Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Einfach alles. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre, man kommt zu Freunden. - Saubere, große Zimmer- alles da, was man braucht- alles bestens. Gute Klimaanlage - Das Frühstück ist herrlich! Sehr üppig und abwechslungsreich, immer Eier in verschiedenen Formen, Süßigkeiten, Pancakes, Palatschinken, Joghurt, Früchte, ganz leckere Sachen, von Chef selbst mit Liebe vorbereitet. Sehr nettes Personal! Stavros - sehr sehr nett!! Wunderbarer Hausherr Sokratis, immer lustig und unterhaltsam, ein toller Mann! Man muss ihn einfach nur "gerne" haben. Er hat immer Tipps was man alles machen kann und steht immer mit Lösung zur Seite.;) Auch seine Frau Filitsa ist eine sehr, sehr liebe Frau , mit der man sich gut unterhalten kann. Man fühlt sich hier wie zuhause!! Besonders die gemütlichen Abende an der Bar des Hauses mit hervorragenden Cocktails (B52)und angenehmer Musik. Der Duft des Sternjasmins umhüllt die ganze Wohnanlage- betörend gut! Am Morgen krähen Hähne in der Nähe - herrlich -- man fühlt sich in einer anderen Welt! Bezaubernd! Auch der Autoverleih funktioniert wunderbar- dank an Gabriel! Ich verstehe die Leute nicht , die negative Bewertungen hier abgeben- denn es gibt nichts was schlecht wäre. Es ist alles hervorragend!!!! ---TOP --- TOP --- TOP ---- Der Pool (Half Time Bar) gleich um die Ecke - Top- super sauberes Wasser- sehr nettes Personal- mit einem Getränk hat man tolle Liegen und alles andere zur Verfügung. Supermarkt in der Nähe , auch zu Fuß gleich erreichbar, viele verschiedene Tavernen und Lokale in der Nähe, zum Strand kommt man auch gleich zu. Oder mit dem Auto gleich von hier zum ausleihen. Ich würde 30 Sterne vergeben wenn es möglich wäre! Wir waren schon 3x hier und werden immer wieder kommen!!!!
Das einzige was für mich nicht so gut war, waren recht harte Betten, (Aber ich bin ein Wasserbett gewöhnt) Und haben etwas gequietscht wenn man darauf zu wild war. Hoffe, das die Matratzen irgendwann auf weichere ausgewechselt werden, wenigstens in dem einen Zimmer!! :) Oder Topper drauf!:)

Lui e Felicia ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e quali spiagge visitare per fare snorkeling. Solo per loro la struttura meriterebbe 20 invece di 10
La cucina potrebbe essere un po' più fornita perché non sempre una famiglia vuole andare a mangiare in taverna

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Tutto era pulito, passavano a cambiare asciugamani e lenzuola ogni 3gg, tutti davvero accoglienti e disponibili. Abbiamo anche noleggiato l’auto da solo e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, anzi. Inoltre forniscono shampo, balsamo, bagno doccia e crema corpo gratis, al piano di sotto ho scoperto che ci sono altri prodotti che si possono usare se si finiscono. Posizione a mio parere PERFETTA per visitare tutta l’isola dall’inizio alla fine. Colazione ampissima tutte le mattine e ovviamente buonissima. Ringrazio ancora!
L’unica pecca è la doccia con la tenda e il bagno che si allaga dopo aver finito. Ma nulla di nuovo se avete visitato la grecia più volte, qui è così. Assolutamente superabile.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Hotel a gestione familiare distante 700m dal porto, in una zona silenziosa e vicino a un supermercato. L’appartamento era di grandi dimensioni con bagno ristrutturato. Possibilità di fare colazione a 7€ a persona. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno consentito di lasciare i bagagli e proposto di organizzare i nostri futuri spostamenti.

La stanza aveva tutto l’occorrente ed era molto pulita. La colazione vale sicuramente la pena, rapporto qualità/quantità prezzo ottima.

