Nur Seeseite buchen, Strasse ist laut und die Zimmer eher Abstellkammern

Super Lage direkt am See, man kann ganz unkompliziert in den See springen, danach Espresso und Clubsandwich geniessen, es gibt daneben Wanderwege auf denen man den Berg hochjoggen kann, sehr freundliches Personal 🙏

Lake view is amazing. Location is good. Staff were friendly.

Sehr gute Lage, zentral und direkt am See. Frühstück möglich auf der Seeterrasse, sogar bei Regen mit Überdachung. Außenpool und eine tolle Möglichkeit, direkt im See zu baden.

Etwas muffiger Geruch im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war aber sauber und gut renoviert. Vielleicht kam es vom See. Es gab einen Raumduft im Zimmer. Wahrscheinlich ist das Problem bekannt. Ich hatte Zimmer mit Berg-, nicht Seesicht. Wahrscheinlich lohnt es sich, Seesicht zu buchen.

Alles absolut wie erwartet!

Es gibt nichts zu tadeln.

Es war wirklich sehr schön wir waren das erste Mal dort freundliches Personal. Tolles Hotel schöner Blick, saubere Zimmer und perfekt gelegen mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

wir hatten wiederum ein zimmer im 4.stock - einmalige Aussicht auf den see mit San Salvatore. einfach traumhaft! Wir genossen jeden Tag. Das Frühstück wie immer toll - es gibt soviel an Produkten, begleitet von sehr freundlichem Personal. Küche toll.

We had a nice stay at Lido Seegarten. The location is probably the best thing about the hotel — right on the lake with its own private lake access, but still very close to the centre of Lugano. We had a lake-view room, which was a good size, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was excellent. I would recommend asking for a room on a higher floor if possible, as the views are even better. Breakfast was very good, with a generous buffet and plenty of choice. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel and enjoyed both. We stayed during an extremely hot period, with temperatures around 40°C, so the restaurant staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times, which was quite understandable given the heat. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. I would happily stay here again.

Eu gostei de tudo , as pessoas são educadas e sabem receber muito bem . A comida excelente , está de parabéns !

The hotel has an impressive view and a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the lake, with direct access to the lake. The breakfast is generous and offers a great variety of options. Having breakfast while enjoying such a beautiful view of the lake is a real privilege. The bed was also very comfortable.

The rooms feel quite dated, especially the bathrooms and facilities, which have the feel of an older-style hotel (my room had the city view, not the lake). Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor.

Exceptional food, service and the location, on Lake Lugano! Excellent swimming pool and facilities. My wife and I have ween World travelers for over 50 years, and the Hotel Lido Seegarten is absolutely among the best hotels we've ever had the pleasure to stay at.

Nothing! It was perfect!

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, view was amazing looking out directly onto the Lake. Reception staff were friendly & willing to answer any questions we had. Breakfast was good although by 10am most items were running low.

For the price paid it was disappointing not to have as many facilities in the room as hoped for. We had to ask how to use the coffee pod machine as no instructions provided. There was also no milk cartons provided so we had to ask for them aswell. It was disappointing that the Hotel did not provide the use of an iron/ironing board. All other hotels we stayed at during our trip away provided this. The Hotel only offered specialist laundry cleaning - for a hefty fee ! We found the breakfast staff to be not that friendly or engaging. Just an aside - I had informed the Hotel prior to our arrival that our stay there was a special one for my Husband's 60th birthday - it would have been nice to have had some little token of recognition for this, even a handwritten note in the room would have been a nice gesture & wouldn't have cost them anything !

Ho deciso di soggiornare per un breve periodo a Lugano per concludere il mio trasferimento e pratiche lavorative. Ho scelto qs l'hotel per comodità. Ho prenotato 2 gg via booking a poi aggiunto una notte direttamente dall'hotel, avrei voluto estendere ulteriormente ma non era il caso. L'hotel offre un'ottima location in quanto è l'unico ad avere diretto accesso al lago ma la struttura risulta datato ma soprattutto lo staff non dimostra la preparazione per un 4 stelle. Durante il check in sono dovuta scendere in reception 3 volte. La prima mi avevano dato un pass di entrata per un'altra stanza, la seconda per avvisarli che TV e telefono non funzionavano, la terza per riavviasare che il telefono non funzionava. Ho deciso di estendere la prenotazione e mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto cambiare stanza. Pertanto essendo il check out alle 11am e check in alle 3,30pm, ed avendo un impegno lavorativo alle 12,30, avevo gentilmente chiesto di dare priorità alla preparazione della nuova stanza per le ore 12.00 (avevo lasciato la mia stanza prima dell'orario previsto per il check out) Mi è stato risposto di sì, ma poi quando mi sono presentata alla reception all'ora concordata la stanza non era pronta. È stata chiamata l'operatrice addetta ai servizi e chiaramente si è capito che c'era stata una dimenticanza. Peccato che per l'appuntamento avevo necessità di fare doccia e cambiarmi d'abito e pertanto questo mancato passaggio mi ha messo in una situazione di disagio. In tutto questo non ho sentito una scusa, ci dispiace, solo l'hotel è pieno non possiamo farci nulla. Poca cura. Inoltre ho usufruito del parcheggio interno, il cui prezzo da listino disponibile in camera è indicano a 30CHF al giorno, in reception hanno fatturato a 35CHF. Quando ho fatto notare la discrepanza, non c'è stato alcuna reazione come se non sapessero neppure dell'esistenza del listino.

