Joli hôtel en bord de mer dans partie calme de Saint-Malo, chambres avec vue mer brziment

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The location was excellent and the room had a lovely sea view. We had breakfast at the hotel, but were disappointed as there was only one small bowl of scrambled eggs supplied for all customers, which could not be refreshed. Also the only plate available was the one on the table, when we asked for another clean one we were told we had to use the one on the table, so had to clean it ourselves with a serviette.

Tres chere pour ce que c'est, a ce prix on s'attend a avoir une chambre propre et un lit au moins en 160/200 ... mais a la place on trouve un petit 140/190 . Une chambre en front de mer mal insonorisée, pas eu ce probleme lors dun sejour dans un haotel concurrent situé au meme endroit. Pendant notre absence la chambre a été refaite mais le service detage a oublié de refermer la porte a clé... Niveau propreté c'était pas terrible, beaucoup de poussière et les plaintes n'étaient pas propre !! Donc un peu déçue pour le prix qu'on y a laissé !

Bel hébergement, personnel aux petits soins pour les clients, vue sur la baie depuis la salle restaurant, ville historique de Saint Malo accessible en 40 minutes à pied. Très satisfait de mon séjour.

Parfait, très propre, très confortable et la vue sur mer est sublime. En revanche, dans la chambre (3e étage) à partir d'environ 7h nous entendons une forte vibration comme un moteur qui s'actionne d'environ 5 secondes, très régulièrement. Extrêmement désagréable, probablement lié au petit déjeuner..

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, un accueil et un souci du client au top, le restaurant avec vue sur mer offre une cuisine de qualité bref, une adresse à recommander sans hésitation!

Belle vue sur la mer, agréable d'entendre le bruit des vagues la nuit. Petit déj très bien également.

Nice hotel but ban on motorbikes and scooters they failed to tell me about. Booked over a year in advance for secure parking of scooter. They failled to notify me that they wouldnt allow me to park there dispite there being suitable areas to do so. Bike racks and by a wall I was also prepared to pay for a car space. I Notified on their questionaire that I needed parking they apparently replied in french. I was shown this but alas had not received it. If I had I could not have understood it anyway. All other communication had been good and in English. I was forced to park in the road as no chance of being able to change my booking to elsewhere. I could of stayed with my family up the road but they had no set parking which is why I had chose Ar Iniz. For one night they could of helped staff wanted to but its the owners fault I'm unhappy. Good room clean tidy and excellent bathroom shame I counldn't relax and have a good night sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the restaurant at breakfast was outstanding. We eat on the balcony. The bed was very comfortable.

Chambre au RDC bien mais bruillant le matin avec le passage de chariot ou valises car les chambres se situent sur le passage de l entrée/sortie de l hôtel. Restaurant : très bon produits cuisiné mais il ne faut pas être pressé car entre les plats l attente était longue 45 minutes (le serveur nous avait apparemment oublié) alors qu il n etait pas plein. Dommage Buffet du petit déjeuner sucré salé copieux

Chambre pour une nuit avant de partir à Jersey . Super gentil accueil et facilité. Nous avons pu protéger nos vélos, au top!

Bon emplacement.. Bon accueil.. Mais insonorisation inexistante entre les chambres e.. Je n y retournerai pas et n osé pas imaginer une réservation en pleine saison

Wir haben zum zweiten Male in dem Haus gewohnt, aber diesmal leider den Anbau gebucht. Das war ein Fehler. Nun, die Betten sind im ganzen Hause leider typisch Frankreich nur 1.40 breit. natürlich auch mit einer Oberdecke beim Doppelzimmer. Aber die Ausstattung mit Stauraum war sehr wenig. Die Lüftungsmöglichkeit der Fenster sehr klein. Wir hatten noch Glück das Behinderten gerechte Zimmer gehabt zu haben. Dadurch ein großes Bad. Das war in Ordnung. Aber neben uns die Zimmer noch kleiner. Alles in Allem war die Ausstattung recht bescheiden möbliert. Wir hätten im Vorderhaus buchen sollen. War aber auch teurer. Sehr gut war das Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage des Hauses ist natürlich 1. Reihe an der Promenade sehr schön. Und, das gefiel uns auch nicht. Keinen einzigen deutschen TV Kanal. In der heutigen Zeit doch wohl kein technisches Problem mehr. Und der Preis ist auch überdurchschnittlich. Dafür darf man bei der Unterkunft mehr erwarten. Daher nur Durchnitt im Gesamturteil.

Very smart room in a masculine way. A little pricey but that's St Malo. No view but spacious. Great breakfast - good choice, high quality, although again not cheap. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ottima soluzione: affaccio diretto sulla spiaggia, bella struttura, personale cortese e professionale. Da tornarci!

