Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het eten lekker. Wij hier aten ‘s avonds een heerlijke tajine voor een schappelijke prijs. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd, maar wel uitnodigend. Het verblijf ligt op wandelafstand van de Ksar die je zeker moet bezoeken.

some of the towels were stinky, the breakfast consisted of some flatbread, hardboiled egg, olives, a piece of melted cheese and 2 jams - some vegetables would be appreciated, but overall it wasn’t bad

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026La struttura è molto tipica, sembra di entrare veramente in una casa berbera. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Si possono richiedere pasti anche fuori orario e sono stati del tutto godibili. La camera presenta uno stile molto tipico e carino. Atmosfera molto tranquilla e rilassata.
La piscina viene pulita solo in superficie, quindi il pavimento era pieno di terra soprattutto negli angoli, ora capisco che sia una zona molto ventosa e la sabbia sia ovunque, ma sarebbe stato carino trovare la piscina più pulita, dato che la mia ragazza ha del tutto evitato di farsi il bagno per questo motivo. Purtroppo anche il pavimento della camera era molto impolverato; la doccia era otturata da capelli che non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di rimuovere, creando così un bel laghetto ogni volta che ci si faceva una doccia.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The pool was a real highlight, especially for our children, who loved spending time there. We would definitely recommend this place!

Forse servirebbe qualche lettino in più. In agosto la piscina è aperta al pubblico e potrebbe essere un po' affollata.

The breakfast was good, and they helped us call a taxi in the early morning to get to Ouarzazate to catch a bus, which was appreciated. The AC was aso really strong, which was helpful in the August heat! The pool was super nice and refreshing, we appreciated getting to spend some time there in the afternoon. The hosts were very accommodating in changing our room when we asked to, which was well appreciated. They were also very hospitable and my friend and I wound up getting invited to a family member's wedding that evening -- a true local experience!
We had first seen a room that we didn't love, but were able to then speak to the hosts and change to a room that we were much more comfortable with.

Notre chambre donnait au dessus de la piscine et terrasse, ce qui est tres bruyant le soir. Egalement les rideaux n’occultent pas vraiment les fenêtres. Enfin, le petit dejeuner, bien que correct, pourrait etre amelioré.

Ils proposent également un restaurant avec des prix très abordables, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La chambre était très jolie, propre et confortable, avec sa propre salle de bain et ses toilettes. Mais surtout, le personnel est ADORABLE 🥰 ! Nous avons passé un super moment avec eux, notamment autour des chants traditionnels. C’était un moment vraiment chaleureux et authentique ❤️ Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons cette kasbah à 1000 % ! Une très belle découverte, on reviendra avec grand plaisir ! ✨

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Établissement situé à proximité du village d’Aït Ben Haddou. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec un thé à la menthe. C’est un établissement familial tenu par Malika et son époux Mohamed . Le logement est accueillant et agréable. Mme Malika est très réactive à nos demandes et le couple s’assure toujours que nous ne manquions de rien. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous. Un grand merci à Malika et logement pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La Kasbah si trova alla fine dell'abitato di Ait Ben Haddou, fuori dalla "confusione" della vita locale. Una location caratteristica, tenuta abbastanza bene, molto pulita, con una bella piscina che nel periodo estivo è rigenerante. La nostra camera (camera quadrupla) era abbastanza spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale e 2 singoli molto comodi. Buone sia la cena che la colazione. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile e ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. Molto carino Abdu, il ragazzo che lavora nella Kasbah, al quale piace intrattenersi a parlare con i clienti ma senza essere invadente.

Hay poca variedad en el desayuno. Por otro lado, aunque estaba todo limpio, la ducha estaba en medio del baño sin cortina ni nada y cada vez que nos duchábamos mojábamos todo.

La climatisation fonctionne très bien dans la chambre. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés et d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Ils ont à coeur de faire de votre séjour un moment agréable. La nourriture était bonne et nous avons même eu un petit déjeuner en surplus parce qu'on s'était levé un peu tard et qu'il ne restait plus beaucoup de chose dans le buffet. Stationnement directement devant et gratuit. Je recommande 100%!

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Outstanding Location close to Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. You can even see it from the pool patio. Very helpful staff and owners. Great swimming pool and patio to relax. Breakfast and meals served there in warmer weather. They also have a large kasbah themed dining room with fireplace and sometimes live music to enjoy or join in. Options of different sized rooms and Camping / Camper van facilities too. Great Breakfast and Great Value Traditional Morrocan meals available from a menu. Cold drinks or tea/coffee on request throughout the day. Good Chill-out vibes starry skies quiet peaceful nights. We stayed several nites and enjoyed total relaxation. If you are visiting Kasbah Ait Benhaddou stay here and visit early morning especially if want to hike to the top. Better than a rushed sweaty day trip from Marrakech, particularly in summer. We took Supratours bus from Marrakech. Kasbah du Jardin arranged taxis for us and guided tour of local points of interest.
We were very happy and will visit again 😊 👍

