NH Trento

Every aspect was wonderful. From the ease of secure underground parking on arrival, the warmth of the welcome from Reception, the room and a fabulous meal with good wine and good attentive service in the restaurant. This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel this year!

Nothing to dislike.

Sehr gute Lage nicht weit in die Innenstadt , zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten. Tiefgarage top und nur 10€. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbufett war sehr reichhaltig.

Im Bad zu wenig Licht. Einige Armaturen waren locker und der Toilettendeckel war nicht stabil. Die Silikonfugen waren teilweise erneuerungsbedürftig. Bodentiefe Fenster die dadurch nur leicht geöffnet werden konnten war nicht ideal

El desayuno y el personal era lo unico que merecia la pena de este hotel.

La ubicacion pesima, alrededor de un parque con gente borracha, drogada y durmiendo en el suelo por la noche, todo sucio y muy peligroso para andar por la noche. El menu del restaurante donde cenamos por la noche, irrisorio, carisimo con 4 opciones malisimas. NO OS LO RECOMIENDO. Muy mala relacion calidad/ precio para un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Very modern hotel, spectacular breakfast, comfortable bed, and super friendly staff.

The only downside is that the room doesn’t have air conditioning. That night it was very hot, and even turning on the cooling, it didn’t get cold. I called the front desk and was told it didn’t cool because the hotel was “Eco Friendly,” which made me sleep very poorly, even though the bed and room were very good.

Posizione incantevole nel quartiere Le Albere di Renzo Piano! Struttura dell’hotel molto bella con una bellissima lounge e patio esterno. Staff davvero cordialissimo. Camera spaziosa.

Bisognerebbe rinnovare un po’ qualche elemento all’interno della camera, come le guarnizioni della vasca/doccia, alcune stoffe macchiate e la carta da parati rovinata in qualche punto! Fatto questo l’hotel risulterebbe perfetto.

Ottima posizione nel quartiere albere con parcheggio coperto e accesso diretto alla struttura. Buona camera moderna e con letto di ottima qualità.

Bagno insufficiente con vasca doccia tassativamente da sostituire, visto la dimensione ed il contesto manca una spa.

La pulizia delle stanze, piena di polvere, peli nel lavandino e materassi vecchi. La cosa più bella la hall

Das Hotel liegt ganz außerhalb der Stadt auf einem Unigelände mit komplett eigener Infrastruktur, nichts gewachsenes, alles flammneu, clean, steril, so stellt man sich Italien nicht vor. Wir sind angereist und haben sofort storniert und das grandhotel zum etwa gleichen Preis gebucht. Zur Lage sollte Booking.com klare Angaben machen. Grand Hotel liegt direkt an der historischen Altstadt.

Struttura nuova e pulita , anche se l’ubicazione non era il max . Il kit benvenuto pervenuto in parte , le asciugamani abbiamo dovuto telefonare per averle così come gli accappatoi che erano stati ritirati nn sostituiti . Alla reception la risposta è stata che il kit di benvenuto con accappatoio e kit era solo per il primo giorno . Poi ci è stato riportato tt il in camera .

Good location. High quality restaurant if you wish to have dinner. Tasty breakfast with a lot of options and wonderful coffee. Dog friendly! Spacious room and very clean, comfortable, with convenient room temperature control.

La posizione dal centro storico, il parcheggio e il parco vicino l'hotel. In più ci sono locali dove cenare. Fermate dei mezzi pubblici a pochi passi.

Checked into the room and it was a view of next door building. Room was cool but then we went out for food. Came back AC was not working. Rang reception and was told "we wouldn't feel the air and the walls get cold" and give it time. 2 hours later room still hot. Called again. Same answer. No restaurant, no bar, nothing open in the hotel because it was a Sunday and apparently no one works on a Sunday. No English channels or ability to cast onto the TV. Hated it. Would not recommend. Staff lazy and unhelpful.

Poderia ter um elevador direto do quarto para o estacionamento, mas isso é um por menor e creio que por não ser exclusivo desse hotel, não foi implementado dessa maneira

la posizione della stanza al 1 piano con una vista bruttina sull’interno, la posizione dell’hotel non sono il massimo. Inoltre nonostante sia periferico rispetto alla città scarseggiano i parcheggi gratuiti. Peccato

A szálloda a pályaudvartól és a belvárostól fél órányi sétára van, de helyi buszokkal is megközelíthető. A szoba megfelelő méretű, széf, minibár, légkondi rendben. A reggeli is jó, a szállás besorolásának megfelelő volt. A közvetlen környezetében hatalmas szupermarket és pár étterem. A személyzet kedves és figyelmes.

Zimmer waren ok. Frühstück war gut.

Fast jedes Zimmer hat einen Blick direkt auf eine Betonwand. Wir hatten das Privilig direkt auf die Fassade der modernen Beton-Stadtbibliothek zu schauen. Das definitiv beste Zimmer was man uns zeigen konnte. Frühstücksraum zu klein.

De locatie was centraal. Ongeveer 20 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel met een supermarkt om de hoek.

