Brentwood Hotel & Apartments

Staff very helpful. Rooms spacious very clean and simply furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very near to train station which is handy. Enjoyed our stay there. It was in the heatwave and they had left a big fan in there which helped with the heat.

Nothing that springs to mind?

We were given an upgrade free of charge to a large apartment which was a pleasant surprise! The reception staff (two) carried our suitcases to the adjoining building where our accommodation was and this was appreciated. The apartment was clean, functional and appropriate. The locality is outstanding, rail links, shops, bars, restaurants etc. and we were sorry to leave after a two night stay but rest assured that we will return!

Perhaps a tv in the bedroom would have been an added bonus after a tiring day but really that’s an irrelevance

Nice Breakfast. Room adeqaute but no air conditioning. Fan provided. Roomy shower. Close to high street and restaurants in walking distance.

Fridge in difficult position in corner under countertop. Be aware no lift and steep stairs to second floor. Room quite hot as we stayed during heatwave. No air conditioning but fan provided.

The welcome on site was very pleasant und helpful. We were upgraded to a very nice and spacious apartment instead of the room we booked, and had a great time there. Many thanks!

- Communication in advance via Whatsapp could be improved - I got several automated "please confirm that you're reading this" messages and they made me a bit suspicious initially. - The shower was a little bit leaky (but otherwise very nice).

Good base for musicfest again, good to meet other fest stayers at hotel. Fridge in room good Room basic but all needs there for 2 nights Parking and wifi both good local store and shops by station 5min walk Hotel quite clean all round - well done

Auto generated emails before visit annoying and mostly unnecessary Bed adequate , but might have had a bit more space around it Private bathroom good, but across corridor - good bath, no stand up shower fitting. Full breakfast extra , made it slightly over budget , but good though 10m uphill walk to town centre (OK on way back !!)

Clean and tidy, friendly staff, great location, walking distance to the station and Town Centre

The breakfast was exceptional and the location was good

Noisy with the bedroom window open. Couldn’t close the window as was too high to reach

Location

Deco very out of date. Shower old. Chair in room was very ugly. Was told it was an upgrade god help what were actually going to get. Also emailed and what’s app about 10 times before I arrived for 1 night stay.

Lovely ladies on Reception. Room and bathroom immaculate. This is my second stay here definitely book again .

Nothing.

The size of the big bed in the room.

I didn’t like that the toilet was on a platform and to get into the shower you had to step up quite high. The room was boiling hot even though we had 3 fans partly due to the weather I know but still far too hot.

The location was good and it was very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The lack of pillows. It was late when we discovered how uncomfortable it was with just the one. It was also very hot so a bottle of cold water would have been very welcome in the fridge.

Locatie

The property is located in a nice location, very close to the Brentwood Elizabeth Line station, and is in vicinity to the high street. The staff is very co-operative, and the free parking was a bonus.

The room given was quite different than the picture, and was a bit worn down.

Very friendly and nice staff. Clean room and comfy bed. Very good value. Great location

Nothing for the price

Good price, clean, friendly staff

Room was quiet dark, no window, was a fire door behind curtains which opened into a kitchen / dining area.

Very clean. Good location

Rugalmas

Spacious, clean rooms with excellent amenities. Location ideal for the station and local shops, bars and restaurants

Extremely clean and lovely group of ladies running it. Very pleasant atmosphere

Check in was easy. Parking off-road right outside the hotel. Rooms are small but well equipped - TV with excellent channel options, kettle, small fridge, a fan and working bedside lights ( not to be sniffed at as so many hotels seem to ignore broken bedside lights). En-suite is a bit tight but excellent shower. Breakfast was cooked to order - great value at £12 for a full English, coffee on tap and juices, yoghurts and toast made to order - no toast machines that deliver warm bread! Staff are lovely. It’s immaculately clean throughout. It’s an easy walk into town and easy to find.

Nothing really. The rooms are small but everything is there. It’s not a place for a romantic trip away but it delivers great value for business folks travelling and people looking for a great budget hotel.

Easy to book in. Friendly staff. I got upgraded free to a nice room on the ground floor and could park my car directly outside.

Location and cleanliness plus size

Everything was perfect

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the hotel was quiet, which made it easy to relax. The location was excellent—with a train station nearby, it was very convenient to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and peaceful place to stay.

Everything location. Cleanliness. Size of property plus ample parking

All good

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en accommodatie is schoon.

Beetje verouderd interieur.

Great location and facilities

The bed was comfortable, the shower was efficient and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Being able to park outside was a bonus

Plugs were rather limited and it was not possible to fill the kettle directly from the bathroom tap. The staircase was not ideal for those with mobility problems.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Accommodation clean and everything there which you would need. We had a great stay. Brentwood was a great place for the weekend with lots to do. Nice restaurants, cafes, juice bars and ice-cream parlours. All again friendly and helpful. What a breathe of fresh air after spending time in Central London!!!

The place was nice and tidy. The domestics came in every day and the location was near where we wanted to go

The roof in the bedrooms and bathroom was very low,as it was like an attic room, we were staying in. Myhusband banged his head a few times on the ceiling.

