Все было замечательно!!!

Осталась очень довольна отдыхом в этом отеле! ❤️ Отдельно хочется отметить отличное обслуживание и внимательное, доброжелательное отношение персонала. Все сотрудники были вежливыми и отзывчивыми, благодаря чему чувствовала себя очень комфортно. Номер понравился — уютный, просторный и аккуратный. Было действительно чисто и ухоженно. Спасибо отелю за приятную атмосферу и качественный сервис! С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям. 🌸 Отдельная благодарность Рамазан бей и шеф повару☺️😊

Вай фай в номерах слабоват. А так сильных минусов не увидела

Foi uma grande surpresa para nós, atendimento de todos os funcionários nota 1000, Hotel sempre muito limpo, piscina, as refeições excelentes e saborosas , nenhum dia se repetiu, bebidas de ótima qualidade , não poderíamos ter feito escolha melhor!

Good location You don’t need a cat for beach, clubs, cafes, shopping, restaurants

It wasn't clean. The sheets and blankets were dirty. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, even though it was listed as an amenity; I mentioned this to the staff two or three times, but nothing was done. There was no hot water after 11:00 PM. We found a broken power outlet, broken lights, and a broken main room door handle.

Alles es war sehr schön. Das essen war eine 1 a alle die dort arbeiten waren sehr nett und immer für einen da. Von sauberkeit bis essen bedienung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder Schöne grüsse an Ibrahim Bey von Damla u Dilan.

Le camere non ano frigorifero e cuesta. Avevo peezo 2 camere e nesuna non aveva un frigorifero a 40°

Отель полностью отрабатывает свои 3 звезды, ожидание/реальность совпало полностью. Очень милый персонал, до пляжа 2 мин, прямо у отеля магазин Еда каждый день +- одинаковая, но разнообразная: мясо, рыба, овощи, сыры и много допов

Нужно быть готовым к тому, что на пляже все же придется заплатить (точнее взять что-то в заведении, к которому относится часть пляжа), мы ходили на пляж nagi, влево от отеля - там самые приятные цены на напитки))

Güzel bir bodrum the hello deneyimi fiyat performans oteli. Yemeklerimi geliştirebilirler ama güzeldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Odalar temiz. Kafa dinlemek isteyen otelde zaman geçirebilir. plaj sevenler için plaj çok yakın. Geceleri eğlenmek için clup caddesine çok yakın. konum olarak harika bir otel.

Güzeldi ama herşey dahil otellere göre bazı şeyler kısıtlı biranın yanın fıstık extra viski extra gib ama genel olarak çok konforlu ve sakin bir yer elemanları hemen samimi oluyor ve güler yüzlü

Location excellent close to beach Staff very friendly and accommodating Food was excellent, many local dishes were superb. Hotel manager very friendly and happy to help. Bar manger and staff helpful and very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Drinks were great quality. Free water .

The rooms are small and run down.The food, while ok at first, was the same every day, and after 5 days, I and my wife, as well as many other guests, developed a stomach issue and couldn't be far from a toilet the all-inclusive bar serves beet wine gin vodka and raki as well as coffee tea and soft drinks only,The cleaners need to be tought how to clean properly our bathroom was not cleaned for over a week ,Overall it was a dirty place as was Gumbert in general. I will never be returning there

Cleaners didn’t clean. Just made beds and changed toilet rolls. Shower created swimming pool, not sorted when reported. Pool cleaner asking to join us in the room and making inappropriate comments.

The stuff at Hello hotel was incredible! Big thanks and credit to the stuff Murat at the bar and Mahri for their hospitality and help during our stay! They made our stay 100 times better and nicer, because both of them are such lovely, positive and happy persons. The room was nice and had everything we needed during our stay. The meals and drinks the hotel provided was excellent ad well,

I loved the atmosphere the vibe the layout it was great

Not much not to like apart from sun loungers near one pool not that comfortable too low down , and the food was great but need covers on all the food especially in the heat , and to sort the uneven floor in dinning area ,

Location is excellent. Staff is also very helpful. Wi-fi was not good atleast in my room. but at other places even in balcony it was good. Dont expect much for TV/ channels. Beach is only 5 min walk. Overall it was a good experience.

Its not a bad commend but my experience which is actually funny :) ....'Staff promptness to maintain this cleanliness while you are eating' .. If you are alone and will leave your plate on table with food for taking something else... they will pickup your utensils and food and after your immidiate return in 45 seconds.. nothing will be there.. hahhahha...anyway its joke but it shows their promptness... overall it was a good experience. only -ve is No. of TV channels.. not sure it is a policy of hotel or overall.. but if you want to relax at your room (though this is not the case if you are a tourist as Bodrum offers a lot outside).. then you will be disappointed as there is almost nothing to watch.!!!. Wi-fI at my room was not good but if I was outside i.e at cafeteria/Pool or even it balcony.. it was OK.

Air-conditioning needed fixing on 3 occasions. Ants on balcony. Impolite behaviour from a member of staff. Cats everywhere. Concrete base for a bed. Fridge in room barely cold. Constant foul oder in room

Staff were really friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. It was great value for money. It is surrounded by lots of shops, bars, and restaurants but is still extremely peaceful. WiFi was good in communal areas, but not in our room.

We didn't like the all inclusive wrist bands simply because it stated the hotel name, everytime we left the hotel we would experience men either actively grabbing our wrists to see where we are staying or just looking and then stating they know where we are staying. This is obviously really uncomfortable and doesn't feel the safest, especially for two young girls.

L’hôtel est situé en plein centre ville mais perso j’ai pas aimé le quartier qui est très populaire Le personnel était gentil La chambre est plus que basique, il y a avait des fourmis près du lit. Le sol des chambres fait sale les rideaux des chambres aussi et la chambre avait une odeur de moisissure Pas de gel douche ni de shampoing et une des serviettes était sale Pour le buffet, j’ai rien pu manger les plats pas bons et les desserts encore pire je suis restée une nuit au lieu de 3 et j’ai dû partir

resepsiyondaki kadın dışında tüm personeller çok güleryüzlüydü. Yemek çeşitleri açısından tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Eğer beklentinizi çok yüksek otellerle kıyaslamasanız çok mutlu olacağınız bir otel. eğlenmelik değil Dinlenmelik bir otel. Biz memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Otel çalışanları aşırı derecede güler yüzlü ve sempatikler. Aşçı Halil bey ve barmen Murat bey işlerinde aşırı iyiler. Yemekleri lezzetli. İki günde bir odayı temizlemeleri çok güzel. Kalitesiz hiç bir malzemeye rastlamadım. Havuzları biraz küçüktü ancak yakında plaj ve beachler olduğu için 1 kere girme fırsatımız oldu. Her şey dahil otel olarak fiyatına göre uygun. İşletmeye tekrardan teşekkür ediyorum.

to improve, the internet does not work in the rooms and maybe a little more varied food

Overall it was a great place for the money we paid. The staff was supper attentive and the service was great. The rooms and hallways were clean. The AC worked well and quietly. We could hear the clubs at night but it wasn't too bad. It’s hard to call this place an “all inclusive” as the included foods are only the buffer (quite modest breakfast, ok lunch, fast food snack and a usually good supper). As for drinks, only a small selection of alcohol and beverages are included. Even Turkish coffee comes as extra. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have its own beach section, so if your main goal is the beach, you’ll have to pay to the local bars who own most of the chairs.

Rooms cleanish,staff friendly enough,first day no beer ,all drinks served in paper cups,food very poor, Not alot of choice ,if you dont like boiled eggs then its bread and salad,no ceral at all, Seating could do with being upgraded So uncomfortable, Pool areas ok