Odalarda ütü masası ütü, buzdolabı, ekmek kızartma makinesi, ocak ve su ısıtıcı olması güzeldi. Sokratis, Stavroz ve kahvaltıyı sunan hanımefendiye çok teşekkür ederim.
internet çekimi odada çok problemli idi. 1 gecede 20'ye yakın sinek öldürdüm. Fakat bunun bölgesel bir sıkıntı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Odaya sinek ilacı tablet konulmuştu. Odada televizyon yoktu. Kahvaltı çeşidi az idi. Bunlarında iyileştirildiğini öğrenirsem tekrar gelip daha uzun süre misafirleri olmak isterim.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026La cosa che mi è piaciuto di più è stato l' ambiente familiare, ma soprattutto l' amicizia e le attenzioni dimostrate verso i clienti. Le camere le abbiamo consegnate verso le 12, ma avevamo l' aereo la sera tardi. Siamo andati in spiaggia e quando siamo rientrati ci hanno fatto fare la doccia prima di andare in aeroporto e ci hanno dato anche gli asciugamani puliti. Veramente eccezionale. Inoltre affittano anche le macchine, per cui i servizi offerti ai clienti sono tantissimi ed eccezionali. Senza dimenticare una colazione straordinaria con tanto di pancake e uova fatte al momento. Grandissimi davvero

A differenza della prima notte abbiamo trovato una miriade di mosche in camera e anche un topolino di campagna. Inoltre la stanza di fianco al bar non è delle migliori perché c’è rumore fino a tardi

Very welcoming and accommodating; we were unable to give exact arrival times and kept changing these, as we were seeing friends local to the island, and he was flexible with us. The linen was spotlessly clean - towels and bed sheets - which is most important. And the bed was comfortable. So I slept well. Sokratis was very generous to provide me with some fresh fruit at breakfast, as it was not on the menu.
Our room was in a basement and was damp, and the drains smelled bad all night from the bathroom. Very unpleasant. The front porch area was unkempt and not very welcoming, and I noticed the ground floor apartments were much nicer. In the morning, I could hear people using the toilet above us 🫣😱

Breakfast was great and large - bread, omelets, eggs, yogurt, coffee, juice, pastries! The Host even took our bags to the port in his car for free. It's a simple place with very tasty breakfast and great hospitality.

La colazione buona, ma la cosa che più ci ha colpito è stata la gentilezza dell'host che ci ha offerto appena arrivati, in anticipo, caffe, succo, frutta, yogurt e poi, quando stavamo per ripartire, dato che il taxi che doveva portarci in aeroporto era in ritardo, ha preso la sua auto e ci ha portato lui.

No staff available at our arrival, even though it was during the check-in time, made us wait to get access to our room. A quick message on Booking chat could solve the issues, especially when the conversation was established. We have exchanged messages with the hotel at the time of booking. We felt unwelcome, definitely we won’t visit or recommend this hotel again.

Our apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need- and had 2 balcony/terraces which provided either shade or sun , dependent upon your requirements. Ero al piano terra, con piccoli spazi esterni da entrambi i lati. C'è tutto il necessario per starci qualche giorno.
Alloggi non insonorizzati, si sente tutto dagli appartamenti adiacenti. Materassi molto duri.

Il personale è stato gentilissimo, disposti a qualunque tipo di suggerimento o aiuto. Colazione molto buona, servita al tavolo, con alcune varietà quotidiane. Giornalmente vien fatta inoltre la pulizia della camera.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026We kwamen hier weer voor de 4e keer en werden weer heel hartelijk ontvangen door Sokratis de manager. Niets is te veel voor hem om zijn gasten een fijn verblijf te laten hebben. De kamers zijn inmiddels al bekend, voelde als thuiskomen. Het ontbijt op het terras buiten was ook weer zoals gewoonlijk heerlijk.
Ik kan niks bedenken wat beter kan.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Wir haben auch das Fahrzeug hier gemietet und wurden gleich vom Partner der Firma am Hafen in Kos Stadt abgeholt. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir von Sokratis auch zum Hafen in Mastichari gebracht. Kleine Probleme wurden gemeldet und umgehend gelöst. Das Frühstück war das Beste in 1,5 Monaten Griechische Inseln, abwechslungsreich, extrem gut und mehr als ausreichend. Sokratis ist sehr um seine Gäste bemüht und hilft in jeder Hinsicht, ebenso positiv das überaus freundliche Personal. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Beautiful breakfast, hot eggs, hot pancakes, fresh coffee…gorgeous. We were welcomed with a glass of wine, other families who had returned after coming for 20 years, all so friendly. The hotel was a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport so perfect location. We walked to the ferry terminal in an easy 10 minutes. All great.