Bonjour Je suis assez mécontente du prix par rapport à la mauvaise literie l étroitesse du lit et surtout le fait de ne pas avoir de salle de bain digne de ce nom c’est navrant Le service extraordinaire et du personnel très sympathique

Première nuit difficile voisinage bruyant , personnel réactif et attentionné, bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux et frais , passée la première nuit calme revenu , hôtel avec vu sur la mer très très agréable un peu excentré et calme nous recommandons merci pour ce séjour

Perfect location and modern but the best part of our stay here were the staff especially pascaline on reception who was incredibly helpful, polite and (even practiced French with us!)

Un accueil adorable, une jolie déco, une situation idéale face à la mer avec accès direct à la plage... et cerise sur le gâteau : une cuisine raffinée. En un mot, cet hôtel est une pépite !

pour être objectif .. on adore pour l’emplacement et pour la vue ! le personnel très sympa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ pour la partie restauration du soir : des assiettes parfaites, des accords mets et vins réussis ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ pour l’hôtel. on adore la vue et la petite terrasse de notre chambre. on regrette l’absence de plateau d’accueil. pas de frigo. non concevable pour le prix payé. une seule bouteille d’eau pour nous deux. le petit dej très décevant. le covid19 n’est pas une excuse pour offrir un petit dej déséquilibré sans fruits sans laitages. on nous indique que le prix a été baissé. mais même 10 euro pour ça ....et pas au niveau de la restauration. vraiment pas top.

Petit hotel très agréable en bordure de mer. Les chambres coté mer sont géniales la vue est superbe et on attend le bruit de la mer, celle du RDC n'a pas trop d'intéret à part si l'on est à mobilité réduite.

evidemment l'emplacement mais aussi la qualité du service et de l'assiette. Un joli et sympathique hotel de qualité

The staff were very professional but friendly. Unfortunately we were unable to get a table in the restaurant on the evening due to staff shortages. The receptionist did recommend local restaurants to use but both we’re closed. The rooms are basic but served the purpose for a comfortable nights sleep.

Le personnel tres impliqué. Le cadre est tres beau. Pour la chambre, literie juste geniale par contre les chambres font plis petites qu en photo car prises en grand angle. Mais tres bien quand meme.

Utroligt dejligt sted. Fantastisk morgenmad med havudsigt. Opmærksomt, og hjælpsomt personale. Hele hotellet virker helt nyindrettet, rent og gennemført med havtema. Og så ligger hotellet lige ud til vandet. Fuldstændig vidunderligt sted.

C'est juste fabuleux cet petite hôtel. Le restaurant est également formidable, accueil chaleureux, très bon séjour passé...

A great stay room 24 has a nice balcony overlooking the water. I forgot my passport, money, credit card and misc. and by the time I discovered it was missing, they had already secured them and had emailed me. Nothing was missing when it got overnighted to me in Tours!! Everything was great about the hotel so I can give it 10 thumbs up!!!

Nice little hotel on the far end of the beautiful sandy beach from St Malo town. The Hotel reception was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and accommodating. Our room was on the small side, but well presented, overlooking the sea and having it own walkout balcony. My wife and l love biscuits, to put three in a packet on the bed is asking for an argument, so, two packets or non at all please. Its a shame it didn't have coffee making facilities in the room, but all said and done, we had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed.

Dejligt mindre design hotel på Strandpromenaden i den rolige ende af byen. Ca 25 min. til fods til centrum. Velorganiseret hotel, hvor man sover og spiser godt. Værelserne er små, men velfungerende. Kun 4 P- pladser til hotellet, så reserver endelig. Mulighed for parkering på gaden ved hotellet. Tæt på hotellet er alt, hvad man behøver for en uges ferie eller mere. Gode restauranter, indkøb, vask osv.

Personnel gentil et agréable. Localisation parfaite avec une vue mer et sur Saint Malo. Très bon restaurant et petit déjeuner varié. Chambre confortable.

endroit parfait.Personnel disponible très aimable. le seul point négatif lors de notre séjour était le bruit venant du bas. les portes n'étaient pas fermées. sinon, nous reviendrons...

Room was very small, no tea or coffee facilities nice view

Excellent location, just across the beach, and 20mn walk from downtown St Malo. Clean. no A/C, so beware in the hot season. Negative point: very poor wifi.

Property is very new and has a very unique marine motif throughout. Faces the beautiful beach and the boardwalk which stretches to the Intra Muro of St Malo. Quiet clean comfy smallish rooms but staff were very friendly and helpful. Mont St Michel is an easy drive and the coastal road back to the hotel is a must see. And treat yourself to a dinner at the restaurant ... One of the best meals we have ever eaten.

Modern hotel very close to the beach. Nice view. The hotel staff during breakfast time weren't very welcoming and helpful.
