Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per oltre 20 giorni, mi sono trovata benissimo. Personale molto professionale, accogliente e gentilissimo. Pulizia eccezionale. Ogni giorno mi veniva chiesto se desideravo la pulizia della camera nonostante il periodo di soggiorno piuttosto lungo e fornite delle bottiglie d'acqua, caffè, zucchero, oltre che asciugamani pulite. La struttura mette a disposizione gratuitamente delle biciclette, servizio di cui io personalmente ho usufruito moltissimo. Praticamente mi sono spostata solo in bici dentro la città. Zona davvero ben servita, nonostante non sia centralissima: ristoranti, 7/11, bar, lavanderia a gettoni H24, centri massaggi a due passi dall'hotel. Tutto ottimo secondo la mia esperienza.

Wir hatten ein japanisches Zimmer. Die Art von Betten kennen wir schon von anderen Hotels und finden diese mit zwei Kindern sehr praktisch. Die Matratzen waren aber sehr alt, dünn und abgenutzt. Die Kissen waren auch alle alt. Sehr hart und klumpig. Zum Glück gibt es die gute Thaimassage nebenan

Het was ietwat gedateerd, maar het werd goed schoongehouden.

Reviewed Jul 20, 202620260703 此次入住兩晚日式三人房，空間很舒適。 房間可看Netflix，日式桌椅在吃東西時也很方便。 浴室水溫夠熱、水壓也足，孩子們非常享受在浴缸泡澡的時間。 位於二樓的室外游泳池也很受旅客歡迎，白天會看到帶著孩子戲水的家庭！就是電話直接放在日式床鋪上，位置非常奇特🤣 飯店地點超級好，走路就到桂河大橋，離夜市也不遠，自駕也有免費停車位。 出飯店大門左轉走路三分鐘的地方有間餐廳，餐點經濟實惠口味不錯，服務員英文ok，我們覺得烤豬頸肉很好吃（點了兩次！） 特別感謝一位叫做waii的櫃檯小姐，每次都笑口常開非常親切，個性很機靈反應很快，還協助處理了北碧前往華欣的車票事宜，幫了很大的忙！是個態度認真又積極的好女孩～ 值得鼓勵❤️

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Hôtel atypique bien situé, à proximité du river Kwaï bridge. Personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont correctes avec à notre disposition des bouteilles d'eau et de quoi préparer un thé ou un café. Nombreux commerces aux alentours avec un 7 eleven et loueurs de scooter.
Petite odeur dans la salle de bain et déception pour le petit déjeuner presenté sur carte avec 2 choix de menus : un à 180 baths et l'autre à 200. En somme on ne peut pas se reservir comme un buffet.

I would have scored the hotel higher as most things are really good but I have complained several times about the poor wi-fi, which is majorly important now days, several times. The management seem unwilling or incapable of fixing the very poor signal !
