It is close to Kelapa Gading mall

The hotel has very strong foul odor (dead animal) in the hallway, lobby and especially the elevators.

Location is good, staff really nice, clean

Loved the location with a few places in the same complex you can easily walk to. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well.

FILTHY CARPETS IN THE HALLWAY. Seriously it looks as though they have never been cleaned! Bad smell in bathroom.

Almost everywhere the AC didn’t work except in the room. Walking from and to the room from the lift was really suffocating for me who suffer from asthma.

On arrival I received a room in the 5 floor. The AC fan was making loud noises which lead to me receiving a different room. This room (350) was at the end of the hotel. On the way I could already see death insects on the hall way floor. These remained there for all my stay which shows that the floor is not being daily cleaned. In the new room the AC turned off every 30 min - 1h. I reported this but they could not get this fixed. The bathroom fan was also less active and this lead to all rooms being hot and having high humidity. On my first night I got bit by bed bugs in which I managed to find two of these insects. Around 22:00 o‘clock a „deep bass“ sounding noise starts all the way into the night. This makes sleeping without ear protection very hard. This noise might be coming from the arena which is located in this building.

I though the lobby was nice, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of seating. The room was exactly what you expect for a hotel room.

On booking.com the hotel says all rooms have a city view. Our room did not look outside at all. It was a cement walkway to no where.

Three cockroaches in the room - Hygienic; is lacking in the bathroom - barely speaks English.. The hotel is in dire need of renovation.

Staffs are polite and helpful but the facility gotta be improved a lot. WIFI definitely bad, can not use the wifi for work purpose.

Arrived at the hotel and found out the bed sheet was extremely dirty with few brown marks visually and easily observed. Very disappointed because we had unpacked and were asked to move to different room. Furthermore no toilet tissue replaced 🥺

Filthy hotel with zero maintenance. At the hotel, one expects at least a clean carpet - just going out of the elevator with a weird smell tells you that there is something wrong - let's look at the status of the carpet. It wasn't-cleaned for a very long time Or the status of the toaster in the breakfast area. When somebody cleaned this toaster last time?

I booked this hotel with my wife for our business trip. It was great experience, great foods, great room. I'd like to thank you very much to FO staff who was allowing us to do a bit early check in (around 12.44 - 13.00). We arrived early and will have a online meeting at 1 pm. Tried our luck to check in early, and it happened. One more time, thank you for the FO staff during the shift when i checked in. I'm sorry, i don't remember the name but she (lady with hijab) was very accomodating. Great foods during breakfast but the service team need to be more cheerful. A bit noisy in the room (i think it was because of some project happening in the same building) Overall, i will still recommend this hotel as the first choice to stay in Kelapa Gading area. Thank you.

Some rooms doesn’t have any power point that can be use for those international traveller, eg. like rooms 312.

The aircon is not cool in hot weather like Jakarta. Slept in sweaty condition. Terrible.

Stayed twice here and both time the internet connection have problems. End up I have to tethered with my phone to connect.

I was looking for hotels to regularly visit since i have a meeting with diplomats and colleagues in kelapa gading every week. I randomly check hotels around gading through a famous hotel and travel application. Santika, is a hidden gem. Service wise its more than you expect... i found that the service level almost the same like hyatt or mulia. What a pleasant stay. If youre a VVIP and need all the extra arrangement please come and see Mayang. She's incharge of Guest relation at Santika Gading and will make sure you havr a pleasant stay. Nevertheless, i highly recommend Santika Kepala gading for fellow businessman that wants a quiet sanctuary with 5 stars service. Here you can be like Sinatra. The ambience, the music, the vibes really catches my attention. All in all, highly recommended.
