الملاحظة الوحيدة هي أن ممرات الفندق تحتاج إلى تحسين جودة وتهوية الهواء، بحيث تكون رائحة الممرات أجمل وأكثر انتعاشًا.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Hôtel assez extraordinaire dans une magnifique demeure. Tout d'abord, souligner la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel et son professionnalisme. Le cadre est magnifique, en particulier le parc et la vue splendide. Concernant la restauration, PDJ magnifique et très complet, seule la carte du restaurant RUCOLA nous a semblé un peu courte. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
La salle de sport est sombre et un peu exigüe.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Die Lage am See nur durch den tollen Garten und die Straße ist sehr gut! Perfekt ist auch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, so dass man seinen Wagen nicht benötigt! Der eigene Lido ist sehr schön gelegen!
Wir sind es nicht gewohnt in einem top Hotel nach einer langen Autofahrt nicht nicht einmal ein Begrüssungsgetränk zu bekommen! - Das Frühstücksbüffet ist leider nur mittelmäßig, da ist man bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel anderes gewohnt! Es kann auch nicht sein, dass für ein Omelett extrakosten aufgerufen werden ! In einem 5 Sterne Hotel sollte ein top Frühstück mit Allem ohne zusatzkosten obligatorisch sein! Das Mitarbeiter sind klasse!!!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Heel vriendelijk personeel. Schitterend uitzicht over het meer. Restaurant Arte is geweldig (zeker ook het vegetarisch menu). Algemeen ruimtes zijn erg mooi inclusief bijzondere kunst.
Kamers zijn wat gedateerd (o.a los zittend behang, airconditioning die de kamer moeilijk gekoeld krijgt), past niet bij grandeur die het hotel wil uitstralen. Lastig om in bad te stappen indien je fysiek wat beperkt bent.

Sajnos nincsenek felkészülve a nagy melegre és nagyon gyenge a szálloda klimatizálása, a szobát a legalacsonyabb hő fokra állítva sem hűti le a rendszer. A reggeli pár napig jó, de egy hét tartózkodás alatt már unalmassá válik. Több szállodában jellemző és sajnos itt is, hogy a tükörtojást , lágy tojást, palacsintát stb. nem teszik ki, hanem rendelni kell és úgy készítik. Lassú és nem adja meg az igazi választás lehetőségét, pláne, ha nem beszéled olyan mely szinten a konyha nyelvét,

Unfortunately for just under $1400 per night we did not get a room with adequate aircon. It was hot here it has been for 5 weeks in Europe. Every other area and hotel we have stayed in had aircon that kept us cool in 40plus temperature. Our fridge also didn’t cool anything in it. So we constantly carried ice to our room. This is unexceptable when charging the rates they do. Europe is hot in summer. Up grade all you aircons in rooms. Guest shouldn’t have to sleep under wet towels to be able to stay cool thru the night.

The property is just absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner! Monte bre funicular right out back the door and bus stop out the front of property by lake. You can tell the love and care put into this hotel. Service is impeccable.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Die Lage ist hervorragend – sehr zentral und ideal, um alles bequem zu erreichen. Das Personal war gut geschult, aufmerksam und jederzeit freundlich. Besonders überzeugt haben mich zudem die Sauberkeit sowie der eigene Lido.
Weniger gut gefallen hat mir die eingeschränkte Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon, da die Abtrennung zum Nachbarbalkon lediglich durch eine noch wachsende Pflanze erfolgte. In dieser Hotelkategorie würde man hier mehr erwarten. Zudem wäre eine kleine Früchteschale als Willkommensgruss eine schöne Alternative zu Schokolade. Die Badewanne ist besonders für ältere Personen eher unpraktisch, da das Ein- und Aussteigen erschwert ist.

Gracious, friendly, personalized service and an amazing location - an easy 10- 15 minute walk outside of the center of town. Went for a business trip with little expectation and was just thrilled by the experience.

Beim Frühstück hatten wir immer einen ruhigen Platz. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen, ebenso die Pianobegleitung am Abend.
Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas zu weich.
