sido una estancia muy satisfactoria.

Sehr laut, Duschkopf defekt, Raum beim Haupteingang, laute Gäste, anstelle von Löffeln nur Holzstäbchen, dunkles, abgenutztes Zimmer. Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert. Personal nur kurz an Desk. Kein guter Service.

Simplemente que La ducha estaba dentro de una bañera de hidromasaje que no se podía usar como tal, y perdía fuerza al no estar bien mantenida
