Location was perfect and the hotel was beautiful. Our room was always clean and they put us in a lovely room, the staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The ladies at reception were so attentive, workers at the bar were always friendly and the cleaning staff were always so cheery and welcoming as well. We had breakfast included and it was always fresh and plenty of options every morning. I will definitely be back and I couldn’t fault the hotel at all.

The only thing I will say is that around the pool area there was a lot of female nudity which I did find a little inappropriate especially when they were walking around topless, I know a couple of guests felt this way especially the woman with children but this isn’t the hotels fault it is just maybe a new rule to consider.

El día de la salida teníamos el vuelo por la tarde y muy amablemente nos ofrecieron una habitación de cortesía para poder ducharnos. Las vistas de la habitación 619 y la ubicación céntrica del hotel.

La entrada principal no tiene espacio para aparcar y realizar la recepción con el coche. Tuvimos que aparcar en la zona de Taxi y cruzar la calle con las maletas hasta el hotel.

Piscine très très petite, déjeuner pas bon du tout, jus industriel, même petit déjeuner tous les jours. Fruits pas bon , sans goût, chambre mal disposée, on avait la vue sur l arrière donc un grand balcon pour avoir une vue sur les camions des travaux. Hôtel en travaux sur une partie donc bruit très tôt le matin. Bref Hôtel très moyen

Construction work at the hotel during breakfast made a poor experience. Continue to that there was a temporary initiated power outage which was informed the day before. Bottom line…for the amount we paid, I was expected for a quieter place.

Micul dejun a fost identic in toata perioada, mai mult de atat, am avut parte de pepene acrit (stricat), farfuriile erau foarte prost spalate. Nu recomand acest hotel, am platit 1100 Euro pentru 4 nopti.....In camera mirosea extrem de puternic a mucegai, am gasit 2 gandaci de bucatarie in camera, curatenia in camera se facea foarte superficial.....

La habitación estaba muy bien. El personal era muy agradable. La ubicación era inmejorable. El desayuno buffet era muy completo. Muy bien en general

We stayed for 10 nights in August. We were informed by Jet2 that there were ‘minor refurbishment works’ at the hotel before we went. After speaking to Jet2 we were assured that the works would not effect our stay and we would not be placed in a room near the part of the hotel where this was happening. On arrival we were given a room next to where the work was taking place so requested to be moved. The hotel accommodated this. The work taking place was not minor refurbishment. It was major construction work to 20 plus rooms with jackhammers starting at 10am until 5pm. This was directly under the terrace where they serve breakfast. You could hear the noise from the pool area but it was not overly noisy. Had we have been told the truth by Jet2/Hotel before we went we would have changed hotel. Apart from the work taking place the hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. The pool area was clean and the lifeguard was very friendly helping people move beds etc. the spa area was also really nice. Breakfast was the usual buffet with fresh eggs, and pancakes. Always something to choose from. Beach and shops close by. Overall I would recommend once they have completed the work.

La piscina era pequeña y que nadie te habla en español. Me sentí como si no estuviera en mi tierra, pero no solo en el hotel, en todo alrededor. ¡Una pena!

Tranquilidad en el hotel, cercanía a la playa, instalaciones del hotel. El personal en general era muy amable.

Limpieza en las habitaciones justita. Nos llamó tanto la atención que tuvimos que preguntar si la limpieza era diaria ya que ni el suelo estaba fregado. En general totalmente enfocado a turista extranjero, no nacional (horario de piscina, de comida en el bar...). Acceso desde el parking solo por escaleras, no es accesible. Muy enfocados al marketing perdiendo la calidad en los pequeños detalles.

Das Frühstück war sensationell. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wurde auch immer alles sofort nachgefüllt. Wenn jemand erst um 10 Uhr frühstücken kam, hatte es von allem genug.

