The beach access was easy.

Both rooms were dirty, especially the bathrooms and smelled bad. The rooms were also unsecured and the door had a gap. The rooms also had mosquitoes and a spider. The food was inedible nor were the drinks. Even the snacks like the cake and biscuits were stale and not edible. The pool area and restaurant were also not hygienic. We had to change hotels and couldn’t spend the night there.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert – unsere gebuchte und bereits bezahlte Suite war bei Ankunft nicht verfügbar Leider können wir nichts Positives über unseren Aufenthalt bzw. den Umgang mit unserer Buchung sagen. Die Beschreibung dieses „Hotels“ entsprach überhaupt nicht dem, was wir vor Ort gesehen und erlebt haben. Als wir am Abend im Hotel ankamen und einchecken wollten, wurde uns erst an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass unsere gebuchte Suite nicht verfügbar sei – obwohl die Buchung bereits im Voraus bezahlt worden war. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir darüber vorher keinerlei Information erhalten hatten. Auf unsere Frage, warum man uns nicht vor unserer Anreise informiert habe, bekamen wir die völlig unverständliche Antwort, man habe uns vorher kein „Trauma“ bereiten wollen. Diese Aussage empfanden wir angesichts der Situation als absolut unangemessen. Statt unserer gebuchten Suite wurde uns angeboten, eine Nacht in einem Nachbarhotel zu verbringen. Als „Entschädigung“ sollten wir außerdem eine Yacht-Tour und eine Massage erhalten. Für uns war das kein angemessener Ersatz für eine bereits bezahlte Suite, die uns ohne vorherige Information nicht zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Eine Rückzahlung unseres Geldes wurde uns ebenfalls nicht angeboten. Da es bereits spät am Abend war und wir zu dritt keine realistische Möglichkeit hatten, kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft zu organisieren, blieb uns zunächst nichts anderes übrig, als in das angebotene Nachbarhotel zu gehen. Dort wurde die Situation leider noch schlimmer. Wir fühlten uns dort in vielerlei Hinsicht unwohl und unsicher. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen extrem klein – schätzungsweise etwa 15 m² – und mit drei Betten ausgestattet. Mit drei Personen und drei Koffern war praktisch kein Platz mehr vorhanden, um sich vernünftig im Zimmer zu bewegen. Das Zimmer lag ebenerdig und vermittelte uns eher den Eindruck eines Kellerraums. Durch das Fenster konnten wir teilweise nur die Füße vorbeilaufender Personen sehen.

Ved stranden

Vi havde desværre en meget dårlig oplevelse på hotellet. Værelserne lugtede af fugt, mug og nogle gange kraftigt af kloak. Det første værelse var meget støvet og havde en tydelig lugt af fugt. Dagen efter skiftede vi værelse, men det nye værelse lugtede kraftigt af kloak. Min veninde har astma, og hendes tilstand blev meget dårlig de sidste to dage på grund af forholdene på hotellet. Den sidste aften måtte vi tilbringe på hospitalet. Møblerne var meget gamle, og sengene var ikke komfortable. De fælles toiletter udenfor lugtede meget af urin og virkede ikke til at blive gjort ordentligt rent. Der manglede også ofte toiletpapir. Musikken ved poolen og på stranden var ekstremt høj. Den spillede fra kl. 10 om morgenen til kl. 23 om aftenen, hvilket gjorde det svært at slappe af. Jeg var nødt til at bruge høretelefoner, og jeg fik ofte hovedpine på grund af den høje musik. Poolbaren var meget beskidt, og glassene, som drikkevarerne blev serveret i, så plettede og dårligt vaskede ud. Personalet virkede meget upersonligt og talte næsten ikke med gæsterne. Alt i alt var det langt fra den oplevelse, vi havde forventet, og vi ville ikke vælge dette hotel igen.