Frühstück sehr gut und grosse Auswahl, perfekte Lage am See, Möglichkeit direkt im See zu schwimmen. Wunderschöner Ausblick!

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, posizione ottima e la colazione è stata favolosa.

I mobili e il bagno nella struttura sono un po' datate

The location was simply stunning

It is a bit old, while the room is well kept. The entrance decor is a bit outdated. The breakfast was amazing and a true pleasure.

Tolles Hotel mit viel Charme. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage direkt am See mit der wunderschönen Aussicht sowie der Pool haben mir sehr gefallen. Das Restaurant war ausgezeichnet! Hervorragende Küche und erstklassiger Service. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht modern, genau das macht jedoch seinen Charme aus.

Super Hotel mit einem fantastischen Ausblick aus dem Fenster/Balkon. Zum Frühstück war ganz toll auf der Terrasse am See zu sitzen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Schöne Lage direkt am See und toller Pool und schöne Aussicht.

Frühstück war nur in Ordnung, Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein, etwas altbacken.

Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren hier her. Die Lage ist senstionell und das Personal sehr freundlich.

The room was spacious and the view of the lake from our balcony was tremendous! The buffet breakfast was by far the best on our five week holiday! The restaurant overlooking the lake is beautiful and the food and service impeccable! Everything we ordered was delicious! The two young happy staff waiters were very friendly and proficient at their job.

Everything was fabulous!

Chambre un peu vieillotte. Manque un peu de place (et d’endroits à l’ombre) pour les chaises longues autour de la piscine

הכל אהבנו, כששלווה ויופי נפגשים יוצרים גן עדן של מקום, הנוף מהחדר מול האגם עוצר נשימה.

לצערנו ארוחת הבוקר היתה ממש דלה אפילו ביחס לאירופה, בבוקר השני אכלנו בחוץ.

De faciliteiten om te zwemmen zijn top! Parkeergarage net voor de deur. Gratis gebruik van openbaar vervoer van en naar de stad.

Výhled na jezero a možnost koupání v jezeru/bazénu.

Wie immer fantastisch. Diesmal hatte ich meine Eltern dabei und sie waren ebenfalls von der Lage des Hotels mit der traumhaften Aussicht auf See und Berge, dem freundlichen Personal und der grossartigen Küche des Restaurants begeistert.

WiFi servis is not very good

Die Lage, Ausstattung, Frühstück und alles andere war super. Insbesondere der Pool und der direkte Seezugang haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das einzige was wir uns anders gewünscht hätten wäre, dass es Frühstück bis um 11uhr gibt.

Der Pool mit Seezugang war super.

Salle de bain pourrait être un peu révisée (pommeau de douche ne tient pas / lumière du mirroir aggrandissant ne fonctionnait dans aucune des trois chambres réservées)

Le bruit de la climatisation la nuit était très forte dans certaines chambres / le personnel n'a pas tenu compte de notre remarque.

The location, pool and excellent breakfast.

Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, jedoch mit Busstop in der Nähe. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal, schöner Pool, direkter Zugang zum See, Poolbar - Migros in der Nähe sowie einige Restaurants und Bars.

Wie jedesmal -und leider kann das Hotel da nicht viel machen- geniessen alle Gäste den Pool und die Ruhe.. BIS eine Familie kommt, die Kinder schreien rum, stehen allen Gästen im Weg, besetzen die Treppe für den Pool-Einstieg, Eltern sagen nichts und kümmern sich nicht mal drum.. alle Gäste nerven sich und einige gehen sogar. Ausserdem sind auch oft Liegen mit Badetüchern belegt, die dann aber stundenlang nicht benutzt werden.

L’alarme s’est déclenchée à 23h et nous n’avons reçu aucune information nous sommes descendus prestement come d’autres clients de l’hôtel avec un minimum d’affaires et le personnel avait l’air désemparé et incapable de nous renseigner ; nous n’avons reçu aucune information et nous avons fini par remonter dans notre chambre et l’alarme s’est remise à sonner nuit très agitée malgré cela, aucune compensation, ni geste commercial pour le désagrément. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

...man muß die Retroeinrichtung der 80er und 90er Jahre mögen. Dann ist alles perfekt.....