First impressions really positive. Very friendly reception staff and welcome drink offered whilst checking in. Location, great however we did not mind walking up and down the hill to the beach front. This might be difficult for some less mobile coming back up the hill however, there are escalators taking you from beach front up to the top level but they didnt always work. Room was clean and comfortable. I didnt mind the hard bed but my husband struggled with it all week and left with a back ache. Had an issue with water pressure one evening and when we called to report we were told we would just have to wait until the rest of the hotel had showered! This only happened the once but was still very annoying as the pressure was not even enough to wash soap off and we were late for our dinner reservation. The following morning I found a cockroach in the room who looked like he had trotted in from the shower but couldn't be sure as it was outside the shower entrance. Caught it under a glass and my husband managed to move it outside (have been told never squish them) and we then reported to reception. It was still under said glass outside our door hours later! Pool area nice and clean however could do with a little maintenance as the wooden solarium was quite damaged. Regularly there were no sunbeds so we took the mattresses instead and never had a problem getting these. We did find that most sunbeds had been reserved with towels before we even got to breakfast at 8.30 even though hotel policy is no reserving of sunbeds. There were no people to be seen, just towels on every sunbed. Noticed a comment regarding the lifeguard, one did sit in his cabin abut another was brilliant and interacted with kids and parents around the poolside giving safety advice. We had been warned by Easyjet that some maintenance was being carried out during our stay. This didn't affect us at all but worth noting it was not general maintenance but complete renovation of several Seaview rooms. I used the spa and had a leg massage which was very relaxing and a bargain cost. Lovely spa area. Good varied breakfast but the coffe machine and fruit juice machines were regularly not working but they just needed topping up. I can accept this with the amount of use but when they needed filling at the beginning of service this is a bit poor. They should be checked beforehand. All in all even with a couple of issues we would definitely return.

Very mixed review, hotel could be top notch but unfortunately we had a few issues. At one point we just couldn’t be bothered to continue to complain it was spoiling our holiday. Beds, absolutely horrific. If I hadn’t known a bed was there I would have thought I was on the floor. If a hard bed is your thing fab but to spend thousands on a self catering hotel for the bed to be the main point it was really disappointing. They provided a mattress topper, as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Went to discuss it again. Absolutely not a think they could do every single mattress they advised was the same. At this point we were ready to move hotels. Eventually they put another mattress topper on which made it sleep able. Bathroom sink very little pressure then part way through zero water. Came and fixed it. Day after sink was spewing green stuff. Turns out it was the aircon in the room below. - cockroach one day in the shower. Other than that the rest of the room/balcony was decent and spacious. Pool area my most favourite part, clean and very quiet (could have had more music around the actual pool and not the pool bar for a better atmosphere) never once struggled for a sunbed. However although we travelled with a 17 year old and no kids we found that the lifeguard was either in his shed with the door propped slightly open or he was asleep. Feared this put kids at risk so made the staff aware. Breakfast, a very good variety however found that it was pretty cold most mornings unless you orderd fresh omelette or eggs. Some mornings you were waiting for plates and cutlery/cups by the time they came out breakfast was like a cattle market - not good. Overall I would go back to the hotel albeit the mattress’s were changed in the full hotel. In general the hotel was pretty clean, quiet and peaceful. Location was the best part. Although we paid to upgrade the room to a sea view. I just think we ended up a bit unlucky, but it felt like it was one thing after another and couldn’t be bothered to continue going back to reception we just wanted to enjoy the time we had together as a family which is very rare for us.

I recently returned from a week’s stay at this hotel from 4th-11th July, where I holidayed with my two teenage sons (17 and 15), and overall we had a fantastic time. Our first impressions, arriving just after 1:00 a.m., weren’t the best. The welcome felt a little lacking, and unfortunately the lifts weren’t working, meaning we had to carry our suitcases all the way to our room without any assistance. We had also booked through Jet2 and were a little disappointed that there wasn’t a welcome meeting or information pack, as this is something we’ve always been used to on previous holidays. That said, once we’d settled in, our opinion quickly changed. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and our room was far more spacious than we expected. The online photos really don’t do it justice. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, although there were a few occasions where there was a wait for clean plates and cutlery, so that is one area that could be improved. The location was excellent. It was close enough to everything, yet just far enough away from the busier areas to enjoy some peace and quiet. The beach and harbour were only a few minutes’ walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring. The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. A very special thank you to Omar, Asia and Shana. They were incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly, always taking the time to chat with us and making us feel valued throughout our stay. Their kindness and outstanding customer service truly made our holiday what it was. Despite a few minor issues at the beginning of our stay, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. Omar, Asia and Shana are the reason we’ll be booking this hotel again. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable.

Location to the beach ,seaview and room.

Lots of steps to the beach which resulted in me going to the beach once and my husband not at all.We weren't informed of building works going on .Snack bar by pool could have had a larger choice of snacks.No atmosphere around the pool as there was no music due to sound system breaking .

Staff was great, we had our child with us who required naps during the day so staff accomodated us with a room that had loungers and sun all day. Overall a good experience. Apartment was big and comfy.

Unfortunately there was extensive building work happening throughout my time here. Pneumatic drills being used between 9.00-18.00 on working days spoiling the peace. This really spoiled my time here. AVOID for the foreseeable future.

