Bien que l'endroit soit très beau,nous avons trouvé que c'était loin! Par contre l'environnement le restaurant déjeuner et terrasse,( Coup de coeur pour la terrasse au bord du lac) les deux étaient délicieux et merveilleux! Personnel très sympathique! Propreté, rien a dire! Nous étions dans les micro chalets qui étaient vraiment très bien! Les paysages sont de toutes beauté pour s'y rendre!

Je n'ai rien de négatif ,sinon le stationnement qui pourrait être pavé surtout pour les motos!😉

Bonnie View Inn is right on a beautiful lake with sandy beach Willis is excellent for young children with lawn chairs for the parents to relax in nearby. There are lots of water sports equipment.

La vue, le restaurant sur le bord du lac( il y a un petit quai directement sur le lac, c’est magnifique au coucher du soleil!!), c’était très propre et comme décrit dans la réservation..

We had lunch with a group today and everything was good (excellent views and pleasant atmospher). One exception was the poor young man working in the Kitchen. He was by himself and did not stop moving the entire time we were there. Our server said it was Ryan who i think is the owner but he eas very young, so maybe two Ryan's. Regardless that is how a business succeeds, great people, pride in what you do and do it well. Shout out to the curly hair young fella in the kitchen. Food was great

We stayed here while taking a course at Fleming College in Haliburton. We loved it. All the staff are lovely, resort is well looked after. We only had breakfast in the dining room every day and it was generous and delicious. We would be delighted to come again.

Staff were great; very accommodating and helpful. Love the fire pit. The wildlife was a bonus.

Perfect location on the lake and amazing views. Great facilities too. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to when we left. Being able to use the canoes was an added bonus!

The staff are simply the best. The accommodations were fantastic and reasonably priced. The main lodge was great to unwind and relax and take in the view. The property itself was really well allocated for all the amenities they provide for your stay. The docks are spacious, lovely dockside patio, a fire pit, and the list goes on and on. Don't tell ALLLL your friends about this place because really it's like finding the best little secret in town.

Everything! Clean and well laid out. Beautiful location. The cabins are almost sound proof for such a peaceful undisturbed sleep.

Just a slight bit of disappointment that the dockside bar and grill was not open for the season yet during our stay mid June.

Location and the office staff were very pleasant and the cabin we stayed in was very nice and to be by a lake was nice and yes we Will go again and have already asked for the same cabin that we were in for the next time we go.

Everything was nice no complaints

Beautiful property. However the room was (I assume) in the midst of being renovated. The ceiling really could use some insulation from the room above, as heavy footsteps heard whenever the person above walked around which was often during the night (3 am). Most of the areas were still in the process of being re-opened after the winter which was surprising considering the fine weather. Cooking was banned on the site, and nowhere to get food except to go back into town. Definitely do not recommend.

The views out the window is amazing. A peaceful gem of a place to stay whether you have a reason to be in the area or are looking for a lakeside holiday.

I think we were a bit pre-season so not everything was open yet - but that didn't matter to us.

Beautiful location on the water

Location was great. View was spectacular. Outdoor activities looked great. Kids had a lot of fun on vball court. Clean.

I felt the room had bare minimum needs. Tea and coffee station could have had more to it. The room was listed as a $400 value but I only paid $200 as a discount rate. I felt that meant we should be getting a $400 value room. It needs to be more thoughtful in decoration. More mirrors to check outfits as a minimum addition in my mind. The bed was like sleeping on a kid's jumpy castle. Far too soft!

The Inn was the site of a great wedding get together. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and overall great! The meals were delicious and the rooms were comfortable. The wedding planner kept everyone abreast of the events and all went smoothly.

Staff were amazing. One of the staff gave us a tour into a space under the main building when he found out we loved history to see some amazing murals. Owners were there and super helpful as well, for ving amazing food recommendations in town. Lots a places to sit and enjoy the view. Appreciated the complimentary wood for a fire in the room as well.

We came in the off season so it was very quiet. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, the off season is a great time to go. In season we could see this place as being the place to be.

We had a wonderful stay with my spouse and truly enjoyed our time there! The location is absolutely amazing, and the views are simply breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. Winter makes it especially cozy, there are so many activities and opportunities to enjoy the season, whether you prefer being outdoors or staying warm inside. Even though we only came for a short stay, we managed to rest very well and make the most of our time. Another big advantage is that the city is located nearby, so there are plenty of things to do, explore, and experience beyond the property itself. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we would definitely love to come back again! :)

No dining or patio was available but the staff recommended an excellent local restaurant and provided direction for other places. The grounds were gorgeous and weather allowed some outdoor walking around the beautiful property

Beautiful room and property. Stayed at the cabin on the lake for our honeymoon and it was perfect. 5 minutes from town, brand new amenities. 10/10

Front desk was very helpful and friendly! the cabin was on a slant and living room curtains need one more panel and first bedroom needs another curtain panel also. Otherwise was Great and Grandkids loved it!

