Reviewed Aug 21, 2026勝山駅に近く道後へのアクセスもしやすいですし大街道に近く繁華街の中心にあるので食事や買い物に困らない。向かえのちゃみちゃむやあさつきなど居酒屋は安くて美味しい。貸し出し自転車あるので松山城まで簡単に行けた
フロア共有部やエレベーターの臭いが気になったのとランドリーがあるのは助かるのですが洗濯機が古く洗剤も安物なのか全然汚れが落ちない。一階に業務委託でもいいからバーかカフェやお土産があるといいかもしれません

駐車場の、待ち時間が、少し長かったかな？立体駐車場なので、仕方ないかな？

車の高さ制限でホテルの立体駐車場が使用出来ずコインパーキングを利用したのですが駐車場所が露天場で期待外れだった

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026部屋も余裕のある広さで、過ごしやすかったです。朝食も美味しかった。 立地が市内と道後温泉との中間。市電も22時台と遅くまで走っているので、道後温泉でのんびりしてから帰宅でき最高。松山城入り口までも15分で歩けるので朝から散歩も可能。
トイレ、バスが少し古め。トイレが排水の匂いが少ししたかな〜

バスルームのタオル、洗浄用タオルは余りにも厚く洗浄後シャンプーを洗い流すに一苦労しました。 もう少し薄いタオルの方が使い易くボディシャンプー🧴も少量で済むのではないかと感じました。

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026大街道から歩いて数分の所にあり、コンビニも近くにあって便利な立地でした。ホテルの内装は少し古いけど綺麗に保たれていて、部屋も広めでした。アメニティも揃っていて、スタッフの方々も笑顔で丁寧に接客されていたし、何よりも安く泊まれたのが1番良かったです!

Reviewed May 14, 2026The location was fantastic and it was really easy to get too. The room was the perfect size and had everything I needed. I wish that more hotels had rooms like this.
This isn't a complaint against the hotel but about booking.com. it's also my fault as well, but I ended up with a smoking room and I don't smoke, which was annoying since it's impossible to clean a smoking room and get rid of all the smell. I am looking at my booking again to see if it was something I missed.
