Rota Hotel

Had an amazing stay at Rota Hotel in August! It is ran by lovely people who are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a delight; the buffet consisted of fresh traditional Turkish food which we looked forward to eating every morning. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with towels replaced daily which was handy during summer after returning from the beach. Hotel rooms had air con and toiletries were provided. We also loved swimming in the pool in the afternoons. It was not crowded or noisy which was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location was 10/10, few minutes away from the river and many restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting! You will not regret it.

Отличный уютный отель с удобным расположением, ресепшн работает круглосуточно, завтраки соответствуют стоимости, голодными не останетесь. Достаточно места для парковки.

Очень долго ждать горячую воду. Для одеяла нет пододеяльника, но дополнительную простынь выдали без проблем. Интернет с перебоями (номер напротив бара). В остальном все хорошо, мы очень довольны

Amazing little hotel. The room could do with a little more lights. the staff where amazing helpful friendly. The location excellent within easy reach of everything. Love this hotel will definitely be staying again

One and only niggle was the lighting in the room could do with a little brighter, for putting on makeup.

Great, simple breakfast, with Turkish staples of eggs and salad vegetables. Lovely pool for cooling off. Clean and well serviced, and staff are helpful and friendly. In a good location close to centre of Dalyan, but not loud at all.

Single beds were very narrow, and the rooms were quite basic. A kettle and some freeze dried coffee would have been lovely but otherwise it was a lovely place to stay.

La pulizia della camera e il balconcino sulla piscina interna, purtroppo non ne abbiamo usufruito ma ci é sembrata molto pulita. La colazione a buffet molto varia e i pancakes erano ottimi! La cortesia di tutto lo staff.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful place and location. The bed support wasn't the best, my back felt a little bad after 2 nights. The owner is friendly but there is often nobody at the reception so you need to search for a staff in the place.

Lovely little hotel with a nice pool in a good location. All rooms had a balcony facing the pool. Staff made us feel very welcome. Good breakfast. Would have no hesitation in going back

Would've liked a kettle in my room to make a cup of tea.

We loved the hotel, it was clean, service good and staff friendly. There are a couple of things I believe would improve which are quite minor. 1. The breakfast was very basic, no yogurt, toast or fresh fruit. 2. The coffee mugs were old and chipped. 3. A small kettle in the room would have been nice. Having said these things I would definitely stay here again 😊

spotless clean hotel,stayed for 3 nights with 2 other friends,room was very clean and comfortable,staff did everything possible to make sure our stay was comfortable as possible,nice pool,breakfast was fresh and good enough,but dont expect full english,this is turkey and they do breakfast differently to what we do in the uk,

my biggest gripe was was were only staying for 3 nights,and on 2 nights we had no hot water,so had to shower in cold water,which wasnt good,as the weather was relentless and didnt stop raining for the 3 days we were there,after being out for the day and coming back cold and soaking wet,all we needed was a good hot shower to warm us up,unfortunatley this wasn`t possible and really spoiled our stay.

Insgesamt hatten wir schönen Aufenthalt im Rota Hotel. Besonders zu Erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten, immer hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück, gute Betten, zentrale Lage. Einzige Kritik wäre der Zustand der Badezimmer, die mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen könnten.

Nice stay - planned to stay for 1 night and ended up staying 4. Great easy-going staff, central location, good breakfast. Not luxury but you're not staying here to be in your room all day; photos are accurate and everything was clean, comfortable and secure.

Location of room was excellent. Pool was a nice size for the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpfull (especially when I had a flat battery on hire car)

Breakfast was ok but could have done with a toaster - mute point tbh. Tea/coffee facilities in room would have been nice although were aware of this when booking.

Weve stayed at the Rota a number of times and have always had a great experience. Close to the town, clean, comfortable, good food and very friendly staff.

Very clean and relaxed hotel and so close to the town centre and the harbour.

The only possible critism might be that the breakfast was quite limited and that there were only a few sun beds around the pool which would not be enough if all residents wanted to sit by the pool, however there was no more room for any more.

We had only booked 1 night prior to our flight home but would recommend longer stays at this little gem of a hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained and all the staff were brilliant. The bedroom and bathroom was spotless and a good size with a beautiful balcony seating outside our room leading straight into the pool. It’s central to the town and very close to the river, boats, restaurants and shops but it is also very quiet, tucked away down a little side street. The pool area is lovely and comfortable and the pool was clear, clean and ample seating. The breakfast was very varied and plenty - all fresh and well stocked. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We asked to pay extra to extend our check out as our flight was late at night. Not only did the manager arrange our taxi but also allowed us to stay in our room until we left with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dalyan, whether it be a couple, family, friends and definitely safe for a solo traveller.

Great place! Nice location 2 min walk to river. Great, friendly staff. Very clean pool. It has a pool, pool area and bar. Sun loungers. I guess you could spend your day there if you wanted to.

Hot water took a while to come though which can be a bit disconcerting.

Very nice hotel , with a lovely swimming pool , that was cleaned and treated every morning. And a lovely bar area by the pool . Plenty of tables and chairs around the pool , where I’d have my tea every morning. All the staff were very friendly & efficient, especially the lady chef , she was a little darling cooking my omelette every morning, and always had a smile on her face . Would highly recommend this hotel .

Good location, friendly staff, adequate wardrobe storage for a 2-week stay; bed more comfortable than many hotels we've stayed in.

Could clearly hear guests in adjoining rooms, breakfast fair but a bit 'samey' after a few days; wardrobe door kept sliding open when we didn't want it to. Could maybe use an extra plug socket rather than unplug bedside lamp.

All restaurants, shops and trips within walking distance.

We cant wait to return to this tranquil little gem.Set in a quiet area just a very short walk to town .The hotel is spotlessly clean,rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday.The typical turkish breakfast was very good plenty of fresh bread and beverages.The owners are friendly and welcoming. We liked how peaceful and quiet this small hotel is,no loud music booming and other guests were respectful day and night,just perfect for us.

It was a lovely hotel, family run by lovely people. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was proper Turkish and plentiful. The only downside was two showers with no hot water.

Fabulous property. Great accommodation, Turkish breakfast was lovely. Owners very helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

Really lovely hotel in a great spot next to all local amenities and tourist attractions. Bus to istuzu beach only 20 lira. Staff fab and arrived early so was offered breakfast free. Really clean rooms that are freshened up daily. Lovely place and so reasonable on price.

The location is incredible , the pool is good and the staff are lovely.

The property was perfect however the wifi wasn’t very quick in the room however it worked fine by the pool.

Nothing could be better

The Rota Hotel is a lovely friendly hotel, the staff are warm, welcoming and really helpful. The pool is a welcome break from the afternoon heat, and really comfortable for a drink from the bar too. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly comfortable for a place to stay when you are out and about a lot. Highly recommend.
