צוות העובדים יוצא דופן, שירות חדרים ניקיון פעמיים ביום, האוכל טוב, המיקום מדהים, בית מלון מפואר והרגשתי כמו קינג בנופש

1 החנייה לא פעילה,נאלצנו לחנות ברחוב ולשלם הרבה כסף על חנייה 2 הבריכה בעטמק מטר 1 בלבד

מיוחדת במינה, האירוח בחלקו בחצר יפיפיה ומטופחת המבחר מתאים למלון יוקרתי משובח.

אין גישה ישירה לים ואין הכנה לנכים.

מהרגע שהגענו היה מהמם! גלעד בקבלה מקסים. החדר שודרג, מלון יפה ברמה גבוהה. נמצא ביפו על הים צמוד לטיילת(יש בעיית חניה). ארוחת בוקר מעולה, שירות מעולה, מהטובים שהיינו..

לפני ההגעה למלון שירות לקוחות גרוע. לא מתאים למלון כזה. לא עונים למיילים, לא עונים לווטס אפ, בטלפון מדברים רק אנגלית ועונים שהם עמוסים ואין להם זמן לתת שירות. אמרו שבקשתנו הועברה וכשהגענו לא ידעו על זה.. ממש חבל.. אבל מהרגע שהגענו הכל השתנה לטובה. עוד הערה-לא לגעת במיני בר, יקר בצורה הזויה.

המקום היה מושלם השירות החדרים הניקיון הארוחות נהנינו ברמות ונסגור שוב בטוח

Des le premier jour j’ai été accueilli exceptionnellement comme JAMAIS. Énormément de bienveillance et toujours au petit soin de ces clients. Un grand merci à toutes l’équipe du SETAI qui ont rendu ce voyage exceptionnel du début à la fin. Merci à « Zizou » et son équipe au Restaurant, merci aux équipes de la piscine et MERCI au boss Alexandre, Alex qui nous a accueilli avec ses équipes comme JAMAIS je n’aurai pu l’imaginer et je n’ai JAMAIS connu un accueil comme cela ailleurs. Nous n’avions plus envie de partir tellement nous étions bien. The SETAI, ce pays et sa population sont exceptionnels

יחס מעולה אוירה מצויית

ארוחת בוקר טובה, מבנה מקסים, אווירה יוקרתית

בריכה עמוסה מדי ועומס אנשים - רועש. אין חניה במלון (כרגע לפחות) וזה מאוד מקשה.

Лобби отличный, персонал отличный! Кормят вкусно.

Номер люкс с окнами на проезжую часть и слабой шумоизоляцией! Уверен, что он надо просить персонал о тихом номере. Это и так должно быть понятно. Уровень номера не соответствует люксу . Порванные и грязные занавеси. Разводы на стенах и др. Не соответствие цена-качество !

הכל היה מצויין המקום נקי ויוקרתי והאווירה במלון מצויינת ! גם שהיה משהו קטן שלא אהבנו ג׳ויס טיפלה בנו באופן אישי ודאגה שנצא מרוצים מהחופשה ,נשמח לחזור שוב להתארח במלון .

חוויה גרועה - הגענו , הבריכה הייתה בשיפוץ (לא נאמר לנו) , אין כמעט עובדים במלון , בעקבות השיפוץ היה מלא רעש , עזבנו את המלון לאחר כ 4 שעות - ועדיין חייבו אותנו על 3000 שח ללילה רחוקים שנות אור ממה שהם מציגים

חדר מעל הבריה והחלון לא אוטם מוזיקה עד 11 בלילה במקלחת מכסה של סכין גילוח מאורח קודם המחיר אמור לייצג פינוק על. בפועל מלון בסדר. ההפרש בין הציפיה לעובדות בשטח הוא האכזבה הגלולה.

