Mastichari Bay Hotel

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. I have never experienced such helpful, friendly, and cheerful staff before. They were absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the rooms are large, spacious, and very clean. The other facilities were also well-maintained and spotless.

We booked half-board, which covered breakfast and dinner but not drinks. Paying extra for drinks was fine, but the bar prices were quite high—almost the same as the restaurant in town. I think all-inclusive would be a better option than half-board.

The whole hotel is set up beautifully, like a Greek village. The planting is lovely and the paths are clean and litter free. The pools were great. We particularly liked that there was a pool for families and a quiet pool that was separate. Our room was a “swim-up” room and the pool was lovely and clean. The hotel showed exceptional planning as these rooms are south facing so you get the sun for most of the day. The location, so close to the town of Mastichari, is great should you want to go to one of the tavernas. Also being located,pretty much, on a beach is amazing as you get the best of a poolside and beachside resort. The food was great and the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly from reception, and the bar to the housekeepers. Another bonus is that there is an on-site shop which makes life so much easier when needing to buy water. All in all it was an amazing stay and we really did not want to leave.

The only minor issue was that our shower was very slow draining which meant having to turn the water off to allow it to drain half way through or the bathroom would begin to flood. Apart from that, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und da es in der Mitte der Insel liegt, ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Einen Mietwagen kann man direkt am Hotel buchen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Essen war super, Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreich. Der Service ist wunderbar. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Chefin der Poolbar, Mira.

Mastichari Bay hotel è uno dei pochi posti che in realtà è più bello rispetto alle foto viste prima . È un hotel che supera le aspettative! Personale molto gentile e attento . Cibo vario e buono da renderti difficile la scelta. Lo consiglio vivamente .

Personale molto efficiente ma un sorriso in più non guasterebbe.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 giorni in questa struttura ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. Il villaggio è super pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio, fiori bellissimi ovunque. Il buffet molto abbondante e vario ed il cibo era veramente ottimo. La sala da pranzo bellissima, pulita e panoramica. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile e le stanze venivano pulite alla perfezione ogni giorno. Ci avete fatto rilassare e rigenerare e ci siamo sentiti benissimo. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi un posto curato, pulito ed armonico.

Tutto, rispetto ad altri villaggi della zona qui si respira aria di Grecia anche e soprattutto per l’architettura delle casette in mezzo alla natura

Sobe s kopalnico velike in ležišča so udobna. Zelo velika izbira dobre hrane. Osebje pri večerji zelo prijazno in hitro. Na bazenu in v okolici zadosti ležalnikov. Možnost menjave večerje za kosilo.

Nismo imeli možnosti late check-outa, čeprav smo prosili takoj ob prihodu. Smo pa že zgodaj opažali nove goste,ki so imeli early arrival in so lahko šli v sobe. Vseeno je bilo lepo,da smo dobili hotelske brisače, da smo lahko na let počakali ob bazenu. Hotel je namenjen predvsem nemško govorečim gostom, tudi MINI disco in animacija za otroke je le v nemščini. Lokacija je izjemno vetrovna. Brisače in kopalke nam je z balkona večkrat ponoči odnesel veter.

מדובר במלון מקסים,ממש כמו כפר יווני, מתוחזק היטב, המלון על כל חלקיו נקי, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, סמוך לכפר קטן 25 דקות מקוס ושווה ביותר לאוהבי שקט. חוף ים צמוד, מרחבים, חדר כושר, ועלה על הצפיות. סנייק בר טעים ומחירים סבירים וגם צוות בידור.

.הצוות בקבלה ממש לא מסביר פנים למעט סנדי ) בחורה צעירה) מהקבלה. היא שידרגה לנו את החדר לנוף ים ומאוד הודנו לה. בהמשך נאמר שאנחנו צריכים לשלם על מגבות לבריכה 3 יורו, אין בעיה ורק לא הבנו כי זו פעם ראשונה שנתקלנו בדבר כזה. שאלנו על כך, ופקיד בקבלה התנפל עלינו ודיבר באופן לא מכבד ואף הרים את קולו, פשוט מביש ומתחת לכל ביקורת, ממש צעק עלינו ואמר שאנחנו לא מתביישים כי שידרגנו לנו את החדר ומתווכחים על 6 יורו וממש לא התווכחנו רק שאלנו כיון שלראדונה נתקלנו במדניות שכזו.... התנפל עלינו ובייש אותנו. בהמדל שאלנו על שדרוג לחצי פנסיון פקידת קבלה נוספת ממש לא מסבירת פנים וענתה בחוסר סובלנות.

Very nice flowers around and many cats. There is everythibg but not too big. Many rooms have a view because it is built on a small hill.

The sea was quite rough when we stayed there and the water was not clear, maybe because of that. The AC in the room was a bit too noisy.

