化粧水などのアメニティをもっと充実して頂けるとよいと思います。また部屋にインスタントコーヒーのスティックはあってもよいかとは思います。

The spa was very nice it had an bath that had an open roof that was nice even when coming during a hot summer. The location was perfect to take transportation and walk around the city.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Location was miles away from the JR Matsuyama station. According to the directions provided by booking.com it was walkable. This was NOT the case.
the room for the couple who travelled with me was run down, and the bed difficult to get into for the elderly 2 who both have mobility issues and had to have one of them crawl over the bed to get into it as it was against the wall. Getting coffee for the room entailed visiting the reception staff and lining up at the check-in counter. How utterly ridiculous!!!

ダニに3か所刺された。 駐車場が遠い。 アメニティバーの種類が少ない(化粧水などはない)。 テレビ画面で8時までに「ゴミ回収、タオル交換のみ」を選択したにもかかわらず、シーツ交換もされていた。

夜中にもずっと騒音がしていた。トントントンと金づちで打っているような音。 バスルームの換気扇もうるさかったので、夜中はスイッチを切った（24時間点けるようにとの表示があったが。） 24時頃温泉に入りに入ったが、出る頃には誰もいなくなっていたのに、利用中のロッカーが多くて不思議だった。(明日朝も同じロッカーを使いたいのか中に物を置いて鍵を持って帰ったのだと思う)

フェイスタオルをかけるところがない、多分壊れたらしく、壊れたあとのネジ後をガムテープでふさいでいた。使ったタオルをかけられないので、トイレットペーパーを収納するBOX？の上に置いて一晩使用した。トイレットペーパーの設置場所が遠いので使いづらい。部屋のコーナーに大きな鏡があるがなぜそこにあるのか不思議。近くを写す鏡が洗面所しかないので化粧の際はしんどかった。

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The rooftop onsen was great, offering an open-air bath and a nice view of the entire city. The location is also excellent - very close to Matsuyama Castle and the shopping street. It is highly accessible for transport, and the airport limousine bus stops nearby. Additionally, the staff was helpful and provided a more comfortable pillow upon request.
The hotel feels outdated in terms of both its design and facilities. The bed and the original pillows were uncomfortable and too hard. However, looks like this is there standard in this city...

It is hard to find reception, and there’s no signage in the foyer telling you where to go. Inside the elevator it just says “lobby” on the 12th floor, but we didnt know this until we got into the elevator

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026We found this hotel a little tricky to get to compared to others, we had to use the tram and negotiate roadworks around the station but it may be because English isn’t spoken as much here it was more challenging. The hotel is near lots of restaurants which is handy and we did enjoy our walk to Dogo Onsen from the hotel. Reception were incredibly helpful and friendly particularly helping us sort out getting to our car rental location. We enjoyed the Onsen which was an added bonus. We had a twin room which gave us so much more room than previous doubles we had stayed in. It was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend staying here.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Das Personal wahr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels war gut.
Im Badezimmer hatte es überall kleine Tierchen, weil alles sehr feucht ist und es wahrscheinlich hinter der Badewanne schimmelt. Das Wasser läuft beim Duschen ständig hinter die Wanne, da nicht mehr gut isoliert. Das Frühstückbuffet könnte mehr Westliches enthalten.

Reviewed May 21, 2026L'espace spa est absolument magnifique et très relaxant. C'est le gros point fort de l'établissement. Les installations sont propres et bien entretenues, parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée.
Malheureusement, la chambre n'était pas du tout à la hauteur. Elle est très vieillissante et marquée par l'humidité. Le papier peint vert et surtout les taches noires de moisissure sur les murs étaient vraiment inquiétants et peu hygiéniques. De plus, le petit-déjeuner a été une grosse déception, je ne l'ai absolument pas aimé. Dommage.

Reviewed May 17, 2026朝食はおいしく 会場からの眺めは最高でした。家族でも一人でも座れる座席配置でした。 部屋着でも館内可能なのは素晴らしいですね。提携駐車場からは若干距離はありますが割安です。今回はスパを利用できませんでしたが次回是非利用したいとおもいます。フロントのスタッフは韓国人でしたが流ちょうな日本語で丁寧でした。これまで松山ではいろいろなホテルに泊まっていますがここが一番でした。