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Egy nagyon kellemes hely ez a hagyományos kasbah stílusú szállás. Jó fotókat lehet csinálni, jó a kilátás. Vannak bennek jó ötletek, van potenciál a szállásban, de szerintem a házigazdák ezt sosem fogják kihasználni.
Fotókon sokkal szebbek a szobák, mint élőben. Ez okozott némi csalódást. A medence is kissé piszkos volt, bár ez csak annak tudható be, hogy nem volt bekapcsolva a medence keringtetés, a gépház. A fürdőszobában nem volt bekészítve WC papír. A szomszédos szobában is ezzel a problémával szembesültek a lakók.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Gute Sicht auf Ait Ben Haddou. Pool vorhanden. Wir hatten 2 von den beiden Turmzimmern, die sichtlich schon renoviert wurden. Preiswerte Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Parken auf dem Hof.
Die Anlage ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt unordentlich und nicht besonders sauber. Das ausgeschriebene Restaurant im Objekt haben wir nicht gefunden.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Unsere Zimmer war sehr schön. Wir hatten genug Platz. Konnten mit offenen Fenster schlafen dank Fliegen Netzen vor den Fenstern. Es gab leckeren Tee zur Begrüßung. Man kann einfach entspannt vor seinem Zimmer am schönen Pool sitzen. Der Parkplatz ist sicher und hinterm Haus. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. Zur Stadt läuft man nur 5 Minuten.
Das einchecken war bisschen kompliziert da meine Buchung nicht auf der Liste war und Ich auch leider kein Französisch kann. Hat aber dann alles gut geklappt. Das Badezimmer gibt nicht viel Privatsphäre und das Waschbecken tropft leider alles voll.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Sehr schöner Pool und schöne Liegen in einer netten Anlage . Frühstück war sehr gut- Kaffee lekker- wir konnten im Garten frühstücken, es war als Buffet aufgebaut-reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war klein. Ist aber normal hier in Marokko. Kleiderschrank gab es keinen. Bad einfach aber ausreichend.
Am Pool war eine Baustelle, es war laut und staubig. Es gibt keine Handtücher für den Pool. Das Essen war wir bestellt haben war mittelmäßig und dafür zu teuer.Ebenso die Getränke in der Anlage.

Extrem in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch wirkt es schon nicht mehr sauber. Es war aber auch nicht wirklich sauber an vielen Stellen und vor allem stank es aus dem Badezimmer extrem nach Abfluss und selbst mit geschlossener Tür war dies nicht wegzubekommen. Recht laut ist es auch durch die Straße und den Ortsausgang wo gerne beschleunigt wird.

Personal unkoordiniert und lustlos. Abendessen sehr kleine Portionen und teuer. Frühstück sehr übersichtlich und nicht schön angerichtet, auch fehlte was Frisches. Pool eiskalt (April)

Izba je naozaj malinká, v podstate sme sa prišli len vyspať a pokračovali sme ďalej. Raňajky boli veľmi skromné. Takže sme si dali len pečivo a maslo :) veľa na výber nebolo.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Nous avons été très bien reçu. Nous étions comme à la maison. L’hébergement est super pour les enfants, il y a de l’espace pour jouer, la piscine et le personnel qui est vraiment très accueillant. Nous n’aurions pas pu espéré mieux pour notre séjour. Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits afin de visiter les environs et nous nous sommes sentis comme en visite à la famille. En plus, le petit déjeuner traditionnel est bon et peut être pris au soleil pour profiter de l’extérieur.
Rien, c’était vraiment top.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Ait Ben Haddou ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders praktisch ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor Ort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Abendessen hat uns gut geschmeckt.
Weniger überzeugt hat uns das Frühstück, das eher minimalistisch ausfiel. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht und einfach ausgestattet.

Het totale gebrek aan verzorging en liefde voor het hotel. 3 man op t kantoortje en geen personeel te vinden. Slecht onderhoud, lampen die het niet doen, gaten in de badjas, geen matrassen op de ligbedden bij het zwembad. Stoelen rommelig en niet teruggezet. Slechts een paar kussentjes op de stoelen op het terras. Eten wordt pas na ruim 1,5 uur in de verkeerde volgorde gereserveerd etc.etc. Doodzonde, want het hotel heeft alle potentie om geweldig te zijn.

Le petit déjeuner était en dessous de nos attentes

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Op loopafstand van Ait Ben Haddou, maar uit de drukte. Kinderen vermaakten zich prima bij het zwembad. De familie is vriendelijk en helpt je graag zonder verplichtingen.
Op het parkeerterrein is een camping met een toiletgebouwtje. De plek om in privé te doen wat je moet doen. Het kleine douchegordijntje is geen magisch gordijn die je volledige privacy geeft 😉

Slechte service. Ons slaapkamer licht deed het niet, dit aangegeven en er zou iemand naar kijken. Bij terugkomst werkte het nog steeds niet, gaven ze aan dat we de knopjes niet goed tegelijk aangedaan hadden. Dit werkte natuurlijk niet en vervolgens zaten wij in het donker. Ook moesten we zelf er achteraan om nieuw toilet papier en schone handdoeken te krijgen.
