Hotel Review We stayed at this hotel in Goa as a group of four friends, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. - There was no hot water available in the bathroom. - The water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to use the bathroom comfortably. - The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. - We were charged ₹50 for just two extra glasses, which felt unreasonable. - Since we were four friends travelling to Goa for a fun trip, we requested two extra chairs for our room. We were told that two chairs were already available, but those chairs were not provided to us. - At the time of checkout, we were not given the option to pay by credit card, apparently because of the Wi-Fi issue. This was inconvenient and should have been communicated in advance. Overall, the basic facilities and service did not meet our expectations. For a hotel in Goa, we expected much better hospitality and basic amenities. The management should seriously improve the water supply, Wi-Fi, room facilities, and payment options.

They had run out of complimentary soaps and the washing took a little longer than we were told.

The Ac wasn’t the strongest and after mentioning the same to the staff i was told that there was a previous check out who didn’t complain so it’s normal.

Areál bol krásny všade palmy, kvety a bazén tak isto super . Hneď cestou na pláž sa nachádzal plážový bar , kde bol super personál . Chalani pozdravujem vás . Super jedlo všetkého druhu , nápoje a dobré pivo . Určite odporúčam navštíviť. Ja som tam chodil 3x denne .

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026I loved the property!! Lucious green and just so relaxing. The location is also great as it is walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The attached beach shack was incredible!! Great breakfast and really great people. They also regularly cleaned the beach and made sure that everything was comfortable. I also really appreciated the buckets of water to clean the sand off your feet by the beach loungers.
Loved everything!! As the beach is accessible to the public there were many people that passed by and some took unwanted pictures of me but when they tried to approach the people from the beach shack immediately stepped in and sent them away (very much appreciated)

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026This was a lovely cottage on a path that wound down to the beach past lovely planting, a nice pool, and statues. The Bongo Beach Bar is great.
The lights stay on outside all night long and there are no proper curtains so it's pretty bright inside the bungalow at night. There is some loud music from other bars when you are on the beach but this finishes at a reasonable time.

De advertentie deed denken dat het huisje aan het strand ligt. Je hebt uitzicht op palmbomen en een muur. De herrie ‘ ‘s avonds is verschrikkelijk . In de strandtent waar we wilden eten konden we elkaar niet verstaan.

I had a very difficult time trying to sleep both nights I stayed here, even though I tried two different cottages. Cottages soundproofing is nonexistent, you can hear anything that is going on outside, and people coming from close beach bars cross through the property at any time during the night, talking loudly. It's very difficult to rest in this place. In the second cottage I stayed in, I could hear the loud music coming from clubs in the area. If resting is important for you, you should avoid this place.

O bar/ restaurante do hotel, localizado na praia, é uma mais valia. As refeições, á lá carte, são bem confeccionadas, com possibilidade de de terem poucos condimentos/ sem picante,be a preços muito razoáveis. Repetiria.
No quarto/ pequena cabana, a casa de banha tinha pouco escoamento e, quando tomávamos banho, ficava completamente encharcada, durante horas.

I expected to be in a cute chalet bungalow as shown in all the pictures - instead I was in a little row of cottages at the front of the property facing a small road. The reception staff were not very welcoming, no pleasantries nor greetings. I was made to feel like a nuisance.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026We booked last minute when we decided to come to North Goa and Little India Beach cottages exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t be better, in a quiet section of the beach between Baga and Calangute you’re in walking distance to everything while not having constant craziness all around you. Cottages are beautiful clean and the pool area was beautiful. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and helped us book on onward travel. The beach bar associated with the hotel located just in front has free sun beds for guests and a decent breakfast. Would definitely recommend if coming to Baga or Calangute.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Die Anlage ist gepflegt und wirklich sehr schön, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind prima. An der Rezeption wird einem geholfen, egal ob man ein Handtuch braucht, ein Taxi oder Tipps für die Umgebung. An die Anlage grenzt eine Strandbar, die auch zum Hotel gehört. Hier gibt es gutes Essen und Cocktails, was man in den Füßen im Sand mit Blick aufs Meer genießen kann. Zur Anlage gehören 4 Hunde, die gut versorgt werden. Kein typisches Bild für Indien .. fand ich super.
Baga Beach ist zwar durchaus ein Stück weg, aber die abendliche Partymusik, besonders die Bässe, ist schon recht deutlich wahrnehmbar. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte das berücksichtigen.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026This is our second time visiting Little India, almost 6 years after our Mini-Moon in Goa - and it never seizes to impress us! Having come from a basic accommodation, we were met with warm greetings, luxurious amenities (think large bed, great shower, LOTS of space in the AC room) and an incredible Bongo Shack that we spent most of our time around. The fact that all the "Bongo Boys" could recognise us and remember our room number, orders etc. was an extra special touch! We'd be back there in a heartbeat, it was hard to leave even after a week!

Having stayed at another hotel which was better at everything at a lower price, This hotel is Over priced for what it offers.. The cottages, while they follow the theme of being surrounded by tropical gardens, need to be updated for the price charged. It was average at its best.