Het hotel was niet schoon, de airco werkte niet wat wel erg nodig is als het 35 graden buiten is. In de middag kan je er geen eten en drinken halen en het personeel bij het ontbijt was niet vriendelijk.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta, blisko sklepu oraz pięknego parku. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, komfortowe pokoje. Śniadania z bardzo dużym wyborem. Typowo kontynentalne. Przesympatyczny personel. Podziemny parking, duża ilość miejsc. Winda z parkingu wprost do hotelu.

Room was ok, parking garage under the hotel, staff was friendly.

The room wasnt very clean, floors and furniture all seemed a bit greasy, not like I expected from NH. Bathroom was ok, though the shower could use a good cleaning and new sealant. Bed was fine and bed linen clean..

Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en heerlijk. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ziet er goed verzorgd uit. Vanuit het hotel was het 20 minuten lopen naar de binnenstad. Dat was te doen, maar ook een beetje lang elke keer bij 35 graden.

De airco leek het lastig te hebben om de kamer te verkoelen bij 35 graden buiten, hij kon niet lager gezet worden dan 20 graden. En ik betwijfelde of het dan ook daadwerkelijk zoveel koeler werd. Ik denk dat het een automatisch airconditioning systeem van het hotel was. Verder was het hotel wat lastiger te vinden en hebben we echt wel eventjes moeten rondrijden met de auto voor we de garage vonden van het hotel. Dit stond niet goed aangegeven. Wellicht handig om (wat meer) bordjes te plaatsen voor toekomstige gasten :)

ארוחת הבוקר לא ברמת 4 כוכבים. על אומלט מבקשים תוספת תשלום, היה צורך להמתין שימלאו מנות /קערות יותר מכמה פעמים, מבחר מנות מצומצם יחסית.

As usual, all staff we dealt with were welcoming and friendly. As I have said before the staff at NH Trento all seem to have that wonderful blend of professionalism and personal warmth in their characters and personalities. This visit we had great friendly service from Linda in the restaurant, and from Jasmine, Arianna and her colleague at the front desk. Unfortunately we didn't get to see Simone the front desk manager who always makes guests feel so very welcome. I personally managed a large resort in Key West Florida for many years so I know a well managed hotel when I see one and I can assure you that NH Trento is a very well managed hotel. It's a great place to stay.

As instalações são relativamente novas, modernas e ótimas. Sem luxo, mas muito confortáveis. O atendimento foi excelente.

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem und sehr ruhig gelegen in einem modernen Gebäude. Die Tiefgarage ist ideal, 10€ am Tag sind ein fairer Preis

Keinerlei Aussicht. Selbst den Himmel konnte man kaum sehen, da direkt gegenüber ein großes Gebäude steht. Für Frauen ist das Schminken leider mal wieder kaum möglich. Viel zu schlechtes Licht im Bad. Der Schminkspiegel könnte auch abmontiert werden. Selbst auf das rasieren habe ich lieber verzichtet.

The staff is great but 1. the bar opens late, 2. they rarely have ingredients for cocktails, 3. sometimes they miss the "basics" like coke zero

Pleasant location ideal with kids, nice & helpful staff. Special credit for the morning staff on duty on May 10th - our 7yo son got locked inside the bathroom with a broken lock - and everyone was trying to help as soon as possible on a Sunday morning and to make us feel well taken care of. And they managed to do so in the timeframe they had promised - much appreciated. The compensation and extra waffle plate for our little hero afterwards was a cherry on top of a well saved morning that could have been a stressful one instead. Don’t recall the staff names unfortunately, but job well done, thank you.

The light switches in the rooms are truly confusing ;-))

Lage, Frühstück und absolut ruhige Zimmer

La pulizia, la posizione, ma il resto...

Al ristorante c'era una cameriera soltanto che spariva per 10-12 minuti in cucina quando paghi €28 una bistecchina con poche patatine e poche zucchine grigliate non esiste un servizio del genere. Quando sono entrata era estremamente distratta e quando è sparita dei clienti hanno dovuto accomodarsi da soli. Inoltre quando il giorno dopo il momento del check-out mi hanno chiesto se è andato tutto bene e io ho risposto la conica: " il soggiorno sì, il ristorante no" dalla formalissima signorina che evidentemente mi ha fatto la domanda soltanto perché le era stato imposto, ho ricevuto come risposta un laconico: "oh mi dispiace". Come mai non ti sei informata su cosa intendessi per migliorare la qualità della struttura dove lavori? Tutto il personale era molto giovane: spesso non vuol dire nulla, ma in questo caso sì: troppo inesperti, bisogna tirare le orecchie a chi assume! Esattamente lo stesso motivo per cui non ho trovato le due ciotole del cane (che paga 30 euro a notte per essere ospitato!!) al mio arrivo, poi recuperare con dichiaratami fatica dallo staff.

Consigliatissimo! Molto accoglienti. Ambienti ben puliti. 15 min a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio 10€ a notte.

Belles chambres confortables, petit déjeuner très bien, quelques options de restaurants tout près si on ne veux pas aller au centre. La terrasse est agréable pour lire ou prendre un verre. Accès à la bibliothèque de l'université, bel environnement.

J'ai tout aimé.
