Great location just a few minutes walk from the bridge. We had a suite with separate lounge which was great and offered plenty of room for 2 adults & a 13 year old. Staff were excellent.

Het niet al te grote hotel voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. dicht bij de River Kwai bridge en je kon eenvoudig naar diverse restaurantjes lopen. Ook het restaurant was van prima kwaliteit en bood voldoende variatie op de menukaart. Het zwembad was heerlijk om na excursies lekker even af te koelen. Verder ligt de accommodatie op een prachtige locatie. Onze kamer grensde met de badkamer aan de doorgaande weg maar daar hadden we geen last van.

Very good location close to the river and convenient to see the bridge and go out for dinner. Green environment in the hotel. That’s definitely why we chose this hotel! It’s breezy, and quiet! Like a small retreat. Welcoming and helpful staff. Massage available onsite.

The AC in the room was like an airplane engine. We could not sleep properly. They organised an outing event the night we were staying so they use part of the common space for the group outing. Means guests cannot access to this area anymore… That was a bit disappointing.

A lovely hotel right on the river with beautiful views. We booked two connecting duplex rooms, which were perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the beautiful river views, the excellent breakfast, and the warm and attentive service. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

Ligging is perfect. Alles op loopafstand en de bridge. Lekker restaurant met mooi uitzicht aan de rivier. Rustig. Prima kamer maar niet een "beleving" omdat het vrij westers is en meer een motel opzet qua indeling. Zelfde geldt voor het restaurant wat erg westers aan doet. Wel top ontbijt en kaart. Lekkere douche en heel groot bed.

Te weinig gratis fietsen. Geen een keer beschikbaar want er zijn er naar 6..Kamer heeft geen echt bijzonder uitzicht.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה אדיבה טעימה ומיוחדת ליד האגם! המקום מושלם והאוכל טרי נקי וטעים מאוד!!!!! המלון עם נוף חלומי על האגם והבריכה טובה ונקייה. האוירה במלון היא טובה והעובדים אדיבים מאוד אכלנו כל ערב במלון והמחירים היו טובים והוגנים האוכל בערב היה מושלם כמו בבוקר

לקחנו 2 חדרים ושמו אותנו מרוחקים אחד מהשנייה. בחדר אחד היתה אמבטיה ומקלחות ובחדר השני רק מקלחון. לא היו מים חמים כשהתקלחנו ואם היה מים חמים זה היה לסירוגין ...

A superb property in a good location with great views of the bridge.

Overall, the property itself was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. However, the experience was let down by the staff’s lack of knowledge about the Ur Card membership benefits. The program clearly advertises lifetime status, direct booking rewards, and exclusive perks at participating properties. Unfortunately, none of the staff seemed to understand how the discount scheme worked. This resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration every time I received a bill. The biggest issue was that the discount was not applied before the bill was generated. Once the bill had been raised, I was repeatedly told it could not be amended, despite my membership being valid. This meant I had to spend time explaining the program and trying to resolve something that should have been straightforward. The property itself deserves high praise, but the lack of staff training on the Ur Card program significantly impacted the overall experience. I hope management provides better training so future guests can receive the benefits they are entitled to without unnecessary inconvenience.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. On our first evening, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. After reviewing the menu, we told the waiter that we were ready to order. Instead of taking our order, the waiter simply took our menus away and gave them to another table. We were left sitting there without anyone coming back to serve us. It was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made us feel completely ignored. The next morning during check-out, the staff showed us a towel with what they claimed was a stain and demanded that we pay 600 THB for a replacement. The towel had only been used normally, and the charge was completely unreasonable. It felt like they were trying to force guests to pay for something that should be considered normal wear or professionally cleaned by the hotel. A word of warning to future guests: Before checking out, make sure you carefully inspect every towel in your room. The lighting inside the room is very dim, so take the towels outside into natural sunlight to check for any marks or stains. Otherwise, you may end up being asked to pay an unreasonable replacement fee. Throughout our stay, we felt that the staff treated us differently from other guests. Their attitude was unfriendly and disrespectful, and we could not help but feel that we were being treated differently because we are Asian. We travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. We will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly recommend choosing another hotel if you expect respectful service, fair treatment, and professional hospitality.

בית מלון קסום על שפת הנהר קוואי מרחק הליכה של 5 דקות מהגשר המפורסם. ליד הגשר יש גם שוק קטן וסניף של seven eleven. אנחנו הגענו ברכב שכור, יש חניה בחינם במקום. ניתן לקחת גם אופניים מהמלון, אנחנו לא השתמשנו בשירות הזה. ארוחת הבוקר ליד הנהר נעימה ומספקת (בשאר היום המקום הופך למסעדה) והשירות על אף הבעיות מצוין. אפשר לשבת על שפת הנהר, הנוף יפה והאווירה נעימה ובגלל זה על אף מה שכתבתי בחסרונות על המלון הוא נחמד, אינטימי ואהבנו אותו.

על אף הייחוד של המקום החדרים קטנים וצפופים, הקליטה של הוויפי בחדר הייתה מאוד חלשה וזרם המים במקלחת לא היה תקין ( נחלש ואז התחזק כל הזמן ). על אף הפנייה שלנו במהלך כל השהייה שלנו המצב לא השתפר.

Todo, el lugar es maravilloso, su personal es maravilloso, la habitación y la cama muy cómoda, la zona de chill out preciosa. La comida en el restaurante muy buena. Lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar con vistas increibles al río.

Estaría bien poner normas en la piscina como no poder jugar a la pelota, no saltar etc. Es una zona bastante pequeña, que sirve para relajarse y aunque entiendo que los niños son niños es molesto para los demás..

