Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Das Hotel liegt zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war normal, ohne irgendwelche Extras. Es gibt eine Frühstücksterrasse und eine Dachterrasse mit Bar, diese war jetzt nicht in Betrieb. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Im Bad gibt es ein Bidet.
Die Fenster sind aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht zu öffnen. Eine Kippfunktion wäre schön gewesen. Das Personal wirkte auf uns sehr gelangweilt.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Well-located hotel near to many restaurants and yet was quiet at night. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom, and it was clean. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were slightly lumpy and soft. The staff were helpful and polite, and daily housekeeping was appreciated. The view from the terrace was really nice! While the breakfast range was quite small, I appreciated the non-lactose milks and soy yoghurt options which are really rare in many hotels!
We were woken up by a fire alarm 2 days in a row, and had to assume they were false alarms as we didn't get any updates. The amenities felt a bit sparing for a 4* hotel - we only got 1 bottle of water for a 4 day stay, which was not replaced. There were also no tissues in the room, nor teaspoons.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Zentral, relativ ruhig, nah zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, empfand ich als größten Pluspunkt. Moderne Zimmer, große Bäder. Besondere Erwähnung das freundliche und hilfsbereite Receptions-Personal. Frühstücksraum mit tollen Ausblick. Frühstück ansprechend.
Die Frühstücksauswahl war etwas eingeschränkt. Die Dachterrasse fand ich etwas enttäuschend. Die Aussicht war teilweise verbaut. Wegen meiner kurzfristigen Umbuchung war der Zimmerpreis relativ hoch. Meine Hotelfavoriten in Porto: Hotel Neya und Porto River Soul Hotel.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la pulizia della stanza, si sono scusati si sono prontamente attivati per risolverlo. Il giorno successivo ci hanno portato un biglietto di scuse e una confezione di cioccolato. Considerando la posizione e il periodo, il prezzo era molto conveniente. Consigliatissimo.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Locatie is top, in een rustige buurt maar wel op loopafstand van alle populaire en drukke plaatsen in Porto. Het ontbijt is goed, niet heel uitgebreid maar wel alles wat je nodig hebt. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg en schoon. Het hotel is rustig, weinig geluiden van andere kamers of van de gang.
Ze zouden de Rooftop bar beter kunnen benutten. Je kunt hier echt wel leuk zitten, echter is het beperkt open en komen de openingstijden niet overeen met wat vooraf is aangekondigd. Daarnaast wordt er zichtbaar weinig aandacht besteed aan de aankleding en het onderhoud van de Rooftop bar.

Teppichboden im Zimmer und die Wasserhähne sind etwas kurz, sodass viel Wasser am Waschbecken vorbeiläuft

Od samego początku byliśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni zarówno standardem hotelu, jak i przede wszystkim niezwykle przyjazną i pomocną obsługą. Ponieważ przylecieliśmy do Porto rano, jeszcze przed zameldowaniem bez najmniejszego problemu mogliśmy zostawić w hotelu nasze plecaki. Panie na recepcji były przesympatyczne, uśmiechnięte i bardzo pomocne, od razu poczuliśmy się mile widziani. Nasz pokój był bardzo ładny, wygodny i przede wszystkim idealnie czysty. Wszystko było zadbane i przygotowane z dużą dbałością o szczegóły. Bardzo dobrze się w nim wypoczywało po całym dniu zwiedzania. Śniadania również zasługują na pochwałę, bardzo smaczne, świeże i z dobrym wyborem produktów. To był naprawdę przyjemny początek każdego dnia. Największym atutem hotelu jest jednak jego lokalizacja. Z hotelu można bez problemu dotrzeć pieszo do wielu najpiękniejszych i najciekawszych miejsc w Porto. Jeśli ktoś nie ma ochoty spacerować, również nie stanowi to problemu, przystanki autobusowe znajdują się praktycznie pod samym hotelem, dzięki czemu można łatwo dostać się w inne części miasta. Ogromnym plusem jest także taras na dachu hotelu, z którego rozciąga się przepiękny widok na Porto. To świetne miejsce, żeby wieczorem odpocząć i nacieszyć się atmosferą miasta. Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, jest czysty i komfortowy, śniadania są smaczne, a obsługa naprawdę wyjątkowo miła. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tutaj ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty w Porto. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Everything else, than the room, the breakfast is uneatable, the orange Juice is not fresh but from a supermarket, the Nutella is not Nutella, the bread, either there is no bread, either it is aweful. The reception is not as glamourous as i was expecting, and the outside wall of the hotel, is in a bad condition, it doesn’t even say the name of the hotel. It is not a 4 stars hotel, it doesn’t deserve it at all, maybe 2 or 3 for the room but that’s it. Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Good location, 7-8 minutes walk to metro Bolhao, 10 minutes to train station Sao Bento. Wonderful view over the city from the rooms on 7th floor. Bottle of water on arrival. Water boiler, AC. Just all essentials that you need.
Not a big variety at breakfast, but there is something to suit everyone.

Ruidos nocturnos de la calle, puntualmente sonaba una moto que debía salir justo de abajo, a pesar de estar insonorizada ese pequeño detalle me despertó. Se echó en falta un armario más amplio.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Hotel bien ubicado, con restaurantes cerca y con el autobus turustico en la misma manzana. El personal encantador, tanto en recepción como en la cafeteria. Ofrecen un buffet de pasteleria por la tarde que puedes disfrutar en la azotea del edificio. El desayuno era variado y completo.
La descoordinación del servicio de habitaciones. Uno de los dias nos habian hecho la habitación por la mañana y por la tarde una camarera de piso entró en nuestra habitación estando nosotros dentro. La llave que cierra la puerta por dentro no funcionaba. Al decirle que no tenia que limpiar la habitación, respondió enfadada quejándose de que no habíamos puesto la tarjeta de "No molesten" en el pomo de la puerta.¿,Teniamos que haberlo hecho o ella tendría que haber sabido que la habitación ya estaba limpia?

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026That the staff accommodated my request for separate beds, which were comfortable. The smell when entering the hotel - loved it!. The terrace and it's lovely view. The friendly staff.
Not that I didn't like, because the terrace was lovely, but the terrace furniture could do with a nice wipe down and the cushions cleaned. And not having lighting when going to the lift from the terrace.

Bagno parzialmente funzionante. Si è bloccato il wc, e’ stato sistemato, ma la sistemazione era discutibile. Non erano presenti le ciabattine di cortesia solitamente presenti in un 4 stelle. Guardaroba scarso per due persone.

Ils disent avoir un parking mais en fait ils ont très peu de places. Nous étions en moto et pendant notre séjour nous avons du nous garer dans un parking public. Donc ce n est pas la peine d écrire qu il y a un parking privé

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Da wir mit dem Auto vor Ort waren, muss eines der umliegenden Parkhäuser genutzt werden. Stellplätze in der Umgebung sind nur wenige vorhanden.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Well-positioned hotel, close to the city center and the famous bridge over the Doure River. The hotel is clean, and the personnel are friendly. Breakfast was quite good, with a wide selection of food and drinks. The restaurant is well-placed with a nice view over the city.
The assumed balcony door leads to no balcony, and there is no barrier to prevent a fall from the open door on the fifth floor above the street.

In particular, the roof garden looked neglected and gave the impression of being abandoned, which was disappointing.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann alles in der Stadt Porto zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Also für einen Besichtigung von Porto eine top Adresse.
Leider war die Rooftopbar nie geöffnet. Die Dusche verursachte regelmäßige Überschwemmungen, schaut zwar modern aus aber hat zu wenig Gefälle um das Wasser zu beändigen.
