Phòng cũ và không được sạch, giường rất cứng, ngủ dậy bị đau lưng. Ổ cắm điện, két sắt và cân đều không hoạt động. Nhân viên tốt nhưng ít người nên giải quyết check in check out khá chậm.

Phải nâng cấp tiên nghi hơn nữa, như TV, ổ khoá kể cả nồi đun quá cũ kỹ, ổ cắm điện không sử dụng ổn định phích cắm rớt lên rớt xuống, nhiêt độ phòng không tự chỉnh được, khăn tắm đã bào mòn cũ hay thay mới toàn bộ dùm. Đó là lời nhận xét và lời khuyên chân thành để xứng đáng khách sạn 5 sao tiêu chuẩn Vietnam. Xin cảm ơn.

Buffe hơi ít món. Bãi để xe máy hơi xa phải lội bộ về sảnh lễ tân và ko có bảo vệ giữ xe, tối đi chơi về bãi xe vắng hoe nếu có ai trộm xe thì ks có phát hiện ko???

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Vị trí đẹp,gần trung tâm, rất tiện đi lại thăm quan thành phố. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, giá phòng cũng rất tốt. Bể bơi đẹp, ngồi uống nước ở bể bơi rất mát mẻ, dễ chịu.
Bữa sáng hơi ít món. Giường chỉ có 1 chiếc gối, các khách sạch khác đều cho mỗi khách 2 gối.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026J'ai reserve une suite cette fois-ci, avec une vue est fabuleuse vue sur la ville est le fleuve. On ne peux pas s'en lasser.... Meilleure vue que le Sheraton ! La suite est très grande et ben mieux que les chambres mais tout le mobilier est vieillissent. Mais pour le prix c'est parfait. D'ailleurs je vais y revenir la semaine prochaine
Petit dejeuner trop Vietnamien, il manque des bons croissants et delicatesses, pas de bonne confiture etc... et pour un Cappuccino il faut payer un supplément :-(

Le petite dejeuner était moyen, pas de croissants, pas de machine a cafe pour expresso ou Capuccino. Petit Dej pour Vietnamiens :-(
