Room & hotel building was old and not like the one in the pictures. We also didn’t realise there was 2 hotels and the hotel in the pictures is not the building we were staying in. Our room was in the older building, which was not clear when we were booking & had to go into the other building to use the pool etc. We were also charged 2.5k THB for makeup stains on the bed sheets which is ridiculous for pricing in Thailand (more than the price for 1 nights stay in the hotel) but when we said we can only pay card as we only had 2k cash, they said they would accept 2k and cannot accept card, how could they change the amount?

Reception staff were amazing! Room was nice, i recommend as a close hotel to fitness st.

Smell in the drainage in the bathroom, chickens are too loud early in the morning, the housekeeper is not cleaning the rooms very well like the utensils are not clean.

I had a fantastic time at the blue. Nook always did well cleaning my room when needed and never disappointed.

Only one key for two adults Had to call reception to come and get the Internet on the telly every single day and the phone Internet cut off every single day also. Having to keep getting reception to open the lower door when I went out because I had to leave my partner with the key in the room was told only allowed one key.

Great location with everything easily accessible. The pool was a standout and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The room size was perfect for a couple, offering plenty of space to relax comfortably.

I have stayed at The Blue over the past three years, however unfortunately I’ve noticed a steady decline in the overall experience during that time. Staff interactions with guests have become noticeably less welcoming compared to my earlier stays in 2023. In addition, the general upkeep of the facilities has deteriorated. The gym, which I occasionally used for cardio during poor weather, was not well maintained and appeared unclean, with equipment in need of proper cleaning. Another concern was the enforcement of hotel rules. Guests were permitted to smoke in the pool area, including cigarette and marijuana use, despite signage indicating restrictions. At the same time, guests were strictly warned about bringing outside food and threatened with fines for doing so. This inconsistency in rule enforcement was frustrating, particularly as it affected the comfort of other guests. When raising concerns about smoking, there was little to no response from staff, and it occasionally led to tension with other guests. The pool area also felt more crowded than in previous years, with a number of visitors who did not appear to be staying in the main building. This changed the atmosphere significantly and made the space feel less exclusive than before. Room cleanliness was also not to the standard I had experienced in earlier stays, and noise between rooms was quite noticeable due to thin walls. Finally, there was confusion and disagreement at checkout regarding charges. I had pre-paid for an airport transfer and provided proof of payment; however, this was initially charged again at check-out. This, combined with earlier issues around the airport pickup not being properly organised on arrival, led to a frustrating end to the stay. Overall, this visit did not reflect the standard I had previously associated with the hotel, and I would be hesitant to book again in its current condition.

Rooftop pool with a bar is the best part. Generally rooms are clean, and location is great very close to Fighters street.

Floors in room were never washed in 2.5 week stay, feet/socks were black… noticed bedsheets were not changed until after 2 weeks. Extremely noise coming from chickens if you’re back facing, starting from 430am throughout the whole morning

Stayed in the new building Blue Mavi. The rooms aren’t sound proof and you can hear everything in the corridor and muffled neighbours.

Facilities were dirty and smelled bad. Upon arrival I was directed into the wrong tower where my key card opened someone else’s room. Major security breach. I did not feel safe. On top of that shower didn’t work properly and there was no warm water

Very loud, loud construction outside, loud guests at all hours of day and night. Slept 3-4 hours most nights because of this. Hotel in general just not worth the money.

Ich muss sagen, es war unser sechste Hotel auf der Insel und es war einer der besten, wo wir gewesen waren! Das Hotel ist einfach Wahnsinn! Tolle Lage, sauber, sehr freundliche Personal (wir hatten Probleme mit Speed Boot Buchung. Die haben uns geholfen, das zu lösen) sehr empfehlenswert.

There is a colossal construction site directly outside the balconies of all the rooms. I paid £900 for 8 nights to look over a construction site and having noise from 8am to 7pm every single day. Avoid this hotel. I also had a bulb in my bathroom that wouldn't turn on, then once fixed, wouldn't turn off, which was a nightmare as the bathroom wall was a window, so 3 nights i had to sleep with the lights on.

Good hotel. Good breakfast. Good value for money. As advertised. We also dealt with the hotel manager, Rin, and he was terrific. I also liked the room fridge as it was powerful enough to freeze all your drinks in preparation for the long days of training.

The pillow (not the pillow case but the actual pillow), was dirty which bothered us. We informed the staff and they replaced it.

This hotel is so noisy, we had such restless nights sleep because of loud guests in the hallways and doors opening and slamming closed. The bed was also sagging in the middle, it was quite uncomfortable.

Paper thin walls, very noisy AC and refrigerator that kept making really loud clicking noises during the night

I was in room 302 and it’s full of black mould, I noticed on the last day when I was already starting to get sick that there is a lot of black mould in this room. My friend had spent weeks in the same room a week before I stayed and he was sick the whole time from the black mould in the room. There needs to be major maintenance done to fix this. Also the room looks straight onto the construction site and which is extremely loud. You have to walk through the construction site to get to the hotel and it can be quite dangerous.

I’ve stayed at the blue many times, this room was in the older building and was ok, away from the construction and no mould.

Ideal location, within walking distance to the whole soi, staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were pleasant and clean, with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and pool was clean.

Lots of construction work going on outside from 6am-11pm at night so was very loud at times.

Everything about.this plave ive been here many many times and 10/10 on everything about The staff are so freindly the pool just amazeing amd the steam room and sauna 10/10 they rwcomised me as soon as i checked in they were like ure back i was like i told u ied be back with a freindly welcome highly recommmend this hotel

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem grossen Pool im Building P. Alle Buildings sind super. Dieses Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Dass der Pool nur bis 22:00 Uhr in der Nacht offen ist. Das könnte man locker länger auf lassen.

Personalet var virkelig søde og rare, og rigtig hjælpsom især Tar ved deres restaurant og Otto fra baren virkelig søde. Og værelset var altid pænt da vi kom hjem til hotellet. Og netflix abbonement på tv'et var et fedt luksus.

At vi havde nogle dage får vi stødte på en masse tissemyre på toillettet og på værelset. Men skete kun 2 gange og personalet var hurtige til at reagere på dette problem.

Room floor was dirty with lots of sand. The cleaning team do not have a vacuum and mop. They use a small broom and some sort of wiping cloth on a stick. The toilet had a bad smell. The bed was far too soft and hurt my back. The rooftop free recovery area is now closed as they charge for the spa at The Blue Mavi There is construction just in front of the hotel - quite a bit of mess but noise is not too bad. Staff are not friendly.