Came here for a family trip to visit family in the area. We had a wonderful time! So much to do, the staff and other guests were wonderful, and the property is beautiful. I recommend staying here. We will be back!

Loved everything, maybe AC in the single cabins would be nice eventually. Staff was wonderful.

Gardens and lake front were beautiful.

A really wonderful spot. Really enjoyed the restaurant by the lake, the indoor breakfast restaurant and a little ice cream truck open until 8 pm. The common room is super nice and if not in use for a function can use this space. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are staying in room 34-36 keep in mind that these rooms are above the common area and kitchen/breakfast room so be prepared for noise (and music if a function is happening) that may keep you up and wake you up. Would highly recommend!!

First of all, the staff were absolutely delightful and should be commended, every single one of them. Our corner Room with the double windows was perfect and The View is exactly what we were looking for. It was also very, very peaceful and quiet which is something else we were looking for.

The fact that we didn't have more time there because we would have stayed more than one night.

Beautiful place

Fantastic. Lots to do. Didn’t have to leave the resort. Food amazing, friendly staff, clean, nice beach area with water toys and safety equipment and children play area. Campfire containment unit. The outdoor restaurant, great foods and beverages, super busy, but the staff worked so well together from bartenders, cooks, and wait staff, timed, they didn’t miss a beat, I was so impressed (and that’s hard to do). Congratulation on the teamwork!

We felt like we were at summer camp! The lake was clean and fun to swim in. Canoes and waterslide were in good condition. The beach was clean. The surrounding vegetation was natural and full of birds. I heard my first ovenbird!

It was all good. Perhaps the main building could be designed to reflect the era of its origin. Some information about the lodge would have been interesting. There is some history there.

Loved the lake and toys available on the water. Great fun! Great food Awesome drinks on the patio.

Loved my 3 night stay. Beautiful property with lots to do but liked that it’s quiet at night. Close to Haliburton and hiking and cycling routes.

We were only here for a night, as we attended a wedding in the area, but were sad that we spent so little time there. There seemed lots of fun activities to do, and the room was very pleasant.

The bathroom was a little dated, but other wise pleasant

Bed was comfy and rhe room was clean. Suggest an expansion of the bar and grill menu, maybe an adirion of more salads. Breakfast was great and around the wait staff were great. Rick

The location is beautiful

I stayed a couple of nights in May. The weather wasn't warm enough yet. The power went off after a storm on my first night. Power outrage in the area is common, and the local hydro company is not fast enough to restore power. Unfortunately for guests, the resort has no backup power generator supplying energy to the cabins in case of power off. My first night was very cold in the dark with no power. I bought food but couldn't eat, only in the main restaurant they had power and no food was offered to us. The staff was great coming around the cabin offering blankets. Thankfully, power came back up on my last night. I wouldn't stay there again.

Staff and service are excellent and friendly. Stayed in a cabin that was cozy but a couple extras would be nice like some tea bags for those who don’t like coffee and maybe a toaster. It was a hot weekend and the cabin only had one fan so either air conditioning or some extra fans would help. All in all it is a great resort that I have been too multiple times and would gladly stay at again.

We had a fabulous time at Bonnie View again! It's our third year visiting and the vibe and service level has been consistently excellent! We particularly enjoyed the live music Wednesday on the Dockside patio restaurant.

Lake and access to water toys/boats & canoes was awesome. The cabin we were in worked well for us.

Had to park far from the cabin and carry all our things down stairs. Patio lights were on after everything closed down - a hinderance to get kids ready for bed/go out and see stars. Volleyball area was right outside our door and it was awkward to hang out outside of our own cabin. The fire pit area was congested - not everyone could sit and enjoy it. There was also a large heavy metal triangular gate on the fire pit that was terrifying to watch be opened every time.

Great place to relax and rest. Plus they have a lot of water amenities. The boat bike was especially fun.

I traveled all the way from Burlington to Haliburton, took me around 4 hours. As soon as I reached Bonnie Inn, I was in awe. This place is a hidden gem in Ontario. I checked in at the reception, and I mentioned that I wasn't able to get the room with the Jetted tub, but to my fortune I was told that I was upgraded to the room with the Jetted tub. I was simultaneously told that there was no power in the rooms due to an outage (I am surprised that the rooms aren't backed up with generators in case of such outages) and was told it would be back by 6pm. I was excited about the jetted tub and rushed to city to find some bubble bath. Right after shopping for the room, I was given a call about the accidental room upgrade. Given the fact that I did double check that I was upgraded for the room with the jetted tub, I was really disappointed with this kins of unprofessionalism. To make up for this, I was given free breakfast that was already an "buy-one-get-one-free" offer. Forgetting all these issues I still tried to enjoy the experience, but at 7 pm I was told that they weren't sure about the power and I could stay or leave if I wanted to without any charges. The fact that had to drive 4 hrs back at night, did not seem like a good idea as I am still a new driver. They provided blankets as my room did not have any firewood. My wife and I were left expected to sleep in the cold room with a candle light. Moving forward next day, no power yet and I was told it "might" be back at 4pm. We
