Really nice apartment with two bathrooms and a spacious communal area. Ideal for a stay with friends. Shopping and gym nearby.

Getting to the city centre or the beach takes a while, but you can easily use public transport for that.

The property was spacious, clean, close to transport links and good food nearby. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this apartment. 11/10 from us.

Eveything we needed, friendly check in and as the apartment was ready they didn't make us wait until 3pm to check in. Sant Antoni is nice quiet area, but accesible to all the main tourist spots

Susisiekimo atžvilgiu labai gera vieta, tačiau šalia vyko kelio rekonstrukcija. Duše maudantis vanduo bėga ant grindų, taip pat karšto vandens reikia gerokai palaukti. Labai atidžiai rinkitės apartamentus, nes nuotraukose pateikti visų turimų apartamentų nuotraukos, o ne konkretaus buto.

The property was very clean, beds were comfortable and the layout of the apartment was perfect. I have no complaints except that the lift was small, requiring multiple trips to get our party of four up and down, especially on trips that involved shopping and/or luggage.

We liked our 3 bed property and its location. The space was good and everything worked as expected. The staff at Weflating were lovely and helpful. The aircon worked especially well. We didn’t cook, as there are so many nice places to eat in Barcelona. Would stay again.

The only small negative was the noise from the flat/ or balcony upstairs of heavy metal furniture being dragged around. Rather than it being the people’s fault, I would say it is the refurbishment of the property, the furniture choice and its lack of soundproofing. It certainly didn’t spoil our time there.

Communicatie met de host was makkelijk en duidelijk. We kwamen wat eerder aan dan verwacht, maar we kregen de sleutel mee en konden onze spullen achterlaten in het appartement terwijl de schoonmaker bezig was de kamer klaar te maken voor ons. Toen we terug kwamen konden we gelijk erin. Het appartement is aan een rustige straat gelegen, dus we hadden niet veel last van herrie. Verder zijn er genoeg koffie tentjes en een grote Lidl om de hoek. Openbaar vervoer is ook om de hoek, dus je kan makkelijk overal in de stad komen. Appartement was ruim, airco werkte top en de keuken was ook prima.

De badkamers waren aan onderhoud toe. Bij een van de badkamers was het plafond niet helemaal in orde waardoor het tochtte en de douchecabines hadden een beetje schimmel leek het.

Great location to explore Barcelona, walkable to Ramblas and Metro/Bus very close. Modernised apartment and perfect for a family of 4 to use as a city break base. Hosts clear communication and met us on arrival.

L'emplacement est parfait, c'est dans un quartier vivant et animé, de chouettes cafés à 2 pas et le marché où acheter de quoi manger tout au long de la journée. Notre appartement était situé au 3e étage, avec ascenseur. Parfaitement propre et confortable, nous avons apprécié y passer du temps en famille. Les chambres et la terrasse (dont l'accès se fait par une chambre) sont côté cour et du coup, bien calmes. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement et les salles de bains vraiment nickel. Je reviendrai sans hésitations dans cet hébergement qui est vraiment pensé pour être un appartement - hôtel

Il manquerait juste du linge de vaisselle en cuisine et un parasol pour la terrasse mais sinon nickel

Vi booket rom til 4 personer, men utleier hadde kun forberedt rommet til to personer. Det manglet sengetøy og håndklær til halve reisefølge som gjorde første døgnet svært ukomfortabelt. Vi varslet utleier om dette når vi skulle re opp sovesofaen og så at det manglet sengetøy. Vi meldte ifra via booking.com , WhatsApp samt ringte nødnummer som utleier hadde oppgitt. Utleier svarte at dette var vårt ansvar og at vi burde ha meldt fra om dette i åpningstiden deres. Vi opplever at dette var ansvarsfraskrivelse av utleier og svært dårlig kundebehandling når man velger å skylde på gjestene i stedet for å ordne opp umiddelbart og tilby en form for kompensasjon. Feilen lå åpenbart på utleier da rommet var booket og bekreftet for fire personer. Utleier valgte for øvrig å fjerne linken for kundeanmeldelse på egen side noe som må forstås at de ikke ønsker vår tilbakemelding på oppholdet😅

Die Spülmaschine roch unangenehm. Ich hatte extra nach Balkon gefragt (weil so gebucht) und man sicherte mir zu, dass er vorhanden sei. Leider war es nur ein kleiner Minibalkon. Man konnte nicht darauf sitzen. Es war von den Fotos her nicht die Wohnung, die ich gebucht hatte.

We zaten er 5 dagen en je kreeg geen schone handdoeken of er werd niet tussendoor schoongemaakt, alleen tegen bijbetaling. Vonden we jammer!

The check-in process was straightforward and communication from the host was clear throughout our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, making it a great place to stay.

The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t running because it was still early in the spring season, so the apartment got quite warm at times. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did make the space a bit less comfortable than it otherwise would have been.

Got the keys early and were able to get straight into the property when we arrived in the morning.

Mi e piaciuta la posizione dell'appartamento. Che ci fosse il diffusore per capelli ricci in bagno.

La pulizia dell'appartamento, appena sono arrivata c'erano formiche che ci hanno accompagnato per tutta la permanenza, sotto il divano letto c erano briciole, una penna, della pasta che ho pulito con una scopa che ho trovato in terrazzo. Il divano letto in evidente stato di usura e sporcizia, penso che non venga mai pulito e molto usurato. Sapendo che eravamo 4 mi aspettavo che lo staff ci facesse trovare anche il divano letto pronto, con anche i cuscini, visto che abbiamo dovuto dividerci i cuscini con quelli della camera da letto.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist perfekt – Metro, Geschäfte und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check-in im Appartement abstellen und die Unterkunft wie beschrieben ab 15 Uhr beziehen. Die Kaution wurde vollständig freigegeben, sodass wir den gesamten Betrag zurückerhalten haben. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die zwei Badezimmer. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen.

