Reviewed Sep 2, 2026El personal era molt amable i les instal·lacions comunes estaven molt bé. A més, l'apartament tenia aire condicionat i el lavabo i les habitacions estaven molt netes.
La nevera era petita i no ha refredat tant com necessitàvem el menjar que portàvem.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Pomocny personel. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że pokój który zarezerwowaliśmy ma awarię w łazience. W zamian dostaliśmy studio z dwiema sypialniami i kuchnią w tej samej cenie. Generalnie hotel jest bardzo dobry. Ma wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Nie bez znaczenia jest też prywatny darmowy parking tuż przy obiekcie. Położenie blisko sklepów i kilka minut spacerem do historycznej kasby, znanej z wielu filmów.
Wszystko było ok.

Le manque de certains ustensiles de cuisine L'apparition d'insectes nuisibles même si le personnel a été très réactif et qu’aucune conséquence ne soit apparu suite à l’élimination de ces insectes.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Appartamento a piano terra con ingresso, due camere non molto grandi+ un angolo cottura con fornelli a gas, bagnetto. Il tutto pulito ma un po' spartano. Sul terrazzo soprastante cè un ambiente carino con piscinetta, tavoli e ... una vista sullo Ksar-
Il cucinino è da rivedere, non c'è acqua calda, le pentole: meglio portarsele da casa (come noi), posate in abbondanza .

Reviewed May 9, 2026Hemos llegado bastante tarde y no era ningún problema . Me han dado bienvenida con gusto El sitio es muy agradable, hay nevera, aire acondicionado, los camas son cómodas . Hay wifi y el conexión está bien . Desayuno no es incluido, pero vale la pena para pedirlo. Recomendado!

Принять душ было не возможно. Душевая лейка сломана ,шланг протекает . Измучались . Просить админа не стали потому что всего 1 ночь . Аппарты крупные но от постельного белья был запах не свежего . Жена не спала в итоге .

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Appartement de plein pied, petite terrasse sur cour avec table et chaise. Petit déjeuner copieux en terrasse avec petite piscine. Personnel sympathique. Le restaurant à proximité Darayman est très bon. Attention lors de la réservation je pensais être au pied du Ksar, en fait c'est l'adresse du propriétaire. L'hôtel et les appartements se situent à la fin de la ville sur la gauche. Pas une grande marche à faire, la ville n'est pas grande mais bon à savoir.

The place was good and we had everything we needed. You can park just in front of your door which is perfect.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025La situation du logement correspondait à nos attentes, à 5min à pieds du Ksar. Le logement était propre et spacieux.
Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la gazinière. Le simple vitrage des fenêtres n'a pas pu atténuer le bruit des chiens durant la nuit même si cet élément n'est pas dû, directement, à l'hôtel.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in Ait Ben Haddou, nur wenige Gehminuten von der berühmten Altstadt entfernt. Das Appartment war sehr gross, wir hatten drei Schlafzimmer und ein grosses Aufenthaltszimmer. Auch die Küche ist sehr gross. Zum Hotel gehört auch eine gemütliche Terrasse und ein schöner Pool. Wir haben uns rundrum wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
In unserer Küche gab es keinen Wasserkocher. Zum Kochen gibt es einen kleinen Gaskocher, der etwas gefährlich ist, weil bei geöffneter Gasflasche Gas entweicht. Zunächst hat der Kocher gar nicht funktioniert und das Stromkabel konnte man nirgends einstecken weil es in der Nähe des Kochers keinen Stromanschluss gibt. Jemand von der Rezeption hat den Gaskocher dann in Betrieb genommen. Als Gast erwarte ich aber, dass die Küchengeräte funktionieren und nicht erst der Mechaniker kommen muss.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr luxuriös eingerichtet. Mit gutem Geschmack. Auf der Terrasse gibt es ein Swimmingpool. Und der Ausblick ist ein Hammer. Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang. Wir würden das Zimmer wieder buchen.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2025A basic and decent setup for a “roadside hotel.” Spacious beds, electricity, a somewhat camp-style shower, and a small sink. The room we had felt a bit humid, but it was tolerable. It was nice to have a fridge! We asked for a hairdryer at the reception and were kindly given one for nearly 24 hours. The receptionist was very polite. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the heat. There’s a pleasant shared terrace and a pool that adds a nice interior touch (we didn’t try swimming). The view from the terrace overlooks sandy landscapes and even a distant glimpse of Ksar Ait Ben Haddou — the famous filming location for many movies.

Apartment has been nicely re-decorated but large table in centre of room as you walk in the door a little annoying. The kitchen was very limited (no fridge) but sufficient for one night. Beds (like most Moroccan beds) were VERY firm but fortunately there were additional blankets provided. A minor issue but we did have the owner contact us to ask for payment after we checked out even though we had paid via Bookings.com. He was adamant that payment had not been received but we didn't hear back again after we sent screen shot of Bookings.com payment confirmation AND payment on credit card.