Всичко беше повече от перфектно, бяха се съобразили, че сме с малко дете и ни настаниха в по-голяма стая с отделна спалня. Всеки ден сменяха кърпи. Басейнът беше много чист, водата много мека, никакво усещане за хлор. В деня на настаняване бяхме пристигнали по-рано и веднага ни сложиха гривните и ни поканиха на закуска, настаниха ни след това заради детето, за да може да си почине. Човекът, който ни посрещна на рецепция беше много мил и усмихнат и всеки ден ни питаше как сме и имаме ли нужда от нещо.

Единствено обслужващият персонал в ресторанта можеше да е по-компетентен.

Amcamın tavsiyesi üzerine geldik. Yalnız bir anne olarak kızlarımla bugüne kadar birçok otelde konakladım; ancak bu kadar güzel, temiz ve kaliteli hizmet aldığım bir otel olduğunu hatırlamıyorum. 🤍 Otelin yoğun olmasına rağmen her türlü isteğimizin büyük bir özenle karşılanması, hizmet kalitesi ve özellikle çalışanların güler yüzü bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Güler yüz benim için çok önemli ve burada bunu gerçekten fazlasıyla hissettik. 🥰 Yemeklerinden temizliğine, hizmetinden konumuna kadar her şey dört dörtlüktü. Ve denizin hemen yürüme mesafesinde olması da bizim için mükemmeldi! Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Bundan sonra Bodrum’daki yerimiz belli: Burası artık bizim yerimiz. 🤍

L’accès direct à la plage, le joli jardin avec sa piscine, la décoration des chambres, les repas bons et variés, les boissons à volonté, la gentillesse du personnel.

Emplacement hotel en bord de mer..

À notre arrivée, il n'y avait plus de place de parking, mais le problème a été rapidement résolu par le personnel. Par contre, il ne faut pas bouger sa voiture jusqu'à la fin du séjour au risque de perdre la place. Les navettes sont à proximité ce qui est un avantage. Equipement global de la chambre et du restaurant est très très ancien. Présence de moisissures dans les douches. La porte d'entrée de la chambre est douteuse car on a l'impression que ce n'est pas fermé. Seul point positif de la chambre c'est le fonctionnement de la climatisation et la connexion wifi depuis la chambre. À l'extérieur, il y a une belle vue, le jardinier est très pertinent. La femme de ménage est très gentille et respectueuses. Quand au restaurant, il n'y a pas assez de couverts pour tout le monde, le cuisinier est gentil et fait son travail proprement. Par contre pour un hôtel avec réservation tout compris c'est trop limite. Il n'y a même pas d'eau fraîche et pour avoir une boisson fraîche les glaçons sont dans une glaciere. Quant à l'hygiène, il y a des chats qui se prommenent sur les tables et les couverts. Le personnel de la réception est gentil et arrangeant, les serveurs donnent l'impression qu'ils en ont ras le bol (sauf quelques uns). Pour le prix payé j'aurais fait un meilleur séjour dans un hôtel 5 étoiles tout compris.

L'emplacement est unique à coté de la mers, je conseil, le personnel était assez respectueux.

