Pamela, our host was amazing, full of helpful hints.The location was superb. The view was spectacular . Clean as a whistle, breakfast and food stock was brilliant. Pamela’s daily home made cakes were the icing on the “cake”. Everything you needed was provided.

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like.

Our host, Pam met us with open arms and made us feel like VIPs. The room was spotless, cool (during a heat wave, so much appreciated) and generously appointed. The location was ideal, just around the corner from the busyness and close to the lift up to the main town. Terrific view of the marina. Homemade cake.

The drive into Sorrento is hair-raising, but part of the experience. You can hear the water running through the plumbing, but we just pretended it was rain.

We loved everything! Pamela is a fantastic host. We had a big flight delay and she kept in touch and was there when we arrived. The suite is stunning, spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. She keeps an amazing food stock and brings fresh baked goods every day. The location is outstanding, close to the ferry, easy bus to town, the train station. This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at-highly recommend it.

The location was perfect for us. The room was really nice and the view was just incredible. Our host was fantastic, providing a fantastic range of options for breakfast, including some freshly prepared local baked items each day. Should the opportunity arise, we will definitely be coming back.

Occasionally there was a little bit of noise in the corridor from other residents, but this was very uncommon.

Absolutely amazing! From views to location. The ferry and hotel drops off and picks up right in front of apartment

There was nothing to dislike. Maybe an elevator but the owners were so attentive. They met us at the dock and carried our luggage up the stairs.

Pamela was an amazing host, she thought of everything, and we had more than enough to make our stay absolutely perfect. Between the food, room, and location, everything was amaing!

Quite property along the coast right when you get off the fairy. Hosts were absolutely incredible and friendly. We felt so safe in regards to location of the property. Our view was incredible. Pamela made fresh treats where we got back everyday and it was just so special. It is an incredible value to stay at such luxurious place. Everything you could possibly need they had. If I ever have the opportunity to come back to Sorrento, I will be staying here again.

I absolutely loved everything about this stay! It’s hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed at. Beyond being a great place, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service and how uniquely special they make you feel. Plus, the view was absolutely breathtaking! The room is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the host genuinely thinks of every single detail to make your stay perfect. Having breakfast served right in my room and our host’s hospitality were on another level. I’d give it a higher score if I could! A Pamela merece um destaque especial. Sua hospitalidade faz toda a diferença. Extremamente gentil e atenciosa, nos recebeu logo na saída do barco. Desde o champanhe de boas-vindas, o café da manhã com bolos fresquinhos preparados por ela diariamente e os mimos deixados no quarto, tudo é pensado com muito carinho. Só um alerta para quem pretende ficar apenas na cidade, sem passeios bate e volta de barco: para estas pessoas, o ideal é se hospedar na parte alta da cidade. Pois precisa do elevador público para se locomover entre a área do porto e a cidade em si.

Oh my goodness! Surriento Suites was the perfect landing spot after busy days exploring Sorrento or grabbing a Ferry to Capri or Positano! The room was AMAZING! Clean, welcoming and full of beauty! The Bed and Breakfast has everything you need from beach towels to a hair straightener! The hostess went above and beyond for us! A detailed welcome showing us where to find everything and how to work the coffee machine to maps of each of the nearby islands. Our fridge was stocked with water and food each day and we always had a delicious baked treat waiting for us as well! We loved the location, the sunrise view from our room was 😍 and we felt welcomed and loved from the minute we arrived! Don’t sleep on this place! Book today!

We had a wonderful stay at Surriento Suites and would definitely come back. Pamela and her husband, Alessio, were wonderful hosts. Even though we arrived late, Alessio welcomed us warmly and kindly helped us carry all of our luggage, which we really appreciated. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. As someone who is very picky about cleanliness, I was genuinely impressed. The room was stocked with plenty of delicious breakfast items, and we absolutely loved Pamela’s fresh homemade cakes every day—they were such a thoughtful and delicious touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry and the town center. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and their warm hospitality made our family vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! We would happily stay here again.

We loved this quaint place. It is a great location and easily accessible to our day cruise, downtown Sorrento and the water. Pamela is an excellent host and she thought of everything one could need for a comfortable stay! We loved and appreciated the daily baked goods she left for us in our suite which was a wonderful and welcomed touch after a long day of excursions and sightseeing.

We cannot think of anything we did not like. We'd stay here again if we plan another visit to the area!

Excellent stay in Sorrento. Pamela and her husband met us at the ferry, which made our arrival very smooth and easy. Pamela explained everything clearly and gave us lots of helpful tips on where to eat and how to make the most of our time in Sorrento. The apartment was spotless, spacious and exceeded our expectations — even better than the photos. There was an incredible amount of breakfast food and snacks provided throughout the day, including a lovely bottle of limoncello. Pamela also baked us fresh cakes each day, which was such a thoughtful touch. A wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Everything!!! I can’t imagine anything more our hostess, Pamela, could have done to make this a more perfect stay. Also, our incredible view from our room window was unbeatable. We overlooked the port and had a direct view of Mt Vesuvius!