We stayed in the premium two-bed apartment and the layout was excellent. The big wraparound terrace was a highlight, with lovely views over the beach. The downside of the beachside location is the noise in the evenings from the numerous (dare I say tacky) beach bars, which carries on until the midnight curfew. It's not just an issue when you're sitting out on the terrace — you can hear it inside too, even with the doors and windows shut. Worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper or travelling with young children. Breakfast was a real plus: a great spread with everything you could wish for. The only letdown is the coffee, which comes from a machine and is fairly average. Also the toaster didn’t function as one, it barely browned the toast. Pool is great, decent size for the little ones though it can get quite busy. The pool bar is decent, with an OK selection of basic hot food. Overall a comfortable, well-located base, just go in knowing the evenings are lively.

Noise from beach bars and also some hotel construction was underway. The hotel toaster at breakfast was also very poor and hardly worked.

Everything .. so modern and clean .. great location .. breakfast was delicious and had lots of options for the kids during the daytime

The pool bar food wasn’t very nice

The noise level. There is live music at the weekend and unfortunately we were placed in an apartment across from the live music. We also had a 9 month old baby with us, which the hotel receptionist was obviously aware of. We were put in an apartment that had steps down to it so also not ideal with a buggy. There was also construction on the weekdays we were there, with constant machines going. On our 4th day (after 2 nights of incredibly loud music) we made it aware to the receptionist that our apartment was not ideal because of the noise level and steps however we never heard back. On our second last day a holiday rep for the hotel checked in on us to see if all was ok. At that stage our holiday was nearly over. That was disappointing service from the staff.

This is the second time I've stayed at Flamingo Beach, and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first time. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was very nice, with a terrace and a beautiful view of the beach. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool area is excellent, peaceful, and there are plenty of sunbeds available. It's also very pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere around the bar area. I sincerely hope to return again in the future.

Sería mas privado si entre las terrazas pusieran cañas, como al exterior, pues estamos pegados a los vecinos. Las instalaciones en general muy bien, muy limpio y cuidado Los desayunos muy completos y el personal muy atento y agradable

Los dos primeros días a los niños se les prohibió el uso de la piscina, porque llegamos de las excursiones a las 6 de la tarde. Me pareció increíble desde esa hora tan temprana por el motivo de que se iba el socorrista. Me quejé en recepción y la directora, Silvia, me dio explicaciones diciendo que había sido un error de las recepcionistas de tarde, que podían bañarse bajo nuestra responsabilidad. La piscina mide 140 cm. en lo mas profundo, los niños de 11 y 12 años miden ya mas que eso y además nadan muy bien. El caso es que fue un punto negativo en nuestra experiencia, y que esos dos días de decepción no son recuperables.

The scenery is beautiful, it's very close to the beach, the staff are very welcoming and speak multiple languages, making for a great experience. There are many restaurants near the hotel, it's very popular with young people, and it's lively in the evenings! Highly recommended!

Flamingo has not disappointed fairly quiet this week the entertainment has just been singing to us ! A big shout out though for the welcome massage with Jeff wow best 29 euros spent for 20 min massage soooo relaxing 😊💕

My wife and me are part of the week long stay program with this year being our first week at the Flamingo Beach Mate. What a wonderful welcome we had. Free complementary drink with the friendly staff. The rooms are excellent. Clean bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and lounge area. South facing balcony so plenty of sunshine. Sunsets at FBM are wonderful. Breakfast is probably the best we have ever encounted with so much selection, incredible bargin for the price. Location is everything. Harleys is on the doorstep, we love the place. Supermarkets on the main road outside. If there is a complaint to be made, the sun loungers are 50% occupied 50% empty with blue towels on them but theres 2 people in the pool. We couldn't have a sun lounger on 2 days because of this.