la nourriture de l'hôtel manque un peu de variété et un peux de gout, peux mieux faire et le petit déj. un peu répétitif peux aussi varié.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at Luvi Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The price we paid was extremely high, yet the standard of the hotel was nowhere near what we expected for that amount of money. The biggest problem was the air conditioning, which did not work throughout our entire three-day stay. We complained repeatedly and asked several times for it to be fixed, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, after repeated requests, they gave us just one fan, despite the fact that we were travelling with two children. The room was unbearably hot and extremely uncomfortable. The cleanliness and general condition of the room were also unacceptable. The bathroom was filthy, with visible faecal stains on and around the toilet. The floor was sticky and dirty, and our feet would become black simply from walking around the room. Paint and finishes were peeling, the door frames and thresholds were damaged and dirty, and the furniture was visibly worn, including fraying upholstery. I have photographs documenting the poor condition of the room, including the ageing air-conditioning unit, damaged door areas, deteriorating finishes and worn furniture. The food was another major disappointment. At breakfast, the only real protein option was boiled eggs, many of which were undercooked and runny, along with sausages served in an unpleasant gravy. Lunch and dinner were extremely repetitive, with grilled chicken being virtually the only main protein offered. The salad bar was mainly just vegetables and there was very little variety overall. Despite being sold as an all-inclusive stay, it did not feel all-inclusive in any meaningful sense. There was no kettle or coffee in the room, no complimentary water, no minibar and no proper room-service option. We were left wondering what exactly the all-inclusive price was supposed to cover. The service did not improve matters. Our repeated complaints about the air conditioning were never properly resolved, and we found the attitude of management dismissive and at times rude. There was no sense that anyone was taking responsibility for the problems we were raising. They later offered us a complimentary future stay, but after this experience we declined because we genuinely would not want to return even for free. I would also strongly advise future guests not to rely solely on the promotional photographs on Booking.com or Google when deciding whether to stay here. The room and overall condition we experienced looked dramatically worse than the standard portrayed in the promotional images. The very positive reviews also did not reflect our experience at all. For the amount of money this hotel charges, basic things such as cleanliness, functioning air conditioning, decent food variety, drinking water and a comfortable room should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, we received none of that. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, especially because we were travelling with children. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend Luvi Hotel.

Очень красивая и ухоженная территория, рядом прекрасный пляж, а бассейн большой, чистый. Отдельно хочется отметить питание: всё было очень вкусно, кормят три раза в день, большой выбор еды, напитков и различных коктейлей. Голодными точно не останетесь. Особая благодарность менеджеру, который разговаривает на русском языке. Он внимательно отнёсся ко всем нашим пожеланиям и постарался сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным😍 Также отдельное спасибо Шакхине, которая отвечает за мероприятия. Она организовала для нас поездку в клуб, а также подробно рассказала о различных турах и помогла определиться с вариантами отдыха. В целом остались очень приятные впечатления от гостиницы и персонала. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель.

Красивое море, отличный вход. Достаточно хороший сервис в части заселения и решения бытовых вопросов.

Еда ужасная. На завтрак обед и ужин выбор 1 блюдо плюс набор неизменных овощных салатов нарезок. В баре на пляже было пиво, водка и джин ну и газировка. Кофе платный и в alliclusive не входит. Номер на первом этаже был жуткий по расположению с выходом на стену перед которой была дорожка под самым окном. сушилок для белья в номере нет, балкона тоже не было повесить мокрую одежду можно только на крючок от полотенца.

A special thank you ILHAN in reception who greeted us with a welcoming and friendly and extremely professional service. I really loved his customer service skills. He was always there for me and my family when we needed help. I cant thank you enough Ilhan. I will come back especially because of ILHAN customer service. CAN and the other receptionist I apologise for forgetting his name he works night shift was very help full as well and everyone was great to our animator Shakira, who was always there for us, entertained us, took us to different clubs and helped us with different excursions. And a special thank you to Ahmed and Emre from the bar, who always made us delicious drinks and took such good care of us. The staff were absolutely amazing and made our holiday even more special. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back next year! Thank you so much for everything. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to see everyone again next year! ❤️

- Ac was broken for three straight nights and nothing was done about it after complaining a technician came to fix it inly to render it non functional all together- we were given one fan that too upon asking- - cleanliness of the facilitiy is very questionable, our room had a couch that had dirt marks all iver the fabric so did the bed- the bathroom toilet seat was rusty and was not cleaned properly on the first night- the cleaning generally was not upto the mark for 360 euros a night it was not what I expected- Dont know about the rest of the hotel but our room was literally in a dilapidated state - food variety 2/10, also water was not available in the kini fridge - you have to walk to the main bar everytime to get water

L’hôtel est très décevant. Il n’y a pas vraiment de plage, même si la mer est agréable. Mais le plus gros problème reste la restauration : nourriture vraiment mauvaise, très peu de choix et qualité clairement insuffisante. Pour le prix payé, on s’attendait à beaucoup mieux. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, surtout si la qualité des repas est importante pour vous.