The room was large and well stocked with everything you could need.

It was a little distance from the main town. There was an elevator you could take for a small fee otherwise quite a few stairs.

The location can not be beat! Close to the ferry and just a short walk (straight uphill) to town. Pamela was amazing. We feel like we were visiting a friend within seconds of meeting her.

We love the view, the treats, the cake and the comfort of the room with all the amenities. Very convenient location for access to fairies and to sorrento square.

I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was. Pamela has thought of every detail. The location is perfect, the room is well stocked with everything you need or want, the views were amazing, and the pastries were to die for. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our first trip to Italy so amazing!

Location was perfect. You could get on and off the ferry with ease, dip your feet in the ocean and take a nice stroll to dinner or downtown.

The apartment was beautiful with amazing views, right on the water. Very clean and easy to walk everywhere. There is a lift to the top for shopping, restaurants and more spectacular views. You won’t believe when you walk in how she has stocked the kitchen with goodies to eat around the clock Pamela truly goes above and beyond any host I’ve ever met. I will be coming back next year as three days was not enough.

Perfect location to take a boat trip to Capri or Amalfi. Very cozy room for family with a separate big bathroom on a different floor (our son was thrilled 😄). Fantastic breakfast space with an amazing view and very big choice of products for breakfast. Very nice lovely couple of owners - helped us a lot, and lady baked just fantastically delicious cakes every morning!❤️

The best place in Sorrento! I'm so glad I was able to book a few nights here. I absolutely loved the view, the space and, the hospitality! The host Pamela has spoiled us with endless snacks and fresh cakes every day. She provided us such nice guides upon arrival. And even prepared personal gifts for my birthday! What a nice surprise! This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. If you’re thinking of coming to Sorrento, this is absolutely where you need to be. Our host, Pamela, couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful, she gave us so many great tips on how to spend our time and really helped make our trip special. The apartment itself is gorgeous, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and immaculate. The location is unbeatable right on the pier if you’re planning boat tours or swimming, and only a couple of minutes walk to the main street. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Pamela was super charming and accommodating. Her fresh-baked pastries and cakes were amazing. There were snacks, fresh fruit and drinks in the room in abundance for your choosing. All complimentary! The room was super quiet and we never once heard any noise coming from other rooms. The only noise we heard at night were the ocean waves lapping at the shore. The view of the harbor and cliff face from our room was awe-inspiring. We researched the room before we booked it, so we were aware of the accessibility to Sorrento up top. We climbed the stairs up every day and loved the exercise. But, don’t worry—-if you’re not into a daily workout, then take the shuttle bus to the top for a tiny fee. It’s parked literally 1-minute away. Excellent place and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation!!

The location was just as we hoped, the room was big for the two of us, the view was amazing, the host went above and beyond. The pantry that the host stocked was ridiculously good.

I loved the location of the property, the view, and all the extra thought Pamela put into the amenities she provided. Pamela was so kind and welcoming. She thought of every little thing a visitor might need. The treat of the day was a nice touch, and we enjoyed trying all sorts of Italian treats.

Th ONLY negative would be the stairs to get to the town (the lift wasn’t working when we were there) but they were worth it for the view and peaceful area.

Location, location, location. Very clean and updated room with a fabulous view of the harbor. Pamala stocked our room with everything we could need for breakfast and snacks, plus she is a wonderful baker and left a fresh cake in our room everyday. She also met us when we got off our ferry, walked us to our room and gave us maps and suggestions for what to do during our visit.

Pamela was one of the most amazing hosts! Upon arrival, she had stacked the fridge with a range of meats and cheeses and provided snacks and drinks for the stay. The place was in a perfect location right near the port, with a gorgeous view and central to everything. The place itself was clean, comfortable and exactly like the pictures, such a beautiful apartment. As a group of 4 girls we felt very safe! Pamela also baked us a cake everyday which were so delicious, and she was so lovely and helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. Will be back 100%!! Thank you Pamela

Clean, great location and view, amazing host, food heaven.

The hosts have thought of everything at this wonderful accommodation. A generous breakfast and plenty of snacks were provided, along with a coffee machine, tea bags, an iron and steam iron, and full bathroom amenities — not to mention the amazing freshly baked cakes delivered every day. It truly felt like a home away from home: spacious, comfortable, and offering beautiful views. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the ferry.

Pamela was an excellent host! She provided pastries she baked every morning that were so delicious! The property was very clean and the view was gorgeous. The room was very spacious and fully stocked with food and drinks. Check in was very easy too!

