This is our second time staying here and we are already looking at going back in July. So clean and well looked after. The bed is not the comfiest but body got used to it after a few nights.

There is building work going on in the massive hotel reconstruction next door which we were not informed about. Sometimes the noise went on till 10pm which is not brilliant for a relaxing holiday.

Mir persönlich war die Matratze etwas zu fest, konnte aber trotzdem gut schlafen. Mein Partner fande sie genau richtig.

Stayed 10 days while training at a nearby Muay Thai camp, perfect location for that. The rooms are fairly basic but comfortable, and there are lots of food options and other fitness businesses within easy walking distance. We hired a scooter which made trips to Chalong and Kata Beach really convenient. Great choice if you’re visiting for training and want an easy base close to everything.

The location was ideal to Tiger. The pool was nice and well kept. The cleaning was good , 3 water bottles everyday was nice.

The room itself needs updating. A second cup of coffee should not be charged extra.

I arrived at night in a taxi from my flight having informed the hotel of my arrival time.. no one was there to let me into the hotel, the gates were locked & no one answered the phone .. I was extremely frightened left on the street travelling as a lone women traveling ..

The price was very reasonable, and the location is excellent for accessing Fitness Street and getting in some extra steps. The room was very clean and serviced daily, and the fridge was nicely cold. The pool was great, and I appreciated that the hotel is smaller, which made it quiet and relaxing. I loved and booked to come back in March!

Check in - I arrived after 10:30 pm and was unable to enter the property. I had a bit of a panic that I would be stuck outside. Luckily a guest was going out and let me in the gate. I then had to knock on the hosts door to wake them up. I felt bad but did mention that I would be arriving late. Breakfast and coffee. I only at there once. With so many healthy options on the street and cafes with good coffee I preffered to eat out.

There is construction next to the hotel but they stop at 5pm. I was there for 3 weeks but it was to loud throughout my stay only a few days

The staff were amazing! Our daughter Wen loved the waiter so much, he even got her a gift before we left. Such a friendly, hospitable family. Fantastic food at the restaurant. Clean, large rooms. Lovely pool. Excellent location. 100% will stay again!

very friendly staff, facilities were clean: the room, the bathroom room, the common area. complimentary breakfast came with different choices and tasty. location wise very close to the tiger muay thai gym, just across the street. Highly recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a place to stay on the fight street!

war bereits das 3. mal in diesem Hotel. Ideal wenn man im Tiger oder Apollo Gym trainiert. Kurze wege dort hin. Fruehstueck incl. Zimmer werden verlässlich sauber gemacht. Pool stets sauber. Personal ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte dieses mal mein Handy dort vergessen. Das Personal hat mir sehr geholfen das Telefon wieder an mich zu senden. Super !! Die anlage ist sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Die zimmer sind sauber - aber man sieht schon an einigen Stellen - das die Zimmer etwas abgewohnt sind - für mich war das aber vollkommen OK ! die nähe zur Strasse sorgt leider dafür das man recht laute Mopeds hören kann - dazu kann aber das hotel nix

After living in Asia for 25 years and using Bookings.com exclusively for Asian travel in the last 5 years, it’s easy to see when the high ratings do not reflect the actual customers experience. The staff had no interest in hospitality or customer service mostly sitting around in the lobby on their phones not even acknowledging guests. This property was under renovation, so we switched rooms from the pool double room to the villa which was ok. The inflexible attitude of the owner and argumentative front desk staff was definitely not represented in previous customer reviews on bookings.com and something I have not experienced previously from a properly with such high reviews.

The property was absolutely spotless. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely lovely and such a nice touch. Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day and the pool is great!! Such a good location right on fitness street but still nice and peaceful and the staff were so nice!! I would 100% stay here again

The only thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t stand under the shower head you had to take it off the wall to use it.

This hotel has limited dining options as the kitchen closes early. The breakfast has some good choices but it is not flexible. The air con is a life saver. I loved the pool and the close proximity to massage, local dining and the Muay Thai gyms.

Great convenient location with 7 Eleven close and lots of choice of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, pool was great. Rooms were serviced daily. Breakfast was included.

Beds were a little firm but clean and still comfy enough for good night sleeps.

Perfectly located on the street with excellent housekeeping. Very clean & hygienic place.

Literally a stone throw away from Tiger Muay Thai and other gyms. Laundry ,taxi ,scooter rental massage across the road or next door. Complimentary breakfast was nice and unexpexted. The hotel rooms are VERY CLEAN Barely anyone at the pool and felt like I had it to myself most times.

Friendly staff, very close to the Tiger Muay Thai gym and Tiger Grill with a 7 Eleven next to it. My villa was perfect for myself and was cleaned everyday with fresh bottles of water. Very spacious, perfect for a couple or solo traveller.

It exceeded expectations, so there was nothing I didn't like.

A mediocre, ok hotel with excellent access to Tiger gym. The pool is bigger than the picture and enjoyable but the water quality needs to be improved.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and perfectly situated around the pool which is a massive bonus plus their breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return!

They added free breakfast which was fantastic. They also cleaned the sheets daily, gave me plenty of bottled water and the fridge was bigger than expected. Shower had great water pressure and the free WIFI was perfect. Really nice pool. The staff were lovely and I had a fantastic stay.

I'm struggling to think of anything I didn't like. I really have no complaints.

The rooms were clean and serviced every day. We had soft towels. The bed was very comfy and the a/c worked well. We got free breakfast which we weren’t expecting. Evening food was very good.

So clean and comfortable. Staff are really helpful, especially the super friendly waiter in the restaurant. It was quiet and peaceful even though it’s on a really busy street. I didn’t eat there much, but what I ate was great.