Açıkçası bu otelden hiç memnun kalmadık. Fotoğraflara ve yorumlara bakınca çok daha farklı bir yer bekliyorduk ama gittiğimizde büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Özellikle temizlik ve hijyen konusunda ciddi sıkıntılar vardı. Yemekleri de maalesef hiç beğenmedik. Hatta kaldığımız süre içerisinde yediğimiz yemeklerden dolayı gıda zehirlenmesi yaşadık ve tatilimizin bir kısmı resmen mahvoldu. Bunun dışında bazı konularda bize doğru düzgün bilgi bile verilmedi. Bir problem olduğunda daha ilgili ve açıklayıcı olmalarını beklerdik ama maalesef öyle olmadı. Bizim için kesinlikle verdiğimiz paraya değmeyen bir tatil oldu. Bodrum’a tekrar gelsem bu oteli kesinlikle tercih etmem. Bodrum’a tatil için gelecek olanlara da başka otellere bakmalarını tavsiye ederim.

Veliko razočaranje – hotel ne odgovara fotografijama i opisu Nažalost, naše iskustvo u ovom hotelu bilo je izuzetno loše. Hotel u stvarnosti ni približno ne odgovara onome što je prikazano na fotografijama i opisano prilikom rezervacije. Soba, a posebno kupaonica, bile su u lošem stanju, prljave i nehigijenske. Cijeli hotel ostavlja dojam zapuštenosti, prljavštine i nedostatka osnovne higijene. Ono što smo vidjeli po dolasku bilo je potpuno drugačije od onoga što smo očekivali na temelju fotografija. Zbog stanja sobe zatražili smo drugu sobu, nadajući se da će biti u boljem stanju. Međutim, i druga soba koju su nam ponudili bila je u lošem stanju i također nije odgovarala fotografijama. Time nam je postalo jasno da problem nije bio samo u našoj prvoj sobi. Hrana je bila jako loša i nekvalitetna. Nakon večere suprug i ja dobili smo proljev koji je trajao tijekom noći i sljedećih dana. Ne možemo sa sigurnošću tvrditi da je uzrok bila upravo hrana iz hotela, ali oboje smo istovremeno dobili iste zdravstvene tegobe nakon večere u hotelu. Dodatni problem je restoran u kojem nema odgovarajuće klime niti hlađenja. Za vrijeme obroka bilo je izrazito vruće i neugodno – doslovno se jede okupani znojem. Takvi uvjeti su potpuno neprihvatljivi za restoran hotela. Ni plaža ne odgovara onome što je prikazano na fotografijama. Fotografije stvaraju potpuno drugačiji dojam, dok je stvarnost razočaravajuća. Hotel smo rezervirali za pet noći, ali smo zbog nemogućnosti ranije kupnje karata za povratak kući bili prisiljeni ostati četiri noći. Nismo imali mogućnost jednostavno otići kada smo shvatili u kakvom je stanju hotel. Posebno nas je pogodilo što smo putovali tako daleko kako bismo proveli godišnji odmor, a umjesto odmora i opuštanja dobili smo prljav i nehigijenski smještaj, lošu hranu i zdravstvene tegobe. Cijeli godišnji odmor nam je zbog ovog iskustva praktički upropašten.

Putine feluri de mancare pentru un regim all inclusive.. ar trebui luate mai multe masuri in aceasta privinta daca doriti sa va pastrati un renume..pacat de locatie care este superba!

În apartament s-a făcut curățenie zilnic, este liniște, multă verdeață și sunt multe flori. Personalul este foarte amabil. Mâncarea a fost suficientă (ar trebui să îmbunătățească meniul cu mai multe preparate din carne).

Die Lage ist sehr schön, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Die Möbel sind etwas runtergekommen, aber völlig nutzbar. Daher ist der Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung -zu mal für Bodrum. Dafür, dass es so zentral liegt, konnten wir am Pool und am Strand entspannen.