Beautiful with lots of treats and view

Excellent hosts, who showed us everything, answered all of our questions, helped us out in numerous ways, and had the suite stocked with every imaginable amenity. Excellent location, on the beach, 1 minute to the Capri ferry, next to an excellent restaurant, bar, and amenity shop. Gorgeous view out our window to the cliffs of Sorrento, the bay of Naples, and Mount Vesuvius. The hosts cleaned the room and refreshed the food and water daily. Waking to the sounds of waves lapping and seagulls crying outside our window while drinking Italian coffee and eating one of the lovely homemade cakes and treats Pamela (the host) brought us daily—it simply couldn’t be better. In a word, it was fantastic!

This wasn’t an issue for us, but …if you have mobility issues or have small children in strollers, I’d suggest staying at a hotel on top of the cliffs by the main upper area. This location requires many steps (181 from beach/marina, where it is located to top of cliffs) or a 100 meter Or so walk to the cliff side elevator to reach the main shopping area of town. We found the exercise exhilarating and a great way to burn off the pizza and pasta we ate!

Sorrento can be touristic. But this is the PERFECT home base. You are right at the dock so it is easy to go anywhere and everywhere from here. Just hop on a ferry! Aside from the location our hosts were AMAZING! They were so flexible and attentive. We had everything we could ever need and more. Just wonderful. I cannot say enough good things.

Pamela is an incredible host. She is welcoming, proactive with communication, and extremely thoughtful and kind. She contacted us a few days before the stay to ensure we knew what mode of transportation to take (ferry is easiest), and met us as the marina to help with our bags and show us around. She baked fresh local pastries daily for us to try, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to make breakfast. She was easily accessible by phone for any questions or concerns. LOCATION: right on the water, incredible view, quiet and relaxing, very easy walk to elevator or stairs to access the city center. Super great access to all the beach clubs! Very safe and secure. FACILITIES: spacious room, comfortable bed, and so many courtesy items provided including beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash (shower has great water pressure too). WiFi works well. Kitchenette included espresso maker + pods, milk frother, panini press, and a generous amount of teas, fruits, and snacks. You won’t be hungry! Room was cleaned daily. Safe located in closet for any valuables that need storing. HOST: again, Pamela was amazing. She noted it was my birthday at check in and surprised us with an incredible thoughtful and kind gesture. It made my birthday so special! She truly went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Sorrento was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend this property, and cannot wait to return in the future.

I recently stayed at a delightful Surriento Suites in Sorrento and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, easy to contact, offering great local tips on where to eat, where to eat, and the best times to visit nearby spots like Positano, Capri, and Amalfi. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a cozy Mediterranean charm and a sea view. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the main square, in Marina Grande. Despite being so central, the B&B was quiet and peaceful at night. If you’re looking for a more personal and authentic experience in Sorrento, I can’t recommend this place enough!

On returning from a visit to capri she had decorated kitchen area with balloons and happy birthday and baked me a cake to celebrate my 60th BD I would highly recommend this B&B my family stayed for 5 nights

this was a great location, right in marina picolla so if you are doing excursions to capri/positano it’s the perfect place. you can take the stairs or elevator up to the main area of sorrento and walk into town. the owner is so sweet and bakes fresh pastries daily. my husband forgot his bag and she immediately messaged me and sent it out to us back in NJ.

Simply the best! Great location in the heart of Sorrento by the beach and boats. We walked 1 minute from our room to a secluded beach with tranquil warm water with castle fortification back drop and boats on the other side. We were feet from the ferries which made it easy to get to Capri and Positano. It’s a hike up lots of steps to Sorrento town, but we did it every day and it was our way of burning off all the calories we ate each day. The hostess Pamela is a gem! You can’t find a nicer person. She is the gold standard in hostesses. She generously supplied the room with piles of Italian snacks, olives, tons of cheese cold cuts and bread. Yogurts, waffles, pancakes and cookies. Pamela also made fresh cakes every morning, each one was amazingly delicious. Any time we need more of the foods/snacks she replaced them immediately. You will not find a better hostess, place and accommodation in Sorrento. First rate, 5 stars! We loved every minute here. We were so sad to leave, but will return again. Thanks again for everything Pamela!

The hosts were so attentive and caring, we received fresh cakes every day which were absolutely gorgoeus. They also left a birthday treat on the bed, which was so lovely and much appreciated. The location was perfect for us as we were positioned to be able to explore Naples and Sorrento and island of Capri.

The host -Pamela was amazing ! She baked something fresh everyday. The breakfast was Over the top with Fresh fruit, waffles, pastries, juice,milk, multiple coffee selections, snacks, meat, cheeses, yogurt.

Absolutely loved our stay here, host Pamela has set the gold standard in hospitality. The suite was sparkling clean, very comfortable (the most comfortable bed of our trip) and many extras like fruit, delicious cakes, coffee, tea, biscuits etc. Brilliant location by harbour and there is a grocers, cafe and a couple of cafes just around the corner, or use lift or steps for fast access to the upper town.
