My family and I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Araneta Center, as I chose this location to celebrate my birthday. During the booking process, they have taken note of my request and even provided a birthday token. The buffet was amazing. We had a wonderful breakfast, and the kids enjoyed their time at the pool. Overall, I will consider Novotel as one of the places to check in.

None that I can think of.

Clean and spacious. Nice location. Good gym and steam rooms. The ice cream from Indulge is awesome. There's a chocolate one... it will change your life.

Some of the door staff guys were not very communicative. The coffee from the machines at breakfast was not good. Lattes tasted like the milk was off. Maybe maintenance needed at shorter intervals to make sure milk lines are clean

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The shower room floor was quite slippery and could be a safety hazard, with no visible emergency equipment. The buffet breakfast also needed better food replenishment, as most dishes were being cleared before 10:00 AM.

The towels were not white anymore, it looks old and not soft. The bfast buffet were good but it could've been better. More improvement.

The service from Gourmet Bar is SLOW. The table setting was not ready. They keep me waiting .

Professional staff attentive to your needs and requests. Staff also makes every effort to greet you if passing by. Front desk personnel are very accommodating, friendly, professional and prompt. Facilities are clean and every detail is given attention. Rooms are very nice and the pillows are very comfortable. Probably the best pillows I have ever had. It’s quiet in the halls and staff open door for you every time you exit or enter the building. A real nice touch of class.

Service was fast pag nag call ka sa room service. Unlike sa previous hotel stay ko na inaabot abot ng syam syam bago dumating request mo. Also i loved that otw connected sa Araneta coliseum

The breakfast was good, and the bed was comfy. The water pressure was good, the room was clean, and the cleaning people were very pleasant compared to the front desk staff.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and I moved from Novotel to Solaire because my experience at Novotel was terrible and not very pleasant at all… The elevator did not have AC, and it was always packed, so you would definitely smell BO or other people's sweat. The Wi-fi was lagging, so I could not log in to work. My first night was terrible. I had a very long flight, and all I needed that night was a good sleep, but I couldn't bc the noise from the event was too loud. The staff took a long time to move me to another room. I had to be moved at 2am. My key card never worked, and the staff blamed me for it. They also double-charged me, requested a refund, and told me to dispute it with Booking.com, so, in the end, I did not get the refund. The front desk staff were terrible and provided very poor customer service. I had had enough of this hotel, so I decided to move to Solaire in Quezon City, and it's way better. The staff, the room, the elevator, the ambience, and the AC are top-notch, and there's no comparison. Novotel should learn from Solaire when it comes to making guests and customers feel more comfortable away from home. I will never stay in this hotel again when I come back next year. Terrible experience, and it is not worth the buck.

Pool because the kids loved it. Breakfast, we had a huge and hearty meal.

I really like that the staff were very accommodating of our requests especially because we booked as part of our Mother's Day celebration. The connecting rooms really helped with the experience. Food selection was also greay for both breakfast and lunch and what's great is the access to nearby restaurants and the event venue where we attended the concert.

Since we requested for a connecting room, it took a while to get one of the rooms ready, but all good since we were able to let the time pass whole having lunch.

During our check in, the staff offered 2 single beds, I told her I intentionally booked for the queen/king bed so that's what I wanted. Then she told me, it is not available until 4PM. I asked her why I was not notified ahead of time, why it's not available if it is a reserved booking. She then made a call, let me waited in front of her, then she informed that the only queen/king bed available is the room for seniors/fall risk customers that is why the bathroom has some hand bars on it. I was already losing my patience so I just agreed coz I was already tired that day. Then in the morning during breakfast, I had to go up in our room and change clothes because I am not aware of the dress code for breakfast. It was not indicated in their website when I did the booking. It would've been better if it was written upfront so it won't be a hassle, coz not all hotels especially here in US got dress code for breakfast buffets.

The hotel was clean and the staff were really nice and friendly. I also liked the buffet—there was a good selection to choose from.

The room didn’t have some basic extras like cotton buds, cotton pads, or a shower cap. Also, instead of the usual small bar soaps, everything was in dispensers, which isn’t really my preference. Oh and there was a stain on the headboard too. The pool experience was a bit disappointing too. They only allowed the exact number of people registered in the room, which I haven’t really experienced in other hotels. On top of that, we had to pay extra to use the pool, but it was being shared with kids having swimming lessons at the same time, so it didn’t feel very relaxing or worth the extra cost.

I think they should think of like putting a sliding glass door to the shower because of the splatter of the water makes the restroom moist and wet after the shower

Pricey, but lives up to expectations. Clean, quiet and comfortable. All the 'mod cons' for a great stay. Professional staff, great gym and pool. Steps away from a mall, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Double check your final bill, hotel overcharged me compared to my booking dot com quote. Quickly cleared up upon check-out.

there was a delay in the check in, but they made up for it by adding addl check out and upgrade.

I dont even get the purpose of having an online check-in when in fact when we arrived at the hotel lobby, the line for check-in was too long! It took us 1hr+ (mind you we were in the priority lane already since we were with an infant). And when I got to the counter, the staff informed me that the rooms were not yet ready and are still being cleaned. Imagine, we were already in line for 1hr+, check-in is at 2pm, it is past 2:30 pm. Though she initiated looking for the first room to be available but she came back to me advising that the room was cleaned already but is still waiting for a supervisor to inspect it first. Key card isnt functioning, I past my floor, went back to the GF and had to reverify it to the lobby again. One of the staff bumped me in the bfast area and didnt even recognize what he's done. Very disappointing.

It felt like an oasis in the middle of Araneta Center: quiet, clean, comforting. Breakfast buffet was very good, with a variety of choices for all palates.

Lobby and event venue airconditioning were poor. It felt warm and stuffy at the lobby and at the second floor event spaces.

I always stay here when im in manila. Good location.

The days I spent, i think there was an event. The hotel lobby looks so chaotic and waiting time to get an elevator is too long. Too loud and noisy that time. I hope they will be more organize in the lobby area. Make it presentable how it looks like, as this the very first thing the guest will see if they will stay in the hotel. First impression lasts.

Housekeeping. I was unhappy that they did not refill the coffee and creamer sachets daily which I know do not cost much.

Amazing service, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Even with my unique appearance which often gains some odd stares from people I felt welcomed and truly respected. The food was REALLY good, wishing had ordered room service more often, still missing the meal I ate there and the very good banana smoothie.

The proximity to Mall and the Coliseum makes it a wonderful place to stay. The location is in the heart of Quezon City. The concierge is great (Jasmine was very accommodating)! The have a great selection at the breakfast buffet (adobo is a must try!). Cocktails at the pool bar tasted amazing!

Holidays are difficult and they can't catch up with the influx of guests. My rooms were turned over 430pm and 4pm (good thing we had 3 rooms reserved). Pool tends to be very full and kids with floaters use the adult pool as well. Best if they can add a pool since the Garden has limited use.

It's a very nice location. Breakfast has a wide selection, the adobo was especially great for me! Must try cocktails at the pool bar!

Very tight parking slot but not a major issue. I wish check out is easier and holidays should be managed properly.