The hotel offers all the accommodations a visitor needs. Super clean and quiet rooms, spacious and with an endless sea view. The quality of the food is excellent and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel je izuzetno lijep, sređen, od osoblja do sobe, jako dobre i raznovrsne hrane, čistoća je na visokom nivou, iznad mojih očekivanja. Sadržaja je bilo, os aerobika u bazenu, svakodnevnih nićnih programa, različitih za svačiji ukus, plaža izuzetni čista , kao i ležaljke, koje se svakodnevno očiste, jako se trude i to im uspijeva. Prvi put sam u tom hotelu, ali sam sigurna da ću opet ići, boravak je bio izuzetan, hrana je bila raznovrsna, dovoljno je bilo svega ponuđenog, od raznovrsnih predjela do duper roštilja, ribe, priloga , voća, kolača, zaista sve jako , jako dobro.

Što se tiče hotela i sve vezano uz hotel ne mogu reći da ima bilo što što mi se nije svidjelo, zaista je sve bilo na vusokom nivou.

Struttura favolosa stanze ampie e ben pulite ,colazione e cena di buona qualità varia ed abbondante. Ottima la spiaggia privata , notevoli le piscina , eccezionale quella del silenzio.

Un posto incantevole, con una vista sul mare che ti accoglie con albe e tramonti mozzafiato. Un posto ben curato, con ottimi servizi, con un servizio di buffet per colazione e cena super! Ci siamo davvero trovati bene, pur essendo andati in alta stagione è stato vivibile tranquillamente.

La struttura è molto ben mantenuta, sia nelle aree interne che quelle esterne. Alcuni membri dello staff parlano anche Italiano e in generale li abbiamo trovati molto gentili e disponibili.

La parte della ristorazione è sicuramente la nota dolente. Bene la colazione con vasta scelta fra dolce e salato, la cena invece è molto orientata alla clientela inglese e tedesca e non ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative (ad eccezione di quanto servito durante la serata greca). In generale poi, rispetto al resto della struttura che è di assoluto gradimento per l’ottima pulizia e manutenzione, andrebbe rimodernato il locale del ristorante: tavoli, sedie e stoviglie che hanno visto tempi migliori e che non rendono giustizia al resto del resort.

Sve je super – od osoblja, sobe i hrane do sadržaja u hotelu. Hotel organizira puno događaja za djecu i odrasle tako da nikad nije dosadno. Plaža je pješčana s besplatnim ležaljkama. Što se tiče vjetra, puše, ali nije strašno (barem ne do kraja 8. mjeseca) – Kos je poznat kao vjetrovit otok, tako da je to i očekivano. ​Autobus od/do aerodroma ne staje direktno ispred hotela nego u mjestu, nekih 300 metara dalje, ali zato autobus direktno za grad Kos (i još par mjesta) staje ispred hotela.

La struttura ha stanza accoglienti e pulitissime, la nostra era un miniappartamento con due terrazzini che davano direttamente sul mare, molto comodo, zanzariere alle finestre e arredamento comodo con sufficienti spazi per 4 persone. Forse i letti non comodissimi, il matrimoniale era composto da due materassi singoli attaccati e un po’ duri ma nel complesso comunque gestibili.

La parte centrale della reception è del ristorante forse è un po’ datata rispetto alle camere che invece sembrano molto più nuove.

Cozy bungalows, located in a flourishing garden. The hotel is located in a quiet area of ​​Mastichari. We had a room with a sea view and we could see the sunset from the balcony. Spacious and clean room. We had half board, and the food was varied and very good. The parking is covered.

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel liegt nahe einiger guter Lokalitäten, sowohl Restaurants und Beachbars, welche fußläufig zu erreichen war. Es ist eine relativ ruhige Gegend was uns gut gefallen hat.

Tout : son emplacement pas loin de l’aéroport sans pour autant entendre les avions. Au bord de la mer et du centre où le soir on peut flâner. La chambre avec piscine Topissime : spacieuse, belle, confortable. Leur pool bar est sympa, animé le soir.

J’ai un peu moins aimé la salle restauration, cela donnait l’impression d’être dans une cantine, mais heureusement qu’il y la terrasse où lá c’était parfait.

Die Lage und Ausssicht der Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Essen der Halbpension war sehr gut und variantenreich. Die zahlreichen Katzen waren gut ernährt und wurden auch von der Belegschaft akzeptiert.

Die Stellen am Strand zum Schwimmen waren durch unangenehme Steinschichten oft schmerzvoll zu begehen.

The entertainment was conducted only in German which I think is not the best. English would be the best option. Food was good but plates were really dirty underneath.

Staff was very friendly, and the property was clean, and had nice pools, arcade room, kid center, bars and restaurants. The layout was very nice and overall a nice and peaceful place.

We rented a 1 bedroom suite. The a/c unit in the main room worked well, however the a/c in the bedroom did not work it was blowing warm air all night while we were trying to sleep.

On a aimé le buffet impressionnant pour le petit-déjeuner ainsi que pour le dîner avec toujours une grande qualité des mets, de la viande, du poisson’ des legumes’ agrumes et fruits avec des journées à thème. On a également aimé l’environnement avec un jardin méditerranéen luxuriant et les installations avec 4 piscines dont deux pour adultes. On a aimé le.emplacement à même le village de pêcheurs et le départ des navettes vers Ptelimos, Kos et Kalymnos, tout cela a pieds.

