Location next to the river - although you have to be reasonably fit to get anywhere.

Poor selection of gluten free bakery items at breakfast - in comparison with the amazing array for everyone else. There was a list of allergens but individual items were not adequately labelled.

도루 강변가에 위치하여 전망이 정말 끝내줬고 룸이 넓찍해서 좋았다. 침대로 편했고 조식 퀄리티도 좋았다. 호텔 루프탑 바에서 제공한 무료 음료 서비스 또한 만족스러웠다.

강가 바로 앞이라 전망은 좋지만 다소 후미진 위치 대비 도루 강변가 도로에서 늦은 시간까지 이어지는 오토바이 소리가 조용한 숙면을 방해했다. 위치로 인해 포르투 주요 방문지로의 접근성은 떨어진다. 조식 식당은 다소 사람이 많아 어수선한 분위기였다.

The hotel is in a wonderful location - close to amenities yet away from noisy areas. The rooftop bar overlooking the Douro is fantastic. Our room was spacious and our view over the river was lovely. Soundproofing was excellent, keeping out the noise of the traffic. There was a great restaurant, The Bridge, very close by, which we went to every night as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.

We were allocated a lovely apartment style room, equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge and hotplate. But apart from two mugs, nothing else was provided (not even a teaspoon) so we were unable to use any of these nice facilities.

Estacionamento pequeno, insuficiente. Atendimento da recepção muito ruim, inacreditável! Tem o objetivo de justificar as falhas. Esquecem do objetivo principal do hotel, que é atender e acolher o cliente.

Lovely location fab views over the river and bridges, but rather noisy at night with motorbikes racing up and down. Room clean and average, bed comfortable.

Long wait to check in after 12 hours travelling, some reception staff need to go to charm school. Rooftop terrace lovely bat barman closes when a few spots of rain comes on. This leaves the guests having to go and get a drink from the bar on the second floor and take it up to the roof. Five couples had to do this and the little drops of rain that fell had gone off.

Localização é perfeita. O quarto também era muito bom e o hotel, por ser grudado em uma encosta rochosa, parece que não vai funcionar, mas funciona. O Café da manhã é maravilhoso e aqui uma grata surpresas, equipe super simpática e eficiente, em todas as áreas. E olha que é um hotel difícil, com estacionamento pequeno e limitado. Mas tudo é muito bem gerido. A gente vê equipes treinadas, procedimentos aplicados com foco no cliente. Aquilo que a gente aprende nos MBAs como deveria ser. Foi uma grata surpresa nesta viagem.

Aqui vou ir contra a ideia que o pessoal tem do Porto. Eu não gostei da cidade e não gostei dos locais no entorno do hotel também. Achei tudo muito atirado, pouca manutenção e casario mal mantido e sujo. A parte onde está a vinícola Fonseca e a própria Vinícola se salva. Aquela margem do rio, oposta a que está o hotel, é bem melhor.

We went to rooftop bar one evening at 9.30 and it was already closed and guests were sitting there.

Breakfast was very variable. In particular the fresh fruit; how can a hotel like this run out of bananas, orange and pineapple on a couple of days? Cold fried eggs not great. The staff tried hard but struggled. The daily room cleaning was variable too. For example cups not washed up, tea/coffee supplies not replenished sufficiently.

Bathroom appears a bit dated. We had previously stayed at 3 star hotel that offered complimentary slippers and robes and mini fridge. No robes at this location and items in mini fridge were an additional charge.

The hotel’s location in Porto was a positive aspect. It is conveniently situated for exploring the city, with good access to public transportation, nearby restaurants, and several attractions. The location made it relatively easy to get around and was one of the strongest features of our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay at Eurostars Hotel Porto was disappointing in several respects. We also encountered several issues with the housekeeping service. The room was vacuumed only at request during our stay. Despite there being three guests in the room, we were consistently provided with only two sets of towels. In addition, the minibar was not replenished until after seven days, which fell short of our expectations for a hotel of this standard. Overall, although the reception staff were ultimately helpful, the food-safety incident and the lack of attention to basic housekeeping significantly detracted from our experience. I hope the hotel will take these concerns seriously, particularly the issue involving food served to children. La ubicación y las vistas.

