Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Wir waren schon einmal in diesem Haus. Gute Lage, große und attraktive Zimmer, Klimaanlage ( es war an dem Wochenende teilweise über 40 Grad in Frankfurt). Freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal. .
Wir meinen, dass das Frühstück im letzten Jahr wesentlich besser war. Nun würde ich es mit "durchschnittlich" bewerten. Essbar, macht satt. Aber kein Erlebnis. Das Haus gleicht ja eher einem Boarding House für längere Aufenthalte als einem Hotel. Das muss man wissen.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Sehr netter Emofang. Schon im Vorfeld wurde "early check-in" ohne Zusatzkosten bestätigt - klasse! Fragen wurden am Counter professionell beantworten und Hilfestellung geleistet. Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Lift.
Die Dusche hatte keine Trennwand, so dass nach dem Duschen das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Etwas mehr Kaffee und Tee wäre schön, so hat es nur für einen "Aufguss" gereicht. Der Preis für das Frühstück (€22p.P.) ist etwas überzogen.

We paid 100 eur for 4 day parking but the QR code was not working, the lady in reception was alone and did not know what to do. There was never a solution, we got the money back but that did not solve the issue of where to park. Cleaning in the rooms is poor, only scheduled every 3 days but if u move the bed or furniture never got there... AC does not show the temperature, just 3 positions and it is very noisy. Water pressure for shower is low.

Baño con 🛁, una cocinita cómoda, no la usamos, pero sumaba, espacio de guardado. El desayuno excelente también. Superó ampliamente nuestras espectativas. Tiene cerca u. Shopping y un restaurante Turkish excellent se los recomiendo también. @unamamaenmiami

My electricity went out at approximately 2200 hrs. No AC no lights. I mentioned it to the on call manager. He sends a man there at 0600. I’m still in the heat and in the dark. They send another guy at 0700 he said it was a breaker broken. Duh. Their fix it was eventually making me move myself to another room. I shouldn’t have to pay. My insulin was hot since the refrigerator was broken. On top of that the room they moved me to had loud noises coming from directly above my room. Which had children hand prints all over the black tables. Made me wonder if the linen was clean. It was a disaster

Duschkopf extrem geringer Wasserdruck so dass einem das Duschen vergeht... Sauberkeit allg. suboptimal

Was ich extrem schlecht fand, ist dass man satte 25 Euro für einen Parkplatz zahlt und abends zurück kommt und keinen freien Parkplatz mehr in dieser ganzen Tiefgarage hat. Super schlechte Organisation!

The hotel shares a garage with other hotels. We have an electric car and charged the car while staying in the hotel. The hotel forgot to tell us that though you charge your car while staying in the hotel there is a limit of 3 hours (24/7)

Von der Klimaanlage hatten wir nichts bemerkt, für die Badezimmerarmaturen bräuchte man eine Bedienungsanleitung. Der Kaffee war schlecht und als wir gegen 10Uhr frühstücken wollten war fast nichts mehr da und hat dann lange gedauert bis mal was aufgefüllt wurde.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Wunderschönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit äußerst bequemem Bett. Es war ein guter Platz zum Arbeiten vorhanden. Zudem war das Zimmer mit einer Küchenzeile (nicht genutzt) und Kühlschrank ausgestattet und auf jedem Stockwerk konnte man sich Wasser aus dem Wasserspender holen.
Gibt nichts, über das ich mich beschweren kann.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett war bequem. Allerdings für uns kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, eher ein Apartment mit Self-Service.
Reinigung nur alle drei Tage, kaum Service: Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Bademantel, Küchenutensilien, Hausschuhe etc. muss man sich selbst an der Rezeption holen, Müll selbst runter bringen. Bei der Küchenbox hat die Hälfte gefehlt. Die Sitzmöbel waren alle fleckig. Das Duschgel ging während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthaltes leer. Unterm Bett lag eine Silikonbrusteinlage und noch etwas nicht Identifizierbares vom Vor-(vorvor..?)gänger. Entsprechend umgründlich war die Reinigung. Staubige Ablagen etc. Ersatzkissen im Schrank hatte Haare. Beleuchtungskonzept schlecht. Bei Dunkelheit sieht man im Schrank nichts, die drei Spots über dem Bett strahlen direkt ins Gesicht, Schminkspiegel auch ohne Licht. Late-Check-Out nur mit Membership möglich.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The location is good, in a new and (apparently) safe neighborhood. Free parking space (but maybe this is not always the case). Room was spacious, and the breakfast team was very friendly.
We were not aware we would be charged 25 euros for our little dog. It's not a lot but nothing was especially prepared in the room for him, and the room obviously didn't need an extra cleaning after we left. Also, even if we paid for two persons, we only had one towel in the bathroom. It was too late to request one when we noticed. Small detail, but "a bit cheap" from the hotel. Same with empty shower gel.

Da es schon sehr warm war, hatten wir die Klimaanlage im Zimmer angeschaltet, allerdings hat diese nicht so gut funktioniert. Wir haben dann das Fenster Nachts geöffnet, was dann ein bisschen laut war.
