L hotel non è dotato di parcheggio. Ha un parcheggio in convenzione che non è h24 limitando moltissimo la mobilità degli ospiti. Il bollitore per caffè e tè non è collegato alla presa di corrente e non c è un adattatore in camera. Il letto era senza una doga. Il personale non è capace di risolvere problemi.

Mycket bra hotell med en fin och cool inredning i receptionen, restaurangen och rummen. Bra aircondition och trevlig balkong.

Frukostrummet var fruktansvärt. Helt i vitt som gjorde att det kände som man var på en rymdstation. Mycket dålig akustik. Själva frukosten var mycket god och fräsch, men miljön fick man panik av. Inget ställe man vill sitta länge på.

La propreté des lieux et des chambres. Le personnel était accueillant et très disponible pour répondre à chaque préoccupations. L’espace pour le petit déjeuner était super et le buffet excellent.

Le climatiseur dans la chambre même à 18 dégré ne rafraîchissait pas suffisant la chambre. Le problème a été signalé mais le technicien qui est venu pour l’intervention n’a pas compris la préoccupation à cause de la barrière de langue. Uniquement une penderie mais pas d’armoire.

La habitación, una abitacion grande para lo que es Roma, con Balcon y divan. Un plus que trabajan bajo políticas de sustentabilidad. Una habitación de estetica moderna, principalmente el baño, y no cuadrada. Con mucho espacio. Y hasta un sillón con una mesita, y un balcon con sillas y mesitas. Tambien nos sentimos cómodos ya que por la ventana había una intervención artística LGBT, y nos dio seguridad. El desayuno muy completo y con muchas mesas y espaciado

El tener que dejar la llave pero es sumamente entendible

Un hotel bien situé pour visiter Rome !

Das Hotel liegt perfekt im Stadtzentrum um alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten auf kurzem Weg zu erkunden.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet aber einige Ecken benötigen etwas Liebe. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut aber könnte bei längerem Aufenthalte etwas Abwechslung gebrauchen.

Los ambientes comunes. La ubicacion

La habitación pintada muy oscura, para acceder a la caja de seguridad tenía que agacharme en el piso y alumbrar con la linterna del celular, sino no se veía nada. La falta de extractor en el baño. El teléfono nunca funcionó y no lo vinieron a arreglar, pese a que lo pedimos. Antes de las 22hs en el restaurante del hotel solo logramos unos ricos apperol spritz, sin nada, nada para comer, imposible que no tuvieran aceitunas o algún snack.

Solo la facilidad de trasladarme.

El mal olor de la habitación al principio, no tenia aire acondicionado, no funcionaba, se me cambio de habitación a las 12:00 de la noche. Luego los asensores no funcionaban bien, por que una parte de la planta tenia dos asensores sin funcionar, esto causaba incomodidad de los que estabamos hospedados, ya que habia que bajar caminando por las escaleras, estaban haciendo pintura en los 7 niveles del hotel, cerrando el paso en la mitad de cada nivel y los asensores no se podian asesar, los tenian sin funcionar.

Friendly, helpful staff; the rooms were well designed and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great with easy access to trains, buses and the Metro, (all being less than a 10 minute walk away). I felt very safe as a solo traveller and was able to do the majority of my sightseeing on foot; the near by transport links were useful for an early pre-booked visit to the Vatican Museums and a visit to Trastevere.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig, mit Balkon und Klimaanlage. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch das bequeme Bett. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Zimmer wohlgefühlt.

Das Frühstück war für uns der größte Kritikpunkt. Der Frühstücksraum war unabhängig von der Uhrzeit extrem voll und laut. Für die Größe des Hotels war das Buffet aus unserer Sicht viel zu klein, die Auswahl überschaubar und an den Getränkeautomaten bildeten sich lange Schlangen. Teilweise fehlten Tassen, Teller oder Besteck. Besonders kritisch fanden wir die schlecht erkennbaren Stolperstellen im Frühstücksraum. Ich bin dort gestürzt. Obwohl Mitarbeiter dies mitbekamen, erkundigte sich leider niemand, ob alles in Ordnung war. Im Bad fehlten uns außerdem ausreichende Ablageflächen. Die schwere Duschablage fiel herunter und traf meinen Mann am Bein, sodass er anschließend beim Laufen Beschwerden hatte. Auch die wenigen bzw. ungünstig platzierten Steckdosen im Zimmer waren unpraktisch. Viele Fernsehsender funktionierten ebenfalls nicht.

