Bei der Buchung war nicht klar, dass es sich um ein Seitenzimmer ohne Meerblick handelt. Das Bad ist veraltet, die Dusche winzig und mit einem instabilen Duschvorhang ausgestattet. Preis- Leistung nicht stimmig. Kein Fön, weit und breit niemand von den Besitzern, um nach einem Fön zu fragen.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La posizione, praticamente è sul mare ed è al centro di Monemvasía sulla parte costiera a un paio di km dal centro storico sulla penisola. Ha anche una spiaggia sotto. La posizione è ottima per girare il sud del Peloponneso.
Un gancio per fissare la doccia. Piccoli accorgimento che consiglio ai proprietari perché è scomodo farsi la doccia senza poter fissare la manopola al muro.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα την θάλασσα και τον βράχο με το κάστρο της Μονεμβασιάς. Από το κατάλυμα με τα πόδια υπήρχε ένα κολπάκι-παραλία για μπάνιο. Δίπλα από το κατάλυμα υπήρχε σούπερ μάρκετ και το κέντρο με τα μαγαζιά και τις ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Υπήρχε κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα με εξοπλισμό για να φτιάξεις το πρωινό σου. καφετιέρες, γκαζάκια, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, αποχημωτή κ.λ.π. Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια. Κάθε μέρα περνούσε καθαρίστρια για αλλαγή σεντονιών, πετσετών και καθαριότητα δωματίου. Και το παρκινγκ του καταλύματος ευρύχωρο για αρκετά αυτοκίνητα. Είμαστε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας και την εξυπηρέτηση του οικοδεσπότη. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Σίγουρα το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ίσως μια μικρή ανακαίνιση στα κουφώματα των δωματίων θα του έδινε μια καλύτερη εικόνα και επίσης ίσως κάποια τέντα στα μπαλκόνια γιατί τις πρωινές ώρες είναι αδύνατον να κάτσεις λόγω ήλιου και ζέστης.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais ce sont des chambres avec une salle commune pour préparer son petit déjeuner. Heureusement que nos voisins étaient respectueux car les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Je dois reconnaître que cela nous a permis de nous loger à Monemvasia en plein mois d’août en réservant la veille.

Big free aprking outside.Beautiful public beaches nearby. Our rooms were with the balcony and sea view which is additional advantage. Common kitchen was suitable for coffee/tea or dining within the premises.
Toilet flushing was with rather weak pressure, had to repeat it many times.

Petite cuisine à disposition pour préparer le petit déjeuner. Accueil très sympathique du gestionnaire. Matelas corrects. Parking sur place et supermarché tout à côté.
La douche est vraiment très exigue, mais difficile de faire autrement vu l'espace à disposition dans la salle de bains.

Suihkuverho ei ollut käytännöllinen, ja aamupalan teko huoneessa ei kaikin puolin ollut sujuvaa, mutta selvisimme kyllä 3 vuorokautta ilman kananmunia 😁.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Wir hatten das Zimmer unten in der Mitte gebucht und was sollen wir sagen - der Ausblick von der Terrasse war unschlagbar!
Unterm Strich lebt dieses Hotel von seinem Ausblick. Das Mobiliar ist alt, die Betten zu klein für eine Person über 1,80m und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig - ohne Ohropax und Schlafbrille ist ein erholsamer Aufenthalt undenkbar. Der Duschvorhang ist unbrauchbar, wodurch das in die Jahre gekommene Bad bei jeder Dusche unter Wasser gesetzt wird. Aber wenn man kein Luxushotel erwartet macht der Ausblick das alles wett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Le camere sono vecchiotte, le tendine non sono sufficienti per schermare il sole e il bagno è decisamente troppo piccolo, con le tendine che non trattengono l'acqua, alla fine della doccia il pavimento era allagato. Il prezzo non è correlato all'alloggio.

Douche trés petite. On entends tout à travers des murs. Il faut avoir de la chance pour que les voisins ne fassent pas du bruit. Il faudrait faire un peu de rénovation géneral pour augmenter le comfort.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Friendly people - I believe it was the owner/manager - on arrival, showed me around the common kitchen facilities and gave me instructions to go to the cafe where I was meeting my friends. Excellent parking, very clean common kitchen and room, bright room with two windows, despite the fact that it was at the back of the property. Liked that I could make my own coffee in the morning and take it back to my room. I appreciated that although I cancelled one night at the last minute they did not charge me anything.
Very small shower stall with a plastic curtain that clung to my body, which I hate. A smell of pipes in the bathroom that seeped into the room, although the bathroom window was wide open. 100% synthetic duvet/bed-spread which made the bed unbearably hot.

Little bit cramped and dark, shower particularly could maybe do with a bit of updating as shower was quite tight. But not a major issue, nothing we couldn’t deal with.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026C’est proche de la mer, on la voit depuis le balcon. Le cadre est très beau. La chambre est décorée avec goût ( blanc et bleu ). Il y a un frigo, une salle de bain propre avec toilettes et un grand lit. Il y a un balcon avec une table et des chaises. En dehors des chambres il y a une pièce commune qui est une grande cuisine. C’est super ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut ! À 5 min à pied des restaurants, un grand parking privé pour se garer, à 15 min de la presqu’île de Monemvasia. Personnellement, j’y allais en voiture car je savais qu’en revenant je pouvais me garer devant la villa. Bref c’est parfait comme logement.

Δεν είχε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε, ίσως θα προτιμούσα λίγο μεγαλύτερη τηλεόραση και σίγουρα λίγο μεγαλύτερο καθρέπτη στο δωμάτιο.

Parcheggio direttamente in struttura, cordialità e grande disponibilità dei proprietari che hanno superato le aspettative sia in termini di servizi che pulizia (siamo addirittura stati sorpresi da un vassoio di dolcetti augurali natalizi!). Consigliatissimo. Grazie per aver contribuito a rendere il nostro Natale in famiglia così speciale!

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Beautiful location, very comfortable & tastefully decorated room, and a well-equipped kitchen. We received a super friendly welcome from the hosts. There is also a large parking lot in front of the villa, which made life much easier for us.
Everything was wonderful, although the shower was on the smaller side.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025L'hôtel est très bien situé : à proximité de la digue pour rejoindre Monemvassia, à côté de la mer (nous avions une chambre vue sur mer, trop chouette !), et à côté d'un supermarché pour acheter un pique-nique vite-fait. L'hôtel met à disposition une cuisine pour se faire une boisson chaude ou préparer son petit-déjeuner + frigo dans la chambre -> très pratique. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable, avec un balcon pour profiter de l'air marin.
La douche est un peu petite.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Das Frühstück konnten wir in der Gemeinschaftsküche zubereiten. Anschliessend haben wir dieses vor dem Hotel mit Sicht auf Monemvasia eingenommen. Total schön und idillisch. Unterkunft ist einfach aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt vollkommen. Die Begrüssung war außerordentlich herzlich und wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen. Gerne wieder.