We enjoyed a relaxing 7 nights stay at this beautiful riverside hotel with exquisite views and refreshing breezes. Our Deluxe Family Garden View room was modern and very comfortable with ample space for the 3 of us. The pool though on the small side, is big enough to swim laps in. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delightful and high quality. About a 30-40 minute walk to the tourist strip which we didn't mind but a 7-11 and money changer are close by. Also they offer free use of bicycles and we rode all over town on these. We highly recommend U Inchantree for a peaceful stay.

My husband and I recently visited Thailand as our son now lives there . We trusted our reservations to our son as he had prepared a whole itinerary for our vacation/family visit. The U I was perfect for us ! We prefer small boutique properties and this was def that ! We made the drive from Hua Hin . Room- Compact but well laid out all you need for your stay. Bed a bit hard for my liking but still slept peacefully . A safe in room . Bathroom sufficient this was only a stop for us. Breakfast was wonderful egg station, coffee which was quite good, fruits ,cheese meats bacon . Great juices !Chinese style breakfast as well. We ate overlooking the River Kwai it was blissful . Cute open air lobby . Staff as in the other hotel stops we made well trained polite a breath of fresh air I don't think I ever saw an unhappy hotelier while we were in Thailand !

Lovely hotel and spectacularly situated on a beautiful part of the river. The room was a generous size, though dark, but very nice and peaceful, with garden courtyard views. The staff were all super lovely and in the restaurant they made great efforts to accommodate our dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. The chef was excellent too! Everyone was very kind and welcoming, and the property is really beautiful.

The bathroom wasn't particularly clean and had a very unclean smell, especially around the toilet, even after many many detol wipes the smell was lessened, but still persisted. The bathrooms need some very thorough cleaning, and a higher level of daily cleaning, especially the toilets. The restaurant was full of flies which sat on the food and guests while eating, moreso than if we had sat outside, but the lovely staff made up for it. The lightbulbs in the rooms are the kind that emit a very strange and unilluminating light. This could definitely be improved as the rooms are already very dark as it is.

This accommodation spot is a gem; I was sorry to leave. The grounds and rooms are wonderfully kept; the staff are friendly and helpful; the restaurant for dinner is idyllic with good food and I opted for the outside tables looking over the River Kwai. There are some delightful touches like a small library, beanbag seating outside, hammocks, outdoor movies, and a small terrace bar. It's a fairly short walk to the Bridge and to the business area. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe and navigated everything easily.

I had a wonderful night at Inchan Tree. The hospitality was exceptional, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even though I arrived at the hotel very late at night. The magnificent 200-year-old Inchan Tree was absolutely breathtaking. I bought a small Inchan tree from the hotel and hope to plant it in my backyard, where it will grow beautifully like the legendary tree here. ❤️ The staff also taught me how to care for and nurture this special tree, which I truly appreciated. This was my second stay here. The first time was in 2020 when I left Bangkok during the pandemic, and this time was just as memorable. I will definitely be back again and again! 💘

I was here 7 years ago and was impressed by the hotel's stunning view of the River Kwai, so I recommended my colleagues hold a seminar here. When I came back, the surroundings and landscape were still beautiful and tranquil. Everyone loves the hotel's vibe. The room is spacious, the breakfast is varied, and the food is delicious. All staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I like the way you show the Inchan tree and sell the baby tree so we can have a chance to plant it, and it helps people to care and realise the importance of this tree. The only thing that the room should add is more light. I think the light is not enough. I will definitely go back here.

De locatie was fantastisch! Direct bij een bocht (dus aan 2 kanten uitzicht) aan de rivier Kwai. Ook keek je vanuit het terras op de brug over de rivier. Het restaurant werd opnieuw ingericht, dus dat was een beetje improviseren,. maar dat ging prima. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met name Aom, de dame van het restaurant, weet heel goed waar de gasten blij van worden. Zij deed echt extra moeite om het ons heel erg naar de zin te maken.

Het was vol toen we aankwamen. Onze kamer deed qua locatie (begane grond en tuinzicht) niet helemaal aan onze (gereserveerde) verwachting. De volgende ochtend, toen er zo'n kamer vrijkwam, is dit rechtgezet.

Cadre magnifique. Calme, reposant, terrasse ombragée sur la rivière. Belle chambre spacieuse. L'hôtel est à 100m du pont, en périphérie de la ville. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix qui va du sucré au salé en passant par l'épicé. La demande d'un lit supplémentaire pour notre fils en milieu de séjour n'a posé aucun problème.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is fantastic with walking distance to the bridge and lots of restaurants close by. It is a quiet hotel located next to the river. Pool was a bit small, but I guess that’s all the space they have. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and overall I had a great time. I love the 24 hours check in.

チェックインの際、24時間ポリシーという独特なルールで、前の客がチェックアウトし清掃が終わるまで部屋に入れず、仕方ないのでカフェで暫く待たなければならなかった。（ただ飲み物とケーキを無料にしてくれた）

Our small golf group stayed for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. We wanted to escape the wild Songkran of Pattaya and play golf and relax and we were able to do just that. The restaurant was very nice and in the evening we enjoyed the Thai music in the back ground while watching the river

Rooms did not have good sound proofing and there seemed to be a constant low level generator noise. Rooms were comfortable but not sure it was value for money.

The river location was exceptional, coming from hot, busy Bangkok! We had a lovely welcome from the staff who were always helpful. The bedroom was quite small but fine for one night, I'd recommend booking the largest room though as the extra space - we had a small lounge area which was helpful for our luggage. Great free coffee & a good bed. We ate in the restaurant which was very good right next to the river. A short walk to the bridge & we visited the museum via Tuk Tuk which was easy to get. We would have liked to explore the area more as it was so peaceful & beautiful.
