Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee and fruit in reception was a great idea. Coffee shop right next door. Right across the road from the railway station and very handy to Maastricht's attractions.

Enjoyed the room, we had a street view across to the station. Plenty of walkable places to eat and shop. Wyck is a great area to stay. Parking was close, and reasonably priced.

The stairwell window seemed to have been left open overnight, and there were hundreds of gnats that must've come in overnight. But only in the stairwell.

La atención del personal de recepción fue excepcional. La habitación está muy bien decorada. Camas confortables y vistas a la ciudad. Localizado muy cerca del centro andando y a un paso de la estación de tren.

No tiene parking, pero te facilitan el aparcamiento en parking público muy cercano.

Die Zimmer zum Bahnhof sind sehr laut. Kein wirklicher Schrank. Fernseher nicht internetfähig.

Only the location

The rooms are small, it was dirty, the beds are small. We just checked in and found the dirty room ( used eye lashes and water bottle from the previous guest).

Great location. Comfortable budget room. Had a really nice "different" vibe. Nice messages around the place. Free tea & nibblies in foyer was a welcome addition.

Location is great opposite the station. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. For my purpose of visiting Maastricht, it is the best location possible. Straight forward product, clean rooms, and was a peaceful stay

The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was that there was no bar fridge available in the room.

Hip en doordacht ingericht en met humor. Fijne locatie om Maastricht te gaan ontdekken met openbaar vervoer.

Gostei da localização excelente, na porta da estação de trem. O quarto era silencioso, limpo, tamanho adequado, o café da manhã bom, na recepção tinha café, água. Guardaram minhas malas para eu poder passear até o horário do meu trem.

Não gostei de ter que sair do hotel para tomar café. Não sabia que o café da manhã ficava fora, e na primeira manhã não desci suficientemente agasalhada para sair na rua, isso foi desagradável. Deveriam avisar, no check-in. Tirando isso, tudo muito bom!

Dat we gelijk de kamer van het hotel in konden en hier de koffers konden plaatsen. De locatie ligt ook echt mooi, fijn dicht bij het station en dicht bij de stad.

Het ontbijt was super weinig, we waren er om 09:00 uur, echter waren alle broodjes al op. De bedden waren erg hard en de kamer was erg vies met spinnen in de hoeken.

Lage war sehr gut, Personal sehr nett, Zimmer nicht so stylisch wie gewünscht

Die Lage ist gut - direkt am Bahnhof und dem Parkhaus. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer. Beide waren sehr klein. In einem Zimmer war das Waschbecken im Zimmer und nicht im Bad/WC. Die Lampe des einen Zimmers war sehr staubig und mit braunen Flecken übersät.

The room was really nice, super comfy beds and the bathroom was huge with an amazing shower!

The hotel doesn't have an actual lobby/ reception.. I wanted to sit down for 5 minutes before leaving and there weren't any chairs or even a bench. And the lighting in the room could have been a little bit better, specially in the desk area.

Hele fijne locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, gratis koffie, thee, ijsthee en fruit in de lobby. Mooie buiten ruimte en goede aanbevelingen voor eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

In een kamer ontbrak een nachtkastje/tafel. De herbruikbare douche/shampoo flesjes werkten niet, omdat een stuk van het pompje ontbreekt. Daarnaast was de inhoud erg waterig en leek het niet recent te zijn vernieuwd/bijgevuld.

I didn’t like the fact that a significant amount of water leaked onto the room through the ceiling when it rained. I also didn’t like the fact that I’m still waiting for some sort of acknowledgment from Kaboom that we were unable to sleep comfortably on our last night due to this.

Ottima esperienza! Zona ottima e molto centrale, con tutto a portata di mano e la stazione proprio di fronte. La sistemazione aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i piccoli extra gratuiti a disposizione alla reception: tè freddo, limonata fatta in casa, muffin, frutta fresca, tè e caffè. Molto piacevole anche la veranda/patio all’aperto, perfetta per rilassarsi. L’arredamento è carino, semplice e moderno. Molto comodi anche i letti. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la possibilità di noleggiare gli ombrelli per 48 ore a soli 2 € e il servizio di organizzazione del noleggio biciclette direttamente tramite l’hotel. Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente, disponibile e gentilissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Struttura che consigliamo sicuramente per visitare Maastricht!

Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof von Maastricht. Viele Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Toll war die Terrasse im Innenhof und die Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby mit 24/7 Verfügbarkeit und im Preis inklusive.

Möglichkeit für Kleiderablage ist viel zu wenig vorhanden. Auch keine Kleiderhaken oder ähnliches. Ein kleines Fach und vier Kleiderbügel für zwei Personen und vier Nächte reicht absolut nicht. Halterung für Shampoo und Seife in der Dusche eher schmuddlig und fühlte sich unhygienisch an beim Duschen. Wenn 24/7 Kaffeemaschine zu Verfügung steht, sollten auch immer genug Tassen, Kaffeerahm, etc. vorhanden sein.

Het concept, de leuke kamer, inrichting, fijne binnenplaats (bij goed weer). Handig tegenover het treinstation. Fijn bed. Fantastische, behulpzame, receptionisten.