Locatie is prima met de deelstep kom je overal

Airco is zwak het is warm in de kamer. De lift is te krap de douche te klein en vies. Voor deze prijs kan je beter verwachten

Fußläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen aber auch wenn man das nicht möchte ist das hotel extrem gut angebunden an die Buslinien, in Tabakläden zb kann man sich dort Tickets holen für eine Fahrt die lediglich 1,50€ kosten, je nach Bus kann man auch per Karte direkt vor Ort zahlen, dann braucht man die Karte nicht. Das Frühstück war auch gut, es gab genügend Auswahl und es war lecker.

Leider hatte unser Zimmer schon einige Gebrauchsspuren, die lehne vom Bett hatte Flecken, die Sitzbank und der Tisch vom Fernseher ebenfalls, der Schrank der Minibar ließ sich zwar öffnen aber dort kam einem die Tür auch schon fast entgegen und hing extrem schief, man musste beide gleichzeitig schließen damit es überhaupt zu ging, Steckdosen die in der Wand oder im Bett Bereich verbaut waren, sind komplett locker gewesen und kamen teilweise fast schon aus der Halterung raus. Eine Lampe im Zimmer war ebenfalls defekt, was kein großes Problem darstellte aber es hätte trotzdem vorher kontrolliert werden können. Die Regendusche vom Zimmer hat auch schon einige Jahre hinter sich, dort sieht man schon die Kalkablagerungen. Die Toilettenspülung ging manchmal und manchmal nicht, was bedeutet das die Spülung einfach durchgelaufen ist, nach mehrmaligen betätigen hörte sie dann irgendwann auf, der Waschbeckenbereich erinnerte leicht an eine Bahnhofstoilette mit dem Edelstahl, diese war ebenfalls extrem zerkratzt, schmutzig und weißte extreme gebrauchsspuren auf. Das Personal an der Rezeption war im allgemeinen sehr freundlich bis auf eine Angestellte die extrem kurz gebunden war und man das gefühlt hatte sie wäre schlecht gelaunt, so kamen teilweise auch die Erklärungen beim Check in rüber, das war leider nicht so toll.. Leider wurde auch morgens ab 5/6Uhr schon der Müll geleert was bei den dünnen Scheiben leider extrem laut zu hören war und auch alles was der Nachbar neben, über und unter einem gemacht hat, konnte man genaustens hören. Alles in allem würde ich es für einen kurzen Aufenthalt trotzdem empfehlen wenn man über soetwas hinwegsehen kann.

⭐⭐⭐ Une expérience mitigée au Ripa Roma Dès notre arrivée à l’hôtel Ripa Roma, tout s’est très bien passé. Le personnel est souriant, très gentil et accueillant. Notre chambre et surtout la terrasse étaient incroyables. Le petit déjeuner était également excellent : très copieux, avec énormément de choix et de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Alors, pourquoi seulement **3 étoiles** ? Nous avions réservé la*Suite 806, la fameuse “Love Suite” avec jacuzzi, notamment parce que nous voulions faire une belle surprise à Madame pour son anniversaire, le 22 août. Vers 23h30, nous avons préparé une bouteille de champagne et nous voulions profiter du jacuzzi pour terminer cette journée spéciale. Malheureusement, ce fut une énorme déception : seules les lumières du jacuzzi fonctionnaient, mais rien d’autre Le lendemain matin, avant de partir visiter Rome, nous avons signalé le problème à la réception. Vers 16h, en rentrant à l’hôtel, nous espérions pouvoir enfin profiter du jacuzzi… mais malheureusement, rien n’avait été réparé et rien communique. Nous sommes donc retournés une nouvelle fois à la réception pour expliquer la situation. Je tiens malgré tout à souligner qu’une personne de l’équipe a été extrêmement gentille et a essayé par tous les moyens de trouver une solution pour nous faire plaisir. Malheureusement, malgré ses efforts, le jacuzzi n’a jamais fonctionné. C’est vraiment dommage, car nous avions choisi précisément cette suite pour vivre un moment spécial et romantique pour l’anniversaire de mon épouse. Cette panne a malheureusement gâché une partie de la surprise et rendu l’expérience assez décevante. Le plus regrettable est qu’au moment de notre départ, nous n’avons reçu aucune explication ni même un petit mot concernant le problème rencontré. Nous gardons malgré tout de très bons souvenirs de l’accueil, du personnel, de la chambre, de la terrasse et du petit déjeuner.