Location was excellent. Staff amazing. Size of apartment was superb 👌. Also neomi upgraded me due to my booking. This was my first time staying here . And I'll definitely stay again.

This is a minor thing . It states a shower, with a bath. But u cannot stand up to have a shower. Only sit down to have a bath . Also the fridge wasn't very cold at all , but im putting it down to a extremely hot day . And there were quite a few cracks in the wall next to the bedroom window.

Staff were very helpful and lovely, took our bag when we arrived early, bag was in our room when we checked in later in the evening. Everything was all clean. Fantastic location, 2 minute walk from train station. 24/7 shop 2 minute walk away

Noting all was fantastic

We had a lovely clean spacious room with comfortable bed, great shower room and tea and coffee facilities, lovely fluffy towels. More than happy just one slight niggle...no decafe coffee. Just had the continental breakfast, but everything was fine. Staff super-efficient.

Decaf coffee please.

Rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Very clean. Staff were all very pleasant and ensured I had everything I needed. Breakfast was also very good!

The mattress could have been comfier or a better quality mattress topper

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and good value for money.

Nothing

Good size room, a comfortable bed and great bathroom. Free car parking

Lack of shelves in the bathroom

Très bon acceuil. Petit-déjeuner anglais excellent. Place de parking gratuite. Proximité du centre ville et de la gare.

Breakfast was good and staff member friendly and attentive

Squeaky second floor, someone walking around most of the night, keeping us awake. Flooring needs fixing and more sound proofing

Fantastic place to stay ,highly recommend , staff lovely , place is spotless

Nothing all exceptional

The staff and the location.

Gute zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber

Sehr weiche Matratzen, recht warm im Dachgeschoss

The hosts were brilliant . We needed an extra bed at short notice and they moved us to a beautiful property

Exactly quality

Great location, super tidy, welcome staff

Everything was goog

Friendly staff, closeness to station.

Coming from Florida, they answered all my questions before we left. Upon arrival, they were kind enough to upgrade me and my mom to a 2/bed room apartment across the street due to our disabilities. This apartment was larger than my American home ! Big bedrooms with big beds. We couldn't figure out wifi but they came across to apartment to help us program in correct password and all worked. Enjoyed .

The outside door. You can hear others leaving late at night, did shake bedrooms slightly. Warm towel holder, very very hot ! We are from Florida so we never use those. How tall tub was I have a torn knee minicus so little tricky for me getting in and out. Mom however loved it 😉 no big complaints would stay again!

On arriving greeted by a lovely lady katrina , she checked us in ,arranged breakfast for next day extra charge but was a lovely breakfast nothing to much trouble , location near to a party we were attending in walkjng distance , rooms wete lovely we were given a apartment ,wow was lovely abd spotlessly clean everywhere , all the staff we met were lovely , so yes we would return and will recommend thankyou brentwood hotel

The staff are brilliant Extremely clean & tidy

You can hear other guests in their rooms

Cleanliness, Queen size bed, fridge.

Noisy door closers. No shelf adjacent to wash basin.

Clean and tidy. Easy access. Great communication. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Good location. Very good value with great off street parking.

Excellent rooms, clean, quiet. Great en-suite Very helpful, friendly staff, superb breakfast.

Parking is a bit hit and miss, limited space and unsecured.

Dicht bij de metro

Lage plafonds ,geen vluchtweg bij brand op bovenste verdieping

Fantastic staff, and a beautifully appointed hotel with everything you for a great comfortable stay.

Location

I travel a lot for work and when in Essex, always stay here. My home away from home.

Accessible

Apart from the stairs. And no lift everything was fine

Ruime kamer

Niks

The staff members were very friendly. The breakfast options were very good.

The bathroom was external. this was not very convenient but it was not too bad all in all.

Breakfast excellent.

All was fine

Really nice, and good value

Very clean and staff very nice

Toilet was outside bedroom and had group of children staying

I love the little flat we got…it was so homely and modern!

Initially parking was a bit of an issue but the staff member let us know about more parking!

The staff was friendly and polite, the beds was comfy, they helpful

Good location to where we were going. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Conveinient local for what we needed. Lady on reception was really friendly and helpful and the room was ideal for the 3 of us

Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed

Location, parking on site , helpful staff

All ok , but would suggest USB charging outlets in the room

Convenient, helpful, very accommodating, and the parking was great.

All good.

Lovely place just a short walk from the train station.

Very clean and excellent staff

The Staff is super friendly and helpful

I didn't like almost anything, but at least it was clean.

I don't like the fact that the heating is off and the room is still warm, but I don't like the fact that the stove is on, I don't like the fact that the window is on, no one told me where it is, in the reservations, there is a door, I have a morning snack, because I heard a lot of noise in the morning, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel again.

Gemütlich, gute Verkehrsanbindung nach London und zum Flughafen. Sehr freundliches Personal! Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Really lovely staff, well organised, calm, comfortable beds, peaceful.

For the money, no complaints

We didn’t have breakfast but the location was perfect for us