Beliggenheten, stranden, rent, stille, varierte måltider, snille og hjelpsomme ansatte. Alt var bare perfekt

Ansatte/servitørene snakker ikke engelsk. Hadde vært perfekt om de kunne litt.

Stranden var fantastisk med klart och fint hav. Hotellet hade ett bra läge och personalen var trevlig.

Frukosten och kvällsmaten levde inte upp till förväntningarna. Maten var inte särskilt god och utbudet varierade väldigt lite från dag till dag. Som all inclusive-gäst hade vi förväntat oss ett större och bättre utbud.

отель не большой, но очень уютный! зеленая территория с пальмами и цветами. два бассейна: детский и взрослый. чистейшее море. отличный отель для отдыха с маленькими детками. чистые и светлые номера. очень дружелюбный персонал! соответствующее цена-качество. отдельное спасибо менеджеру отеля Эльхану за внимание и ощущение заботы, которые он оказывал не только нашей семье но и всем гостям отеля!

Het eten was super slecht

Konumu çalışanları ortam çok güzel.

Aracımızla gittik ve maalesef otoparkta aracımıza hasar verilmiş. Aracın boyasını ve astar katmanını aşarak doğrudan metal sac veya plastik panelin kendisine kadar inmiş derin bir çizik ve boya çatlağı (astarla kaporta seviyesi hasarı) var ve maalesef otel çıkışı aracımızı yıkamak için girdiğimiz benzinlikte aracımızı yıkarken farkettik. 😔 Fotoğraflara aracımdaki hasarı ekledim isteyen görebilir. Araçlar birbirine o kadar yakın park edilmişki sonuç bu oldu maalesef.

Costa Luvi has a lot of heart. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely willing to help with anything you need. They made us feel truly welcome. The location is unbeatable — right on the sea, with a beautiful view and direct access to the water. The food was surprisingly good, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. The rooms could use some renovation — they're a bit dated and not in perfect condition. But honestly, that didn't bother us much. The atmosphere, the service, and the sea more than made up for it. If you're looking for a place with soul, great food, and warm people — and you're not too fussy about the interiors — Costa Luvi is a wonderful choice!

Собственный пляж с лежаками и зонтиками, хороший вход в воду(пологий, без камней). Красивая ухоженная территория отеля, приятно было сидеть на балкончике и любоваться природой. Разнообразный выбор блюд по системе «все включено». Жили в номере 614, кондиционер работал тихо и ночью было комфортно спать. Хороший напор воды в душевой. Высокий уровень сервиса начиная от руководства, заканчивая официантами. Чувствовалось, что руководство относится к своей работе добросовестно и ответственно. Управляющий хорошо говорит по русски.

Не очень удобный диван в номере. В ванной не хватало дополнительного светильника над зеркалом(не удобно краситься и чистить зубы).

Das Essen und der service. Die Strand- und Poolliegen sind ab 07:00 Uhr reserviert, obwohl niemand liegt. Zu wenig liegen verfügbar.

Номер требует косметического ремонта, больше разнообразия на завтрак

Die Lage war gut. Jeden Tag wurden unsere Handtücher gewechselt und das Zimmer sauber gemacht.

Das Essen war mittelmäßig, und es gab keine besondere Auswahl. Kaffee und Tee könnte man nur in Pappbechern haben. Die Tische an Bar und im Essbereich waren oft klebrig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war alt, klapprig, gerade noch okay

Возможно нам что то бы и могло понравиться, если бы нас заселили в забронированный и оплаченный нами номер, но этого не произошло. Мы приехали, а наш оплаченный люкс был занят, вместо него нам предложили самый дешевый номер на задах у помойки. Мы отказались и сделали возврат.

Не понравилось, что сотрудник отеля звонил нам, спрашиваю, где мы едем и ни слово не сказал о том, что они продали наш оплаченный номер. Возможно мы бы сэкономили время , так как пришлось спешно искать другой отель после длительной дороги на автомобиле.

Удобное месторасположение. Рядом с морем.
