Отличный отель, персонал приветливый, заселили нас даже раньше времени, находится отель на главной улице, куча магазинов рядом, вещи, еда, что душе угодно) ресторан в отель , где завтраки подают просто офигенный, он двигается по кругу, такое первый раз видела) Убирались в номере, полотенца меняли

It was very much in the center.

On the first day there was no bacon in the breakfast. But on the second morning I could get bacon and the hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

Great location in the centre of town, area is similar to Times Square. Hotel was comfortable and good value. Breakfast was a substantial buffet.

No late bar available. Reception was busy and could have been a bit more welcoming, but westerners didnt seem to be their regular clients.

The breakfast was cheap enough, and the rotating restaurant was a nice novelty. Front desk staff were friendly. English was not great, but this isn't as much of a problem in the age of electronic translators.

The chefs in the restaurant wouldn't stop looking at us over breakfast. Couldn't shake the feeling that they were making jokes of us. Not very reassuring. Was hoping we'd rotate away from them, but this never seemed to happen! Air conditioning wouldn't cool the room, and seemed to only make it even hotter. Getting to the place from the airport was a bit of a pain, and took quite a while. Not the hotel's fault, but something to take into account.

Perfect location, close to everything.

The room details on Booking.com clearly state that it is a non-smoking room. I sent two messages to the hotel before my stay to confirm, and they both replied that it was a non-smoking room. However, when I arrived, there was an ashtray inside the room, and the hallway was full of cigarette smell. Even the hotel lobby had a strong smell of smoke. I think this should be clearly indicated on the website.

This hotel is super central. You go outside and you are in the middle of the town. For the small price I payed, it offered enough. I recommend it

Maybe a bit old style...but what to complain..it was more than ok for the proce.

This is our 2nd time in this hotel. Our preferred hotel in Zhengzhou. Facilities are great. Complete stuff. Staff are great. Location is the best.

Asked for a non smoking room but still got a smoking room

Отличное расположение, рядом много кафе и магазинов. Есть где погулять. Персонал очень дружелюбный, правда говорящий только на китайском языке, но через переводчик старались максимально сделать наше проживание комфортным. В целом отель понравился вечером прогуливаясь рядом с отелем можно почувствовать атмосферу Китая, попробовать разных вкусностей.

Wi-fi очень плохо работал, не смогли подключить ноутбук и телефон. Работники отеля старались нам помочь, поставили в номер модем, но это не сильно спасло ситуацию. В номерах немного прокуренно.

El hotel está muy bien. La decoración no es moderna, pero a nosotros nos gustó mucho. Las habitaciones están fenomenal. El restaurante buffet giratorio es muy completo, con platos orientales y occidentales. Está ubicado en una zona con un montón de ambiente por la tarde-noche.

Отель нравится - центр города, пешеходная улица со множеством магазинов. Останавливаемся в нем не первый раз. Дружелюбный персонал, всегда готовый прийти на помощь гостю.Чистые и удобные номера. В номере есть все необходимые гигиенические принадлежности. Отличный и разнообразный завтрак. Ресторан на верхнем этаже отеля с панорамным видом на город и крутящимся полом.

Location was good

Staff not trained. They had no idea how to deal or assist a foreigner. You lose your phone and internet connection as soon as you enter your room. Rooms are very old style. Restaurants are horrible and very old. Breakfast super crowded and food inedible.

Location is perfect. Lots of shopping and eating options. Very near Erqi square. Room size is big with complete amenities. Parking is available at the hotel.

Superb location close to Metro and city center. A wide range of breakfast choices.

A slight smell of tobacco. My allergic condition is quite sensitive and brings a slight discomfort during sleep.

The view and location was great right in the city center

Breakfast-average with local hot food and little western food. Location is perfect for shopping and eating. The Railway station is 15 mins walk away. Five mins walk to subway ErQi Station. Staff at front desk are always busy not so helpful and friendly. Due to our long stay we were upgraded to Executive floor with huge room, comfy bed and sofa. Views of the busy ErQi shopping area.

The room can be hot due to the central control air condition. The hotel lobby is rather dated and unwelcoming.

The staff was very helpful and ready to support in any thing they can do , and I especially thank 2 members in particular ( xiang xiao li) and ( Bai xu tong ) ,they have did a remarkable job indeed and were a good reason that I extended my stay here ...all the stuff is nice and trying their best to make your stay feels exceptional...thank u every one again for your good behavior and support

The health club is somehow not good equpid and the machines don't work well

Although it seems very modern, the hotel and it's equipment is a bit old now. They renovated the showers though. Please bear in mind that the central location makes you hear all the fuzz happening around the square

People are smoking everywhere in the loppy, the rooms. The cooling wasn't good, not cool enough. It feels like there was no air-conditioning, only fan

The buffet breakfast from the 28th floor had great variety and was very tasty and fresh. The 28th floor is rotating and the views from there are so good. The rooms are spacious and clean, bigger than 90% of what you would find in China. The staff at Yuehai hotel were all friendly and helpful, we would often chat with them and since we stayed there for 17 nights, by the end of our stay we all knew each other haha. The cleaner on the 20th floor was especially lovely and would often chat with my grandma while cleaning her room, so that was greatly appreciated and very nice of her. The location of the hotel is also good, with heaps of shops and restaurants right next to it.

The hotel is in a very busy and popular spot (especially for tiktokers, streamers etc.) so the traffic gets a bit hectic around peak hours (8-10am and 4-6pm). I would recommend taking the subway instead of a taxi if travelling to and from the hotel during these hours.

Great location, right in the center. Close to the shopping center, city attractions, street food. Rooms clean and spacious, very comfortable beds. Interesting fact: 28th floor - breakfast room at the very top of the building: Revolving floor that allows you to admire the city panorama during breakfast. I recommend

I visited the hotel after prior reservation during a business visit to the city. I came across a modern and clean hotel with a very kind and friendly staff. Our communication in English was a pleasant adventure. I recommend it, especially to people who will be happy to be in the heart of the city.