Emplacement face à la gare et proche du centre historique. Décoration originale dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Chambre confortable avec vue sur la cours comme demandé. Personnel très agréable. Arrivés avant l'heure du checking, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos bagages à la réception pour aller visiter.

L'accès à la salle de bain dans cette chambre se fait par 3 petites marches. Une rampe ou des points lumineux discrets serait un plus pour guider la nuit. Il faut passer par la rue pour accéder à la salle du petit-déjeuner.

La prima colazione è molto buona, ottima posizione, le stanze e il bagno nella media, i ragazzi alla reception bravi e cordiali, però purtroppo il servizio in camera è pessimo. Abbiamo chiesto di pulire la stanza e l’unica cosa che hanno fatto e cambiarci gli asciugamani ma la stanza è rimasta così com’era con i letti disfatti, bicchieri e tazze usate rimasti ovunque e bagno con capelli.

Great value for money. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and everything was easy and straightforward. A good option if you're looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. I would stay here again.

Nets bijzonders. Kamer 339, zolderkamer, niet echt goed schoon, een trapje op voor de badkamer is niet handig… Twee nachten, 2 personen incl. ontbijt ruim 268€, is het niet waard. 18€ Om je auto p.d. te parkeren in de Q-garage aan de overkant. Buitenom naar het ontbijt…. en overal trapjes…

L'hotel è centralissimo, posizionato proprio davanti alla stazione del treno. La struttura è tenuta bene, le pulizie dei corridoi potrebbero essere gestite meglio ma le stanze erano confortevoli e pulite. Il letto comodissimo, tra i più comodi di sempre. Complessivamente va bene!

La ubicación esta muy bien al lado de la estación y cerca del centro, no desayunamos allí por lo que no puedo opinar, la habitación bien, poco sitio para la ropa.

There where some smudges on the linnen and pillow. It was probably clean but it didn't look like it which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

There were colorful LED lights switched on all night outside which we also saw in the room. Very annoying and hard to fall asleep as the colors were constant changing.

De lokatie tegenover station Maastricht was fijn. Het ontbijt was lekker.

De (zolder) kamer (319) was klein (schuine wanden), benauwd en erg warm met de zon erop. De airconditioning ging kapot zodat het snikheet werd. Krukje waar je amper iets op kwijt kan ipv normaal nachtkastje. Smal bed. In de iniemini-douche een stikker dat met zn 2-en douchen 30% water bespaart... Moet je wel allebei maatje XS hebben als je erin wilt passen :) Jolige teksten overal op de muren.

Erg koud op de kamer toen we binnen kwamen. Meteen airco anders ingesteld toen was het goed.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die tolle Lage. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Es war genug Auswahl.

Отличное месторасположение, очень дружелюбный персонал, юмор на всех табличках ( а на ступеньках было написано "-1,5 ккал, - 3 ккал...), чай, кофе, напитки, фрукты и кексики доступны 24/7 и почти бесплатно, отличная зона отдыха, подходит для инвалидных колясок! Нам очень понравилось всё. И в следующий раз обязательно остановимся а этом отеле.

В отеле все двери открываются электронным ключом, лифт, свет в номере. Сначала нам выдали на двоих один ключ, но когда стало понятно, что это не удобно, то сразу выдали второй ключ и проблема была решена.

The room was bigger than I expected and allowed us to store 2 bicycles without having to shimmy around furniture. There are free snacks and tea/coffee/iced tea available all day. The bed was comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful It's right across from the train station and feels safe

No kettle for tea making in the room but that was available for free downstairs

Es un hotel muy básico pero con camas muy cómodas , buen baño . Todo muy nuevo. El personal muy amable y detalles como fruta y café en la recepción, unas magdalenas muy ricas que se agradece cuando se vuelve de las caminatas por la ciudad. Servicio de alquiler de paraguas a muy buen precio (2 euros ) si vuelvo Repetiré lo recomendaré porque está justo en frente de la estación de tren pero muy cercano al centro , a un paseo de unos siete minutos diría yo.

Fijn hotel met goede bedden, op 1 minuut lopen van het treinstation. Het is er stil en de kamer was keurig en schoon. Je kunt de stad perfect te voet ontdekken vanuit dit hotel.

Nog nooit een hotelontbijt gezien die zo basic was.

Hotel is solid and always happy to book there.

However, when I made a booking it turned out they were full even when it was confirmed by mail and in the app! No apologies or sincere care for the situation caused by their mistake. The statement that I “was not supposed to book” was especially irritating. You were not supposed to publish if not available. And take care to find a solution. That is how “hospitality” business should work.

La ubicacion. Limpieza. Instalacionrs.. podria contar con algo mas de fuardado en la habitacion, pero igual esta bien.

Estuvo todo bien.

飯店的地點很方便，就在車站對面，走去老城區也不遠，房間很大，也有附保險櫃！還有冷氣！(夏天很重要！) 早餐樣式不多但能吃的很飽！咖啡不錯喝！飯店會提前寄線上check in的信，有先線上check in抵達時手續會比較快喔！

Location to train station was ideal.

It was a noisy room with upstairs movement, bathroom door could not open properly due to bed location. Shower cubicle was quite dirty especially the grout.
