Almost everything: dirty, a lot of dust, noisy, absolutely illiterate staff. All the plumbing was in terrible condition, the water tap was leaking all night. The air conditioner was very noisy, the floor was trampled (foot prints), they brought a torn sheet and a dirty blanket, and they wrapped the pillow in a towel, pretending there was no pillowcase. There was almost no breakfast, some strange sliced ​​vegetables and cheese, we just ran away in the morning.Strongly non recommended

Posizione eccezionale a 3 minuti a piedi dal lungofiume, dal quale si possono ammirare le tombe rupestri. Ho apprezzato molto la colazione, fatta al momento dal cuoco. Tutto ottimo, compreso il prezzo e l'accoglienza. Un consiglio: un gancio appendiabiti o una gruccia nell'armadio. Tornerei volentieri!!

Incredible friendly and lovely staff! Very spacious, clean and comfortable room but still reasonable and good prices. The location is central and close to all the main sights. It’s has a nice pool and breakfast included. We even had a family room, so I can recommend this place to everyone - couples, friends, families etc. I’ll definitely come back here!

Great location. Upgraded to triple room, which was much appreciated. Very spacious. Great hot water and pressure in the shower. Good fridge.

Internet very weak. Despite promises to reset, nothing improved. Couldn’t even open any emails. Shower had instant hot water and high pressure but also a lot of black mould.

Our last night, there was doors constantly slamming closed, the doors are heavy and will just slam. When you are up at 3am for your flight getting woken up all night by them slamming isn’t brilliant, also other guests by the pool late at night being extremely loud also woke us up from 11pm-1am, staff didn’t tell them to quieten down.

Oceňujem, že nám dali väčšiu izbu ako sme mali objednanú, personál bol veľmi milý, vo všetkom nám dobre poradili, poloha hotela je výborná.

No 3rd bed (It was a chair), no fridge in one room, no kettle (only at reception), low water pressure, old and broken facilities, very poor wifi, can't adjust AC (either on, very cold and loud or off completely)

Очень гостеприимный хозяин, посоветовал места для посещения, помогал по всем вопросам. Расположение хорошее, до всего рукой подать. Непосредственно рядом с отелем большая парковка

Месторасположение хорошее, бассейн - отличный и смотрится очень эффектно. Завтрак турецкий- средний. Персонал отзывчивый. Есть бар. Рядом магазины.

Номера маленькие и без ремонта. На потолке штукатурка осыпается. Туалет, ванная- новые, но чистота желает лучшего. Балконы вообще не убираются, грязно. Необходимо сделать уборку качественной, тогда и на остальные огрехи, можно закрыть глаза.

The hotel is centrally located. The hotel rooms are located around the swimming pool, which looks very clean. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a bit dated, however, for the money we paid it was excellent value.

Erst hat die Seife gefehlt, dann das Toilettenpapier. Ablage über dem Waschbecken ist fast abgefallen. Es hat alles alt gerochen. Es war nicht sehr einladend, außer der Pool sah gut aus, aber es war zu kalt zum baden.

It was very central but tranquil. I liked that the immediate area was not too touristy, with everyday shops and cafes. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely; very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable as well as organise good deals for activities, meals and transport. The pool area is delightful, sheltered and secluded. I happened to check out a number of Dalyan hotels and found this to be the best in this price bracket. I would definitely stay there again.

I would have preferred it if their Hammam had been open, but this was a minor problem as they arranged for me to go elsewhere. It is important to note that this was this was a temporary closure because the Hamman lady was unwell.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location to town is fantastic. If you book here and pay £220 for the week, do not expect a 5 star hotel but do expect a warm friendly welcome. You get what you pay for.

Its a bit run down, but for the price you cant grumble. Mustafa says he is upgrading rooms over the winter, new beds etc.

The breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast, all fresh bread, salad, cheeses and meat,eggs. Tea and coffee. Also had an evening meal which was prepared freshly and was delicious. Bar also was open and we sat beside the pool.

There was nothing that could have been needed. There was an excellent English speaking on reception and was always happy to help with advice. All the staff were cheery and helpful. looking forward to staying again.

Вежливый и очень дружелюбный персонал. Помогли с багажом, сделали скидку на еще одну ночь проживания. Интернет для работы отлично работает

Большая парковка (хотя оказалась забита, но место себе нашёл). Завтрак в принципе вкусный, но горячих блюд не было. Чай хороший. Персонал приятный в общении.