We were approached on the beach by a chap asking if we would answer a few questions for the town council, such a lie! We owe re then offered to take a blue ticket each! I won a bottle of wine and my husband a free week’s holiday, and to follow him to this hotel. After 5 hours of intense ‘bullying’ we ended up signing for 3 week holidays supposedly 4 star for €3600. What a rip off! We never did get a free holiday! We had one week at this hotel but then had to book through a 3rd party for the other 2 which we put together to save on flights. The accommodation failed to meet the standard we signed for (on our contract) and was unsuitable for the following reasons: • Property was dirty, musty, dark, filthy steps and surrounding area. Balcony looking down on a filthy flat roof below. Studio 52. I think some staff are put here. The room below had a broken window. These places for timeshare are over to the left of the site and Tui all been modernised over to the right side. • Oven did not have a shelf, dials broken, light bulb didn’t work, ants on the floor. • Contract stated one bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. This ‘studio’ had 2 single beds and no room for 2 children. • Health and Safety issues with damp and ants in Studio. Electrical issues in upgraded room. These issues had a significant impact on the enjoyment and value of our holiday. I reported the problems to the main reception, her name is Efi, immediately and was offered an upgrade if we paid Euro 390. The ‘studio’ would cost approx. Euro 90 a night, 14 nights Euro 1260, and the upgrade room Euro 140 a night, 14 nights Euro 1960. We have paid Euro 2990 to stay there. The upgraded room (extra Euro 390) had sockets hanging out of the wall, no electric to telephone or TV, plugs didn’t work, no glass tray in microwave, patio door didn’t fit, shower head not on the wall, taps very stiff. We were woken every morning at 7am with the restaurant above being swept and banging on the railings with the brush and scraping of the chairs of the floor. Room 313.. We complained to Efi at the Reception but nothing was done. We paid Euro 3600 for 3 weeks 4 star holidays from avacationinthesun of which we stayed at the Flamingo Beach Mate Resort for 1 week. We were not allowed to stay there again and had to book elsewhere (I wonder why!!). The ‘studio’ was booked through 7Across, so another third party we were not aware of and is not specified anywhere on our contract. This firm avactioninthe sun based in Costa Adeje Tenerife are a scam and should be stopped! I have tried to fill in a form on their website and it doesn't work!

Établissement à fuir absolument. Nous avions réservé un appartement premium avec terrasse et vue sur mer, mais nous nous sommes retrouvés au rez-de-chaussée dans un logement sombre, avec une terrasse donnant directement sur la rue, rendant son utilisation impossible. Pour couronner le tout, une odeur insupportable émanait de la salle de bain et nous avons trouvé quatre cafards dans l'appartement. Le personnel, bien qu'informé de notre mécontentement, n'a strictement rien fait. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est à l'image du reste : totalement industriel.

Pas de parking sur place

La chambre vue mer était vraiment super, spacieuse, très bien équipée et aménagée avec goût. C'était le grand luxe. Les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement. Pas très écologique mais c'est très appréciable ! Il y avait peu de monde dans le complexe ce qui fait que nous avons été tranquille pendant le séjour. Il faut juste dormir la baie vitrée fermée pour éviter les bruits de la vie nocturne. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine. Accès direct à la plage et à la promenade longeant l'océan en passant par le jardin. Inutile de repasser par l'accueil. Pour le petit déjeuner, il est possible de le prendre à l'intérieur, dans une sorte de véranda ou dehors mais attention dans ce dernier cas aux tourterelles qui ont vite fait de piller vos assiettes laissées sans surveillance.

Le petit déjeuner n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Les fruits sont moyens ainsi que les viennoiseries. Sinon il y en a pour tous les goûts. Il y a des tasses et une bouilloire disponibles dans les chambres mais il n'y a ni café, ni thé. Curieux. Les environs sont ultra touristique avec une promenade très bien aménagée longeant l'océan sur des kilomètres mais bordée, malheureusement, de boutiques et de restaurants jusqu'à l'overdose.

Clean and good Location.

I’ve stayed several times at Flamingo Suites Tenerife, and overall it’s a very good hotel. It’s clean, well located, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. However, there are two things that could definitely be improved: First, the service at the pool bar was quite poor. It sometimes took up to an hour to get food, even when it wasn’t busy. Because of that, I only ate there twice. Second, the gym is disappointing. It has been moved to a larger room, but the equipment is old, partly broken, and doesn’t seem to be maintained. Compared to many other hotels in Tenerife that I’ve stayed at since 2008, this is by far the worst gym I’ve experienced. Despite these issues, the hotel is still very good overall, and I would recommend it.

They have a woman outside who will con you to go in claiming you have won a prize which you will not receive. It is all a con to get you to buy a timeshare which they encourage you to get a bank loan to pay for it. How the hotel allows this to go on is quite beyond me.

Pool could be a little bigger, but the hotel is right on the beach so you have options. Davide was especially warm and helpful.

This hotel was fantastic. Compared to hotels I’ve stayed in which achieve four and five stars, this compares very well. The rooms were basic but clean. The breakfast was very yummy and tasty, near to the beach and right in the action of Cost Adeje. This was booked as a spontaneous hotel as our villa cancelled and was a very good coincidence. Overall, a great hotel and fab for people going away with friends.

We have just returned from a family holiday in Costa Adeje. The Beach mate is in the most perfect location. Would definitely recommend. Nice welcome drinks on arrival and helpful staff. Good brekkie selection too! Pool area is nice and not overcrowded and it seemed like all the rooms we had were not too far away from the pool, reception etc. The hotel itself is a 5 min walk to restaurants bars and the harbor for boat trips, jet skis etc.