Nos gustó muchísimo la ubicación, bien comunicado con todos los puntos importantes para visitar. Lugares para comer, supermercados muy cerca, farmacia ... Habitación muy amplia sin sensacion de agobio, balcon. Desayuno bastante completo, personal agradable con buena disposición, limpieza excelente, fuera del ruido turístico. Desde luego si volvemos a Roma, sin duda tenemos ya claro el estudio de mercado del alojamiento solucionado.

La ubicación es perfecta porque tienes trastevere a unos pocos metros. Además, tiene parada de bus justo al lado para poder desplazarte cómodamente. La comodidad de la habitación y lo espaciosa que es. La limpieza es excepcional y la atención del personal.

Por poner algo a mejorar, pondría más variedad de fruta en el desayuno aunque todo estaba muy rico.

Tout était très bien. Certaines chambres sont un peu défraîchies (papier peint décollé, tapis plein vieillot) mais la disposition des chambres est originale.

Etwas Abwechslung beim Frühstück, immer denselben Käse und Wurst und Früchte.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, dass Frühstück ist ausreichend und das Personal war sehr freundlich, Parkplätze sind ausreichend am Hotel vorhanden und die anliegende Bar ist perfekt für einen entspannten Abend.

Es gibt viel zu wenig Lademöglichkeiten. Wir hatten nur eine freie Steckdose.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καλή επιλογή!! Εύκολη πρόσβαση στα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Κοντά σε περιοχή με μαγαζιά για φαγητό και ποτό. Καθαρό, ευγενικό προσωπικό, καλό πρωινό και βέβαια πάρα πολύ καλό το café -restaurant του ξενοδοχείου.

We were upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. Complimentary bottled water was waiting for us in the room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were plenty of towels provided. The hotel is also located in a quiet area, making for a relaxing stay. The staff was helpfull.

The requirement to leave the room key at the reception whenever you leave the hotel was new to me. It was an interesting experience, but I didn't notice this mentioned before booking. On the positive side, there was always someone at the reception to collect and return the key.

El personal fue muy amable, el hotel es modernos y muy pintoresco, las instalaciones están nuevas y es ya muy bien decorado. El bar y el restaurante ofrecen buenas alternativas y no es caro.

Det var ingen sofa i suiten. TV var plassert rett i midten av stua og det var ingen sitteplass i stua. Ingen speil i hele leiligheten. Det eneste speil var på toalettet.

Standard pokoi jest dosyć niski (stare, zardzewiałe umywalki itd), brak centralnego oświetlenia w pokoju (są tylko boczne).

Personale molto professionale. Reception ottima. Camera e biancheria/asciugamani pulitissimi. La camera matrimoniale standard è molto grande e include un tavolo, un divanetto, un lavandino da cucina e minifrigo. La colazione è internazionale.

Non ci sono prese della corrente vicino al tavolo. Se viaggiate per lavoro dovete caricare il PC in altri posti della stanza. Non è proprio un punto a sfavore, solo segnalo che non offrono le ciabattine di cortesia e il bagno è un po' vecchiotto.

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and nice. The room had a chilled bottle of Champagne for us when we arrived which was very nice.

The elevators were very small and slow which made me feel very claustrophobic, and as a result I only used the stairs. Our room was on the 4th floor so that was a workout each time. The decoration inside the room was strange. they have light fixtures with air, so when its turned off it looks like some fabric cover draping over and when the light is on the air blows and the fabric fills - that looked very silly. also the sofa and TV bench were oddly placed and there was only room for 2 people to sit, even though we had a family room for 4. The beds are ok, hard mattresses, not super comfy.

Nous avions fait une demande particulière pour un lit matrimonial qui nous a été confirmé ok on arrive, on constate dans la chambre 2 lits séparés on le signale on nous dit qu’on va résoudre le problème . À 23 heures toujours rien de fait et c’est simplement à ce moment là qu’on nous fait changer de chambre pour nous installer dans une chambre plus petite et moins équipé alors qu’on a payé pour autre chose.

Staff were great, check in process was easy and our room ready early. The room needed updating, carpets stained, light fittings without anything plugged in. For the price it was fine and we slept well with good AC.