The culinary offerings were satisfactory but used artificial ingredients. • The interior design in restaurant and bar needs improvement to be more welcoming and cosy • The pool filter was noisy, and the room had a parking lot view which was not expected for such type of room- room with pool). Suggesting to have trees outside of the wall which will helps. • Bedding quality could be enhanced. • Cleaning methods at whole resort make floors slippery. • Guests pay extra for beach towels and must go to reception for coffee refills and safe keys. • The notification for checkout was unprofessional ( crumpled piece of paper) and the TV was not smart.

Sve je bilo na vrhunskoj razini! ▪ ​Soba i udobnost: Soba je iznimno prostrana, moderno uređena, a pogled na more s balkona ostavlja bez daha. Kreveti i jastuci su nevjerojatno udobni, a kupaonica je potpuno nova i besprijekorno čista. Pohvaljujemo i okoliš koji je uredan i svakodnevno održavan. ▪ ​Osoblje: Cjelokupno osoblje je iznimno ljubazno, susretljivo i uvijek na usluzi s osmijehom. ▪ ​Hrana: Izbor hrane je odličan, svjež i raznovrstan. Posebno nas je oduševilo to što nude autentičnu grčku tradicionalnu hranu i slastice. ​Iskreno, nikako mi nisu jasni ljudi koji ovdje traže zamjerke za hranu – ispada kao da kod kuće imaju privatnog kuhara! Ponuda je i više nego bogata i svatko može naći nešto za sebe. ​Hotel zaslužuje čistu desetku i toplo ga preporučujemo svima.

Super Urlaub in traumhafter Lage. Hatten ein Meerblick-Zimmer und nahezu rund um die Uhr Meerblick. Sei es vom Balkon oder vom Pool oder auf der tollen Liegewiese zwischen Pool und Strand . Klasse. Zu jeder Uhrzeit hat man irgendwo noch freie Liegen und nen Schirm gefunden. Der Strand unten am Beachvolleyball-Platz sehr schön flach abfallend mit Sandboden . Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und das war auch sehr gut . Tavernen und Supermärkte zu Fuß in Mastichari in 5 min erreichbar. Bushaltestelle um zb nach Kos Stadt zu fahren direkt vor dem Hotel

Vielleicht hat ne Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer gefehlt aber sonst alles bestens

Mit 250€/Halbpension für Dreibettzimmer nicht günstig, Zimmer ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Animateur fängt morgens mit Lautsprecherdurchsagen an, Frühstück mittelmäßig.

Tutto , unica cosa negativa è che l’animazione ha fatto tutti gli spettacoli in lingua inglese .

Nevjerojatna briga se ulaže u izgled okoliša. Sve je mnogo zelenije nego u okolini izvan resorta. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i prijateljsko. Općenito, vrlo bezbrižan odmor gdje se osjećaš dobrodošlo.

Un soggiorno perfetto! La nostra camera era spaziosa e con un terrazzo splendido ! Il cibo davvero ottimo ! Alla reception regna la gentilezza! In particolare un grazie a Tonia e Giorgos! Al ristorante July una ragazza mereavigliosa con una cura nei nostri confronti incredibile!

Struttura curatissima, sia negli spazi comuni (un plauso particolare per la gestione del verde) sia nella tenuta della stanza. Personale cortese e disponibile ed esperienza sia a colazione che cena varia e di ottima qualità. Ottima anche la posizione, trovandosi al centro dell'isola e quindi strategico sia per Kos Town sia per le spiagge del sud.

​Letti molto comodi, rigidi al punto giusto per un ottimo sostegno alla schiena. Buffet eccellente, davvero variegato e con un'ampia scelta. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e sempre disponibile. La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale dell'isola, a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto.

​​I cuscini erano troppo morbidi. Sistema di illuminazione del bagno con sensore di movimento poco pratico: il timer è troppo breve e la luce si spegne mentre sei sotto la doccia, obbligandoti a spostarti per riattivarla. Infine, nonostante la presenza dei mezzi pubblici, senza un mezzo di trasporto proprio (auto o scooter o quad) non ci si sposta facilmente dall'hotel, soprattutto se si vogliono visitare altre parti dell'isola.

Det var virkelig hyggeligt, frodigt, rent og enestående udsigt vi havde fra værelse 712. Flot rent værelse. Der var flot, rent og vedligeholdt på alle udearealer. Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Venlig og imødekommende personale. Virkelig et besøg værd!

Staff is professional, helpful, respectful. Garden is exceptional.

It's bit of a remote area. Its beach is rather small. There is no service to the beach side. So we visited the beaches on the village side where we can have a service. Just a walking distance. Facilities are free if you eat&drink.

Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi. Özellikle Mira isimli bir çalışan kızım karın ağrısı yaşadığında çok ilgilendi. Ertesi gün de nasıl olduğunu sordu. Çalışanlar büyük oranda çok kibar insanlardı.