Spacious flat, location was fabulous. Clean with excellent air conditioning. Comfortable beds , fabulous showers. Slept so well. Check in was exceptionally easy.

De accommodatie was geweldig, een fijne locatie dichtbij winkels en andere faciliteiten en ook het openbaar vervoer is om de hoek. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Barcelona zullen wij hier zeker weer verblijven.

Andere gasten die luidruchtig zijn op de hal zou je kunnen horen, dit hebben wij wel is gehoord maar verder was dit voor ons geen groot probleem.

First First, the staff attitude was extremely poor. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and when we reached the lobby, we called the front desk but no one answered. After waiting for a long time, someone finally picked up and told us to wait while they opened the door. We waited downstairs for over an hour. When we called again, a different male employee answered, treating us very unfriendly. He said we needed to pay the city tax first before checking in, and added that they would be closing at 5:45 PM since it was the weekend, implying they shouldn't have to work on weekends anyway. The problem is, after making us wait more than an hour, they didn't even call back to inform us. Before we came to Barcelona, they had sent emails and made phone calls every few days asking about our arrival date. But now that we were here, they refused to provide any service. I don't understand this at all—it's really frustrating.Second , It is clean and big space , kind comfortable but it’s all over wet on the floor after rain, yes , everywhere ! I think I’ll never consider about this apartment again.

Centrale ligging en basic appartement.

Geen schoonmaak op de geboekte 5 dagen en 2 handdoeken om mee te douchen. Erg weinig en jammer.

Výborná lokalita do centra za cca 15 minut pěšky. Nebylo třeba využívat hromadnou dopravu. V blízkosti je Lidl nebo Consum, kde nakoupíte veškeré potraviny. Naproti apartmánu byl prodej zeleniny a ovoce, kavárny.

Slabá a často vypadávající wifi, ranní hluk ze stupaček.

Lägenheten var bra utrustad och ligger bra till både till city, resturanger och matbutik.

Sängarna var mjuka samt att det var väldigt lyhört.

The apartment was nicely renovated overall. I am not sure whether the partially exposed brick ceiling was an intentional design choice, but in many places it looked cracked and had some kind of lime coating, which in my opinion does not fit very well. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. Communication was smooth, and the instructions regarding the keys were clear and detailed. The area around the building was relatively quiet.

There was noise from the neighbors upstairs even after midnight (not the host’s fault, the ceilings are probably just thin), having to take out the trash myself, noise coming from the hallway - thin doors, and the repeated reminders about rules and possible penalties did not create a very relaxed atmosphere :)

De mevrouw van het ontvangst was niet vriendelijk. Ik ben 30 geworden en ze gaf gelijk eigenlijk aan dat wij niet welkom zijn omdat we gaan feesten en overlast veroorzaken. Geen felicitatie erg nors

Dostałem apartament na samej górze w pokoju było 18 stopni i skromna narzutka do przykrycia było bardzo zimno, całą noc jest włączona wentylacja na cały budynek która jest głośna i sufit w łazience się od niej trzęsie. Kafelki na podłodze są nie przyklejone ruszają się. A personel tak arogancki jak jeszcze w żadnym kraju się nie spotkałem. Nie polecam da się znaleść lepsze miejsca. Dziwię się tymi pozytywami bo naprawdę nie dbają o klienta.

Close to two metro stations on two different lines. Wherever you stay you need to travel to different areas to see everything, and this was a good base for that, either by foot bus or metro. Good local restaurants, we had some great food. Plenty of space for two, comfy beds, great shower, kitchen well stocked with plates cutlery pans( if you wanted to cook) dishwasher. Ample space for clothes and cases in bedrooms. Right next to the office, if any problems( our kettle tripped the lights and the lovely staff gave us a new one straight away)

Lemplacemement est bien car proche de tout et de l’espace.

À notre arrivée l’appart n’avait pas de terrasse donc n’était pas comme sur les photos de booking. Ensuite, nous sommes arrivés un peu avant le Check in et avons laissé la chambre libre car elle devait être nettoyée. Quand nous sommes entrés dans l’appartement, le sol était sale (pas nettoyé), la salle de bain remplie de poils au sol et dans la baignoire, plein de cheveux également et sol sale donc pas nettoyée du tout. Nous avons aussi appris qu’il n’y pas de nettoyage durant le séjour, les essuies ne sont pas changés sauf moyennant un prix de 8€ par essuie en plus. Les matelas sont vieux et usés, nous avons eu mal de dos tout le séjour. L’appart est mal isolé. Beaucoup de bruits la nuit, le jour etc. Et le bouquet final: pendant le séjour nous avons reçu un mot qu’un technicien devait passer à partir de 10h donc nous avons dû nous lever plus tôt...

Excellent location with a fabulous roof terrace, we really enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks on the terrace. Easy [20 mins] walking distance to Rambla and Gothic quarter.

We arrived after office ours so had to wait to receive entrance instructions. More towels needed for a five night stay please, one large and small each, was a struggle 👍

No primeiro dia chegamos e o quarto estava errado, e por isso não estava limpo! Cheguei muito tarde e isso foi constrangedor! Porém, me deram depois uma diária extra em um apartamento superior ! O local é excelente!