האוכל ברמה גבוה

העמידו אותנו חצי שעה ביציאה כדי לבדוק עם אכלנו את הסינקרס (שוקולד שהיה בחדר ) או לא ועל קופסת אגוזים של אולי 50 גרם ובקבוק מים קטן שילמו 105 שח ממש מוגזם !!!!

מכלול תנאים לא משביעי רצון מחניה , שירות בבריכה , מיקום המלון ועוד. נאלצנו לחנות רחוק מאוד , מעלית החניה התקלקלה , שירות לקוי בבריכה , חדר קטן ובכלל יקר ולא מצדיק .

1/5 — Extremely disappointing. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world and have never written a review, but my experience at The Setai was so bad I feel I have to. I was there to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, but from delayed check-in to a room with a ceiling leak, broken TVs, a broken safe, and another bathroom leak, nothing worked as it should. Communication was poor, the front desk often didn’t answer, and at one point I was even told to go next door to watch TV. Most unacceptable was that five workers entered my room without proper explanation while I was inside. The only positive was Shlomo from maintenance, who was kind and tried to help, but overall the experience was completely unworthy of a hotel of this standard.

The nice pool area during shabat, pretty sunset view from there as well. The food in the buffet was really good. Comfy beds, bathroom, nicely working AC. Like the restaraunt are the most.

The service for the money you pay leaves much to be desired. I asked a waiter for a tea during a buffet dinner and she guided me to the place in buffet where I can make my own tea :) I payed 400 shekels for a dinner by the way :)

המבנה של המלון היה מהמם, מבנה אבן יפה ועתיק, והנוף לים היה מדהים.

החדר היה מאוד סטנדרטי ובעיצוב מאוד מיושן, הבריכה הייתה נורא קטנה וצפופה והתפריט נורא יקר. 2 פחיות זירו עלו לי 48₪. ב17:30 הגענו לבריכה וביקשנו מגבות, נאמר לנו כי אין מגבות וכי הבריכה נסגרת בקרוב. ואכן בשעה 18:00 המציל עבר אדם אדם וביקש שכולם יצאו מהבריכה ומהמתחם. אין חניה בחינם בקרבת מקום, נאלצנו להסתובב במשך כחצי שעה בחיפוש אחר חניה ובסוף מצאנו חניה שהייתה כ10 דקות הליכה מהמלון. כששאלנו לגבי זה נאמר לנו כי יש חניון למלון שחנייה בו עולה 120₪ ללילה, אך הוא כרגע בתפוסה מלאה. ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה מגוונת ואם לא היינו יוצאים לאכול בחוץ לא היינו יודעים שיש עמדת חביתות. בנוסף התקשרו מהמלון לשאול איך היה וכשסיפרתי הבטיחו יום כיף בבריכה על חשבונם, כמובן עברו שבועות והם לא חזרו אליי.

The location is amazing—Jaffa is absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is also stunning. As soon as you step inside, you immediately feel relaxed, as though you have stepped into another place and another era. That said, we did have a few issues during our stay. First, although the hotel advertises parking, when we arrived the parking lift was not working and there was no valet parking available. We therefore had to find alternative parking and walk quite a distance to the hotel in the heat of the day. When we left, we had to drag our luggage all the way back to the parking area, which was not particularly pleasant in the heat. On our first evening, before leaving for dinner, I asked if our towels could be replaced with clean ones. For some reason, there is no room turndown service, which I would normally expect in a luxury hotel. When we returned from dinner and I wanted to take another shower, the bathroom was exactly as we had left it and we still had no clean towels. I asked someone at reception to send towels to our room. He said he would arrange it, but unfortunately, they never arrived. The pool was another disappointment. We did not come to the hotel specifically to sit by the pool—we wanted to explore and sightsee—but had we wanted to spend time there, it would not have been very relaxing. It was extremely crowded and loud, and we actually decided not even to have a drink there. I do understand, however, that this is not necessarily the hotel's fault, as the pool area is quite small. One morning, I asked if it would be possible to have some watermelon packed for us to take with us, picnic-style. I spoke with room service and another department, but unfortunately nobody was able to simply say, “Of course, we will arrange that for you.” In other five-star hotels, this kind of small gesture—going out of their way to please the guest—is often part of the experience. Having said all of that, there were also many things we absolutely loved. The spa was one of my favourite parts of the hotel. Both of the treatments we had were amazing, and the spa staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast room were also wonderful—friendly, attentive and genuinely nice. The rooftop restaurant had a great atmosphere and good food, and was another highlight of our stay. Overall, we wanted a short break in Israel instead of travelling abroad and getting on a plane, and in that sense, the hotel gave us exactly what we were looking for. Despite the few service issues, I truly loved the experience and the atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. I will definitely be back.

