The hotel was conveniently located on the sea wall near numerous restaurants and with easy access to the beach. We rode into town on our bicycles and the staff provided a secure location for our bicycles. Nice hotel with a great location.

La plage n'est pas a proximité comme on peu le croire ,une petite plage de cailloux en bas d'escalier et la plage a 2 km , malheureusement navette que jusqu'à 18 h au retour et le spa ouvert jusqu'à 20 h ,on ne peut pas en profiter après notre journée

we asked for a beach club and they sent us 10 minutes drive away at an average beach Lido, without giving us the information about a walking distance, way better quality lido just few steps away

The location was great just behind the sea, the room was huge and very comfy.

I can recommend to have a look at the wall back of the bed because in the corners there were some holes from where ants have been coming out.

Hotel in posizione centrale. Camera panoramica con piccolo balconcino, pulita e sufficientemente attrezzata (frigobar, cassetta di sicurezza). Colazione buona con prodotti freschi e di buona qualità. Staff alla reception sempre gentile e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi.

Poiché il sole batte dalle prime ore del mattino migliorare l"oscuramento delle finestre.

Parking is a problem. They only have free parking for up to 4/5 cars in front of the hotel. If you don't find a space there then it's up to you to go and find parking somewhere else, with paid street parking available near by.

Dommage que le personnel nous demande avec agacement de partir à 10h10 car le petit déjeuner ferme à 10h le dire plus gentiment aurais été mieux , surtout que ayant subis une opération de l estomac après manger j ai du mal a me lever et oui nous étions arriver à 9h30... mais nous sommes en vacances, bref , les chambres très très mal insonorisée sombre et vieillotte pas accueillante , dommage !

The location is good, with an easy walk to the main strip. Breakfast was acceptable with a selection of pastries and fruit. The exterior of the hotel is nice and close to the beach.

The interior doesn't match the exterior at all. Inside, the hotel is old and tired throughout. Our room on level two at the rear of the building had a persistent mouldy smell that lasted the duration of our stay. In the photos the room looks quite light and fresh but our room was dark and tired. The air conditioner was loud and very old and tired. The room and hotel smells of cigarette smoke which wasn't pleasant. The bathroom was clean but in need of renovation, the room decor was dated, and soundproofing between rooms was poor and we could hear people coming and going from the hotel throughout the night. The bed wasn't comfortable and you only get a thin sheet and two pillows. We did try to change rooms at the hotel but was told this was only possible during the day as they wanted to book our room to another guest. However, we were not able to do this as we had day trips planned from the hotel so we can't comment on the other room. The hotel advertises free parking but in practice has only three spots out front, which are almost always taken. Expect to pay for public parking or pay 10 euros per day with the hotel. Check-in staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The younger staff member we dealt with at checkout was noticeably better.

The hotel’s location and facilities were excellent. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. Due to personal reasons, I had to shorten my stay by one day. Even though I requested the cancellation of my last night’s stay only four hours before check-out, they canceled it free of charge and provided a full refund. Although the amount was not very large, their approach was incredibly considerate and humane. Thank you very much for your kindness and understanding.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il nostro viaggio di nozze e, proprio per questo, la delusione è stata ancora più grande. All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera con una vista davvero pessima, praticamente su una parete. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e la richiesta è stata accolta, ma la seconda stanza presentava un problema ancora più grave: era invasa dalle formiche. Siamo quindi stati costretti a chiedere di tornare nella camera precedente. Una volta rientrati, oltre ad aver trovato persino un grosso lombrico in stanza, ci siamo accorti che dal condizionatore perdeva acqua all’interno della camera. Come se non bastasse, dietro la porta del bagno abbiamo trovato anche un asciugamano doccia chiaramente usato, dettaglio che ci ha lasciati davvero senza parole e che fa sorgere seri dubbi sulla cura e sulla pulizia delle stanze. Ringraziamo comunque l’hotel per il cestino di frutta e la bottiglietta di prosecco lasciati come omaggio per il nostro viaggio di nozze, gesto sicuramente gradito. Tuttavia, questo non basta a compensare un soggiorno segnato da troppi disagi e da una gestione delle camere che, sinceramente, non ci saremmo mai aspettati.

Le personnel est très sympathique. J’ai beaucoup aimé le déjeuner en lien avec la quantité mis à disposition. Il y avait ni trop peu ni trop afin de limiter le gaspillage alimentaire et c’était bon. Le spa est top et bien aménagé.

Le seul bémol est la discrétion entre les chambres. C’est mal insonorisé.

The location incredible and the regular golf buggy transfer to the beautiful beach - fabulois. Each day we returned to a perfectly cleaned and tidied room. The staff were so helpful.

W opisie podany jest metraż 27m2 . Żarty , chyba że to tego wliczymy proporcjonalnie powierzchnie wspólne ( korytarz , hall , stołówka ) .

Colazione variata e ricca (ma introvabili i pancakes, ne ho visto 1 in una settimana), posizione molto bella e vicina sia al centro che al porto, struttura moderna, personale molto cordiale e sempre sorridente. Peccato non aver approfittato della SPA che sembra molto intima.

I letti sono davvero scomodi (troppo duri e senza il classico topper che in una struttura di questo livello dovrebbe essere la normalità) e la posizione se buona è anche scomoda per il parcheggio (dopo le 20 è praticamente impossibile trovare nei pressi dell'hotel).

Väldigt rymligt, bekvämt och fint hotellrum. Frukosten är bra , speciellt om Anna-Lisa jobbar denna dag, annars dem fyller inte på efter 9.00 trots att frukosten är till 10.00. Fantastisk läge. Stranden bredvid hotellet är helt underbar! Rekommenderar att besöka restoranger i närheten av hotellet, maten där är betydligt bättre än vid hamnen.

You must request that the front desk turn on the A/C. No notice in the room that this is necessary so controls are frustratingly inoperatve). Disappointed that ALL amenities like the jacuzzi/hot tub are expensive add-ons. Tiny shower.(2 ft square). Six inch step up in bathroom to access toilet is a nighttime trip hazard without any nightlight.

No dan como cortesía ni una botella de agua, sus paredes parecen de papel, el pasajero de la habitación contigua parecía estar en la nuestra, eso es incómodo. Y un joven recepcionista nos envió ante nuestra consulta por estación de tren a una estación abandonada a más de tres kilómetros de distancia, deberían estar mejor informados.

Location and parking out the front. View and proximity to old town, harbour etc just perfect. I would say it's a little old fashioned in decor etc but perfectly functional and clean. No air con though as we were out of season, to an English person it was as hot as it gets so we risked mosquito bites for the breeze! I would happily stay in this lovely little town here again.
