It was on the harbor and overlooked a public beach.

Two nights in a row we could not get in the main door and struggle to get in the the other two doors to our room. We had to call the manager to let us in. The second night we waited for over an hour outside for him to show up angry that we called him for help. Then when he arrived he could not get in and had to use the front door to the building( we did not have access to this door). Then he never gave us any compensation for our troubles!

We loved this location! Being so close to the ferry port was a huge bonus as it made our day to day travel so simple. Federico and staff were very pleasant and helpful with our many questions about recommendations.

Close to everything, very clean, good breakfast, 5’ from the beach, literally, and 50’ from the port. Quiet over night, 2 restaurants near by. We loved it.

ur stay at Yacht Club Capo Cervo Suites in Sorrento was excellent. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the ferry terminal, making it incredibly easy to visit Positano, Capri, Amalfi, and Naples. It's also within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, and shops. The view is absolutely stunning and was one of the highlights of our stay. As a Genius guest, we appreciated the extra benefits. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with recommendations and any questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection to start the day. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Sorrento and would definitely come back again.everything is good

It was exceptional in every way.

I wish we stayed longer than 4 nights. Perfect location to enjoy Capri, Positano, and Almalfi coast without the crowds.

Location is perfect for travellers constantly going on ferrys or catching boats. Nice view from the shared balcony at night and during day. Mini bar had a great selection.

Had the electricity go on and off a few times and was not able to open our door. (Staff assisted and was helpful) Air conditioner did not work and just blew out hot air. We also didnt have any hot water for the first few hours.

Great location

It was awkward because it’s a very busy place and the apartment was not very well marked. The parking was awkward and not clear that we had to pay $30 a day. The room was small and did not have a window that viewed the ocean. It did have a balcony that you could see part of the ocean, but it was looking parallel with the Shore not out to where the votes were. Maybe some of the other rooms were better that faced the water, but we were under the impression that ours would face the water so we feel like we were deceived a little bit.

Coming off the ferry was only a short walk to the location. The place exceeded our expectations, and we were really excited with how nice the room was. The elevator was only a short walk down the shoreline. We wish we had stayed here another night or two instead of Positano.

Big room and decent-sized bathroom. Close to lift and stairs to town as well as a good restaurant and beach clubs. Federico and Lidia were very pleasant and helpful. Federico organized our transports to/from airport as well as a great cooking class. Breakfast was very good and accommodated dietary needs.

Our room had no view of the harbor while sitting down due to the cement balcony. The property is on a busy marina so be aware there will be lots of activity and noise during the day. Hot water and water pressure varied.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was so perfect, right next to the ferry terminal. Just note that there is a 10 min walk up stairs to get to main centre, but there is also a lift option if you can't do the the stairs. Breakfasts were amazing. We left early each day but they were so accommodating and let us have breakfast earlier than the standard breakfast time. Our room was clean, modern but still had plenty of charm. We selected a sea view room and had our own balcony which was a nice touch. Federico was very accommodating when making arrangements. We added a day to our stay last minute and had to switch rooms but he made it all very seamless. He also arranged a very nice airport transfer at a good price.

Having coffee in the rooms or the common area would have been a nice touch.

Super convenient... steps from the ferry, overall port and beach. Great view from the beautiful deck. Very modern, well-equipped room with large bed and luxurious bath. Very friendly and helpful staff, great home-made breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience! The port is busy during the day, but very peaceful with just the waves at night -- I slept very peacefully with the doors open. Visiting Sorrento center itself very easy either via walking up or taking the convenient elevator a short walk away behind the beach clubs.

Easy location right near the pier made it easy for access to the ferry. Beautiful room with comfy bed and lovely view.

Had issues with the card reader which meant difficulty getting into the complex and my room late at night. It worked eventually.

The location is great, very close to the pier, very good if you want to travel in ferries to other places. Its right by the sea, the views were great especially early morning and late evening.

Waterfront, boat tours and ferry step outside the door. Going to sleep to the waves. In the heart of Sorrento but away from the city centre crowded streets. The owner was lovely and helped us with a perfect Capri tour. Breakfast was delicious and the lady was so lovely!

Il n’est pas facile de trouver les escaliers ou l’ascenseur public pour accéder à la ville haute sans connaître . On se sent à l’écart de la ville mais c’est aussi plus calme ☺️

I almost don't want to share how much I liked this place because I'd like to keep it a secret to myself. I couldn't have asked for a dreamier room, view, breakfast, or location. Right on the port, you could watch the action, get easy top pick of the best activities, and be tucked into a peaceful area for evening and morning.

I would highly recommend calling when you are nearby to get the keys as texts weren't as easy to connect with the hosts on. They were super prompt in returning calls.

Excellent property, great location, beautifully designed rooms with a nautical theme… loved it!! The property manager was very helpful also.

The breakfast was satisfactory.

Our room had a 2 inch step down in the middle. The floor was all the same color so it was difficult to see the step down. We had some wobbly moments during our stay. A colored line would help with this issue during the day. Not sure how to navigate this issue in the dark at night for a bathroom visit.

We arrived earlier because of strike of the railway and they let us check in earlier. The location right across the ferry lines. The entire place is nicely maritim decorated. The breakfast is a lot of variety . There is also a bus stop around the corner. To the village up on the mountain.

La proprietà di una scortesia unica, dovrebbe cambiare mestiere. All’arrivo se non riesci a trovare parcheggio ti dicono di pensarci loro, vengono, ti prelevano la macchina alla modica cifra di 30€ senza avvisarti verbalmente e quella che sembrava una cortesia diventa un costo non previsto. Colazione fino alle 10 check out 10:30, credevamo erroneamente fosse alle 11, vengono a bussare 4 volte in 10 minuti. Il proprietario talmente furbo da cancellare la nostra prenotazione alle 11:07 facendo risultare che non avessimo effettivamente soggiornato li per evitare questa bella recensione. Sorrento merita altro.

Tout 😎 La gentillesse des hôtes, l'emplacement, le confort de la chambre .. On se croirait dans un Yacht !! Le petit déjeuner.. Je recommande vivement tout était parfait. Parking à proximité 30€ que nous n'avons pas pris de peur d'être dans la zone ZTL

They charged us €20 for lost key card. She asked for cash so we think it was a scam. This was after we had given her a really nice tip.

When we first entered the accommodation, there was a wonderful fragrance. That scent created a great impression of the place from the very beginning until the end of our stay. “If possible, could you let me know what kind of diffuser scent you use?”

Really nice view directly by the port. Decoration gives you some really nice sailing vibes Good to know: checkin is on certain period of time, you need to let them know when you arrive Good to know: access is by the stairs down the port, so may not be suitable for everyone

Our room had opened window on the bathroom which gives you little privacy to poop and shower A bit noisy with doors vibrating with wind I guess Not a problem in itself, but having around the staff watching you for breakfast was intimidating

Very nice view. You can’t beat the location for taking ferry’s. Short walk to lift to main town. Excellent stay would definitely stay again in the future.