On the positive side, the hotel is gorgeous. The room was nice and clean and their breakfast is first class. However, i do not expect to be back. Some examples: There was no parking available in the hotel (probably full) and there is no spot to park even for a minute to unload. They directed me (shouting at me from 5-10 yards) away to park at the flea market's parking which is only a few minutes walk but absolutely filthy. I suggest a valet service. We had a quick lunch at the Mediterranean restaurant only to find awful food with even worse service. Who serves a Caesar salad with warm lettuce? when we arrived I asked the the empty eyed waitress to clean our table. she took a napkin from another table, and wiped the crumbs to the floor. No one asked how was the food. I guess, they knew. Loud music played until midnight. People walk the lobby in bathing suits. So while the hotel is beautiful, the service leaves a lot to be desired and the value for money is not good.

לצערנו חוויית השירות הייתה מאכזבת מאוד ולא תאמה כלל את הרמה המצופה ממלון בסדר גודל ובמחיר של הסטאי. בעת ההגעה המלון קבע פיקדון בסך 3,000 ₪. במהלך השהייה עברנו את סכום הפיקדון, וביום שבת, כאשר רצינו לבצע הזמנות נוספות במלון, פשוט סירבו לאפשר לנו להזמין בטענה שחרגנו מהפיקדון. חשוב לציין שאנחנו לא קבענו את גובה הפיקדון – זה הסכום שהמלון בחר לגבות מאיתנו מלכתחילה. הסברנו שבעלי שומר שבת ולכן באותו זמן אינו יכול לגשת ולהסדיר הגדלה של המסגרת/פיקדון, אך במקום למצוא פתרון שירותי ומכבד לאורחי המלון, נתקלנו בחוסר גמישות וביחס מאוד לא נעים. מצופה ממלון ברמה הזו לדעת לתת מענה גם למצב כזה, ולא להשאיר אורחים במהלך השבת ללא אפשרות להזמין שירותים במלון. הגענו לסוף שבוע כדי ליהנות ולהתפנק, וההתנהלות והיחס שקיבלנו פגעו משמעותית בחוויה. ממלון החבר ב־Leading Hotels of the World ציפינו לסטנדרט שירות גבוה בהרבה

Staff were great and front desk from Concierge to security were all extremely helpful , cooperative, and friendly. Food was great and room and facilities all beautiful.

Завтрак отличный, персонал супер дружелюбный как на рецепшн так и на завтрак. Месторасположение недалеко от пляжа. Тренажерка и спа тоже неплохие в целом для этого региона. В целом все понравилось.

Номера достаточно ушатанные, кондиционер шумноват.

Le petit déjeuner et l'espace extérieur pour le prendre sont très agréables.

le bar n'est pas super , il ne vous mettent pas de bouteilles d'eau gratuites dans la chambre il faut aller les chercher à la réception , le restaurant japonais ne sert pas d'expresso en fin de repas

חוויה מצוינת! המלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, החדרים נקיים ומטופחים, והאווירה נעימה ומפנקת. הצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי וקשוב לאורך כל השהות, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה ואיכותית. בהחלט נחזור שוב וממליצים בחום!