Que no estuviera más claro que si vas en coche el párquing hay que reservarlo llamando al hotel. Es un hotel muy grande, pero el párquing tiene miy poquitas plazas. Al llegar estaba lleno y los párquings públicos para el primer día estaban completos también y aparcar en la zona es muy complicado.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, primarily because of a serious issue with the security of our room and the complete lack of follow-through afterward. A pair of AirPods was stolen from our room, and based on the circumstances, we believe they were taken by a member of the cleaning staff. We immediately spoke with the front desk and were told that we would be reimbursed for the cost of replacing them. It has now been over a month, and despite that promise, we still have not received any reimbursement. What makes this even more concerning is that two other friends in our group also noticed that their rooms appeared to have been entered or disturbed after they had already been cleaned. While we cannot say exactly what happened in those rooms, it added to an already uncomfortable feeling that guests' rooms and belongings were not being properly respected or secured. The theft itself was bad enough, but the hotel's failure to follow through on the reimbursement they promised has made the situation even more frustrating. We expected this issue to be taken seriously and resolved promptly. Instead, more than a month later, we are still waiting. I would strongly caution future guests about leaving valuables in their rooms and would hope management takes these concerns much more seriously going forward.

Leider war ein Barmitarbeiter nicht so flexibel uns als Welcome Drink ein Wasser anstelle von einem Portwein zu geben. Beim Frühstücksbuffett war es aufgrund der Enge manchmal etwas unruhig, das Essen ansich aber den Preis wert.

Elegí este hotel porque indicada que tenía parking, pero el número de plazas disponibles son reducidas. A las once de la mañana cuando llegamos Tuvimos que aparcar en un parking público.

The view was perfect, cozy location, though a bit tough to get to without uber/bolt (I mean with luggage). Overall staff was very pleasant, food variety and quality was also great. Soundproof rooms were also very neat since the traffic of people and cars on the street is quite lively even at late hours. There's also a rooftop terrace.

I'd say public transport could be closer, but that's not really a huge issue, just a bit of a hassle to climb the mountain after a big breakfast, but when I look through the window and see those beautiful bridges I forget all my problems.

las vistas de la habitacion 3001 son un muro!! y el acceso a esta parte (parte nueva) desde recepcion - entrada es un poco caótico. A pesar de tener la plaza reservada, cuando llegamos la tenían ocupada, aunque en media hora la tuvimos libre.

Liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße über die man auch reinkommt. Reservierung wurde ewig nicht gefunden.

Heerlijk ontbijt met uitgebreide verse keuzes. Dakterras de moeite waard om een drankje te drinken voornamelijk vanwege het uitzicht. Kamer tiptop in orde. Fles water en de fruitbonbons op de kamer waren een leuke verrassing. Dat geldt ook voor het glaasje Port bij aankomst.

Regelmatig de kan water bijvullen bij de receptie geven we mee als aanbeveling.

Das freundliche Personal die Zimmer die in idealer Temperatur zum Schlafen einluden die schalldichten Fenster die zentrale Lage und ich würde sagen fast wenn nicht sogar das beste Frühstück ever. Und dazu natürlich die beste Lage in der Stadt mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Brücke über die man einfach mal gehen muss.

Das Hotel eigene Parkhaus ist eine Herausforderung für jeden Fahrer der den letzten Platz wie ich in dieser Garage ergattern sollte und das mit größten Komplikationen irgendwie hinbekommen hat. Aber nicht ganz ohne Schrammen 😭. Und da dies alles mit Einweisungen eines Mitarbeiter schief gelaufen ist bekamen wir den Parkplatz von der Hotel Direktion offeriert. Und trotzdem war es wirklich ein mega tolles Hotel mit wunderbaren Personal also beim nächsten Besuch in Porto auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel.
