לפני עוד כשהגענו דיברתי עם בחור בשם אבי שעדכן אותי בכל הדברים לאחר מכן חזר אלי שהוא שומר לי חניה יומית בעלות של 80 שח...כמה זה נחוץ בתל אביב כל צוות המלון הבוטיקי הזה מהממים ויודעים לתת שרות מבעיה בחדר שהיתה לנו ונפתרה עד חלב סויה.. יישר כח!!!

חדר די גדול, נקי ומשופץ טוב. מיטה ומזרן חדשים ונוחים. אנשי צוות נחמדים. מקלחון מצוין ונוח. יש חניה בבית מגורים ממול, זה פלוס אבל יש בה גם מינוס אחד... מיקום של המלון מצוין למי שאוהב אבירת תל אביב אמיתית - פלורנטין, נווה צדק, שד' רוטשילד - מלאים חיים מבוקר עד לילה, מבחר מקומות לאכול מסביב.

עבודות תשתית ברחוב אלנבי וכמה סמטאות קטנים סביבה. כניסה לחניון צרה, זה מספיק לקיא שלנו, אבל היא עלולה להיות בעייתית לרכב גדול יותר. בחדר אין מקרר. ארוחת בוקר היית בסדר אבל לא מעבר לזה - בהגשה של עובדת, לא בופה לבחירה חופשית (כנראה בגלל שלא היו הרבה אנשים במלון)

העבודות ברכבת הקלה היו קצת רועשות על הבוקר אבל אין מה לעשות. לא תלוי במלון.

שירות מכל הלב, חדר נעים מאד, נוח, מרווח עם אמבטיה חמודה מוצרים של "סבון". מיטה נוחה וגדולה יחסית. מיקום מצוין בלב העניינים.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאד דלה, אולי עדיף לאכול בבית קפה בסביבה.

מלון נפלא במיקום מעולה. הצוות ממש מסביר פנים. יש לובי ענק שגם אפשר לשבת ולעבוד בו בשקט ומרפסת פנימית מעולה. קרוב לרכבת הקלה.

מאד מוצלח. לקחתי את החדר הבסיסי והוא היה נקי, מרווח, נוח והרגיש חדש. מיקום מעולה, חצי דקת הליכה מהרכבת הקלה. במיוחד יש לציין את הצוות האדיב, השירותי והלבבי, באופן יוצא דופן.

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, σε κεντρικό σημείο, και το πρόγευμα εξαιρετικό.

צוות המלון אדיב ושירותי מאוד! מיקום מרכזי. יחד עם זאת היה שקט בלילה. קיבלנו חדר פנימי, לא פונה לרחוב. כאשר הגענו חיכה לנו בקבוק יין מקורר לכבוד חגיגות יום ההולדת. היתה לנו חניה שהמלון שמר עבורנו. יתרון משמעותי מאוד!

Location is the best you can get in Tel Aviv, just a step from Rothchild boulevard and from restaurants and bars. Also, the street leading to the hotel is an end street so you can unload easily

We stayed in Tel Aviv to attend a show with our 3 year old daughter that we've been waiting for for months. In the morning of the show, we were shocked to find out we don't have hot water in the room. The receptionist eventually gave us "a shower only in a different room" who they forgot to leave us shampoo and soap, we ended up carrying our belongings to shower in a different room with no shampoo and soap. This made our vacation stressful and unpleasant and we were late to the show. I think that the management dealt poorly with the situation.

It was fine for the purpose of a short stay but the property is a bit dated and could use some renovations.

The upkeep of the room and furniture is not great. It looks a bit old and worn-out. Window sealing is crumbling. Window opens in a funny way into the room and shower. Bottom of bed is crumbling a bit. Just looks a bit old.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and competent. Couldn't ask for a better service for that matter. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a spacious safe in the room, fits a big laptop. There also was a nice bathtub!

Most of the facilities in the hotel weren't operative. The bar was closed. *There's no breakfast* inside the hotel - there are vouchers for other restaurant outside of the hotel instead. We chose this hotel specifically because it has a very high score for it's breakfasts, so It was really disappointing to discover this. Also the blankets and the pillows could be more fluffy and thick in my opinion. The mattress was actually nice and stable, so it's an easy upgrade. On one night a man in the adjacent room was smoking inside, even though it is prohibited. While the staff handled that perfectly after I told them about the problem, I am a bit concerned by the fact that the smoke detector in his room didn't go off automatically.

An excellent hotel, located in a quiet street, but in the center of the historic district of Tel Aviv, just a minute away from bars, restaurants that run the endless nightlife of the city. The room was spacious and well furnished, the bathroom was well designed, with a retro touch of the historic Tel Aviv city center. There’s a front desk, staffed 24/7 (most of the hotels around omitted this important feature), and it’s pleasant to talk to a friendly personal at the desk, rather than chatting with a WhatsApp bot as in other hotels around. The staff was friendly responsive to all my requests. This is my second stay at this fine hotel, and I will definitely use it again. There is a private parking to this hotel (quite rare in Tel Aviv), and it’s a short easy ride to and from the hotel to the Ayalon highway leading to Jerusalem.

נגיש למסעדות וברים ,יש קצת הליכה לטיילת ולחוף הים בכל זאת זה חלק מהחוויה

Le personnel est tout simplement adorable. Ma sœur et moi sommes venues de Paris pour y passer des vacances et nous avons été plus que bien reçues. L’hôtel est en plein centre, à deux pas de Rotschild, des restaurants et boîtes tout en étant calme dans une petite rue (et à seulement 15mn à pieds de la plage). Les chambres sont propres et faites chaque jour, le personnel est bienveillant et bien que j’aurais aimé garder l’adresse pour moi, Richard et sa femme méritent un succès à la hauteur de leurs efforts. Je n’ai jamais vu un établissement à Tel Aviv qui offrait un aussi bon rapport qualité prix et j’y retournerais sans hésiter la prochaine fois. Petit bonus: demandez leur des adresses, ils connaissent des bons plans!

Great little boutique hotel in fantastic location. Big room for 3 girl friends. Lovely roof terrace as well a big comfortable lobby. Convenient on site parking. Staff also were really great.

Cleaning in room was not great, beds not made up, it was a shame cos it would make a big difference and give 5 stars.