Номер достаточно маленький. Кондиционер при включении сильно шумел, но через 5 минут звук выровнялся. Несмотря на то, что в отеле висит табличка, что курение запрещено на всей территории отеля, в соседнем номере кто-то курил на террасе, рядом с моим номером, и дверь на мою террасу надо было закрывать. Завтрак так себе, горячих блюд не было.

Temizlik cok kotu yataklar cok kotu ... yatagimiz yan taraftaki odanin balkonuna bakiyordu perde deseniz perde degildi mecbur yastiklarla falan kapatmak zorunda kaldik. Otel resmen pisim diye bagiriyor allahtan kahvaltisiz satin almistik odalarin halinden sonra asla birsey yemezdik. Tek guzel tarafi cok merkezi olmasi onun disinda asla tercih edilecek elle tutulacak bir tarafi yok

The staff was extraordinaryli helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and they arranged for a room to be ready to leave our clothes and to relax a bit. The breakfast was local and tasty. Nice little clean swimming pool.

The rooms could offer more storage for clothes, but for two days it was perfectly fine.

The room was outdated and tiny..bed was OK apart from one person having to sleep against a wall..

Poor breakfast, one boiled egg, a small piece of cheese, jam butter, a few sad veggies. Big hard pillows and soft matress, thin blanket - we were cold in the night. The hotel is lid from the outside by the green lights and you can see them when you sleep, as the curtains are thin. At 5 am there is a local mosk singing

Everyone associated with the hotel were wonderful. They really couldn’t do enough to make sure I had a lovely stay in the hotel. This wasn’t a one off, I have stayed here before and had the same level of friendliness and service that time as well

Nothing !was not able to stay as hotel is closed the place was a complete building site my booking should never have been taken I have photos and tried desperately to get in touch with booking .com to no available I am absolutely disgusted with the outcome of this booking no guests no apology’s just a building site !! I will be getting in touch with booking .com on my return to Uk a vey disappointed customer

Lovely homemade pastries and jams at breakfast. Great location for bars, restaurants, Dalyan river boats etc Great hamam/spa next door. Despite negatives, still value for money.

On quite a noisy street. Room 201 directly above late night street vendors chatting until early hours. The shower in our room was unhygienic and should be replaced. Could have been cleaner, had to report dog mess.

The room was dirty apart from the bed the staff were miserable On arrival there was nobody on reception so someone shouted for someone to come ,he didn’t speak we had to tell him we made a booking his only words were passports we gave them then he said I will show you room we got in I checked the fridge which was dirty so I asked for it to be cleaned they weren’t happy but cleaned it 2 minutes to do my husband has vascular problems and as we travelled a lot he was ready to rest so I didn’t want to make a fuss I went to supermarket and bought bleach and some wipes we arrived on Sunday and we had to ask for

je reconnais que cet hôtel a les qualités que je recherche: calme et confort. Il ajoute le fait d'être très proches de lieux à visiter qui, effectivement, le mérite. Il voisine une gare routière qui le met en relation avec Ortaca et de là avec nombre de lieux en Turquie. Le personnel est à remercier pour sa disponibilité et son sourire.

Checkin güzeldi, çalışanlar işletenler çok güzeldi bir aileydi çok tatlı insanlardı ancak odalar eskiydi ve kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü, wc banyo yatak vs her şey eski olduğu için ve odamız aşırı küçük olduğu için memnun kalamadım üzgünüm :( ancak aşırı merkezi yeri çok güzel otoparkı var yer bulmak çok kolay oldu, yakınında yemek yeri market barlar vs her şey var o yüzden oda umrunuzda değilse kesinlikle yeri çok güzeldi

Genel olarak çok güzel bir seyahat. Keyif aldık ilgi de, hizmette yerindeydi. Fakat sabah kahvaltısı zayıftı. Poğaçalar enfes olmasına rağmen haşlanmış yumurta sevmeyenler için en azından Bi çeşit omlet, sosis, salam yada benzeri bir ürün ile daha zengin olabilir. Yada su ile zira kahvaltı da içtiğimiz su için ödeme alıyorlar. Oda güzel, konumu güzel keyifli bir otel

The property was very well located. The rooms were small but adequate. My bathroom was not very clean and smelt awful.

Lovely family run hotel. Very friendly. Very clean. Good breakfast. Lovely pool area to relax and also some shade if needed when it gets too hot. Really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Beautifully designed building. Also used the turkish bath here. Me and my husband had the Scrub, foam massage and oil massage. Was very relaxing and really enjoyed it. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the centre.
