לא היה ברור הנושא של ארוחת הבוקר, כשהזמנתי היה כתוב באתר שניתן לרכוש ארוחת בוקר והארוחה עצמה היא בבתי קפה מחוץ למלון אבל ראיתי בבוקר שיש אנשים שאוכלים ארוחת בוקר בתוך המלון. המכונה של הקפה מעולה ופינת הקפה מסודרת, היה חסר קצת מבחר לעוגיות או מאפה וגם מה שהיה בפינת קפה היה יבש ולא אכיל.

Beautiful building, just outside the vibrant flee market - close to cafes, bars and restaurants, and still quiet. The room was beautiful (the private balcony was a great bonus!). Breakfast was excellent.

Посредине белого дня вдруг открылась дверь и зашёл работник который объяснил это тем что он перепутал комнаты мы очень испугались так как были с подругой вдвоём в комнате думаю что так не должно быть вдруг мы были бы без одежды или бы принимали душ в этом отеле нет дверей в ванной комнате

Reviewed May 27, 2026חוויית אירוח מושלמת בזכות שירות יוצא דופן! מלון נהדר, נקי, נעים ובמיקום מצוין, אבל מה שבאמת הופך אותו לבלתי נשכח זה השירות. מהרגע הראשון שנכנסתי למלון ובכל פעם שחוזרת, זוכה ליחס חם, אדיב ומקצועי ברמות הגבוהות ביותר. צוות הקבלה ובמיוחד עדן,רומן ויקיר תמיד קיבלו את פני בחיוך רחב ובסבלנות, וכל פנייה או בקשה שלי במהלך השהות נענתה במהירות וביעילות. ניכר שיש כאן יד מכוונת של הנהלה מעולה שדואגת לכל פרט קטן ושמה את חוויית האורח במרכז. מומלץ בחום!

The hotel deliberately put my daughter in danger. We didn't ask for an upgrade, just another superior room with a shelf or kitchenette corner where my 1 year old can't reach (picture attached) They confirmed another superior room that was suitable was available but refused to transfer us. I told them we must use the kettle often and my daughter reaches for it constantly and she can get burned. Simon looked at me stoically at me and said they won't give us the other available superior room. When asked why, he said they don't do that. I told them that Eden said they would. He called her, and she said she'd show a room but not move us, even after I explained that it's a safety risk for the baby. I asked for a manager but he said he wasn't available until the next day so there was no one to appeal to. We paid nearly 1000 shekels for the night, including more to leave after Shabbat, and this is after our check-in was delayed an hour due to a question about VAT. It was a nerve-wracking stay chasing my daughter to keep her safe for 2 days. We had at least hoped for a great breakfast but it was mediocre at best. The Link hotel has a much better breakfast and the Abba hotel nearby has excellent reviews and was three hundred shekels cheaper. So much for a breath of fresh air with the family after a tense war period.
