Que de repente en nuestro pasillo había 5 avispas y bastante grandes. La luz del pasillo no se apagaba en toda la noche y molestaba un poco para dormir.

Elevator is not working i am a pwd but somehow frontdesk place us in 2nd floor and near the entrance of the hallway. Linen are clean but no blanket.but over all we enjoy our stay .

Oda gerçekten büyüktü ve 2 büyük yatak vardı klima sorunsuz çalıştı. merkezde ve tekne turlarının kalkış yerine çok yakın.

Odada pencere var fakat koridora bakıyor. Banyo ve tuvaletin kapısı buzlu camdan ve içerisi belli oluyor, kaldığınız kişiye göre rahatsız edici olabilir.

Wir haben zwei mal nach unserem Fernseher fragen müssen da dieser in unserer Buchung mit dir war aber keiner im Zimmer stand. Für ein Hotel ist das ein Witz ! Verlang nicht vieles aber wenn es in der Beschreibung steht sollte man es auch erfüllen !

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are always so friendly, kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. This place is very clean, quiet and very comfortable. We were all very satisfied and pleased with our stay.

Very clean and quiet despite being in a central location. Working SPLIT A/C (meaning totally quiet) was the best. Hot water. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again. You are getting high quality for that price level.

Not having a mirror in the bathroom is weird (so you have to use the one inside the room) but that is a minor nuissance.

No wifi in the rooms and poor signal in the lobby. Phone in the room does not work so one has to go to the reception to ask for some towels or service. Okay for the price. Close to the dock. Appreciate the included breakfast. Quiet with ample storage.

Location is excellent, walking distance to the port for the tours. The breakfast was great! The staff were very helpful. We stayed there for 4 nights, and I had asked them to clean our room but they didn’t clean our room. I was disappointed. That was my only complaint

Convenient location. Very close to restaurants, shops, and the dock. Rooms felt clean. Provided laundry service for a reasonable fee. Downside is no WiFi in rooms only in common area.

Dirty hotel, mess from previous guests (dishes, cups), no wifi in the room, tv not working, you can do much better for the price of over $60/night.

Hot water and good water pressure? YES! This hotel is spotless too and although you’re close to town, it is a quiet building. The only downfall is the free WiFi is only in the lobby and breakfast eating area. The staff is absolutely outstanding and Grace, the lobby desk attendant, can help you with just about everything…laundry, arranging airport transfer, sightseeing advice! The breakfast was simple but delicious!

När vi kom fram så fanns det bara Wi-Fi i lobbyn. Frukosten var kall. Det var hårda sängar och ingen trevlig utsikt. Annars typisk standard för filippinerna

The staff was very nice and accomodating. The property is in the city centre which is accessible to everything.

Everything was perfectly fine! It was the cleanest hotel we have been in the whole Phillipines. The staff was kind, the location was perfect, very close to the port from where all the trips start, and many restaurants in the area. There was hot water!!! Very rare in the country..

The wifi was working very bad.. Only at the reception you had signal.

立地条件が良く　スタッフも親切でした。 建物内もりっばでしたが　メンテナンスをしっかりしたら　もっと良くなると思います。最初の部屋は　風呂場の換気扇が動かず　暖水設備があるにもかかわらず　動かなかったので　部屋を変更してもらいました。出発便が早く　朝食を諦めていましたが　時間外に対応していただき　嬉しく思っています。

The hotel is close to the port where all tours meet at. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars. Though there were multiple blackouts during the times I stayed.

Air conditioning units are installed blowing air into the head of sleeping people. One of us got a very bad cold from it.

Good location (Center of Coron town) , the place is so accessible to restaurant, bars, coffee shop, souvenir shops, atm, port and overlooking at Coron bay. Very accommodating staff. helpful and approachable Ms. Grace Divina. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, WI-FI only worked at the lobby, but not an issue for us. They also serve very good breakfast. We’re very happy and satisfied on our 3 nights and 4 days stay at One Averee Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back. A bid noisy due to the traffic around the central square. The hotel employees lingering in the lobby playing annoying loud music or internet tik-tok etc, de lobby should be for the comfort of the guest’s as this is the only place where there is internet available in the hotel

Well, the staff is very accommodating, and the also have an elevator which is good for adults, PWD, and children, and they will assist you whenever you have a question or something, and their breakfast buffet is great but has a limited selection of foods.

Room was fine for a short stay, great location close to all, bed was good, shower with electric heater was fine, good aircon, great staff were very helpful, decent breakfast. The only issue is no wifi in the room, only the lobby/restaurant.

WE would come back again if we are in Coron again. Everyone was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Mold smell, 4am religious chanting/praying on speakers outside, smoking in rooms, broken toilet, excessivly loud AC, smoke detectors beeping, unorganised staff at checkin... I left the property after one night... do yourself a favor... avoid this place and spend an extra $100 to get a resort.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with an excellent location. the woman at the entrance, Grace Divina, was very kind to us. She is super attentive and trustworthy. amazing breakfast. 100% recommended

Very convenient location next to transportation hub—buses, boats, van and car rentals, cheap trike rides throughout town and even ventures to hot springs and cashew factory. Town is very small and hotel is walking distance -a few blocks to all good restaurants, bars, dive shops, tour companies- all the reasons I came to visit Coron! WiFi service is weak especially at night but I hear it is that way throughout town! Nothing fancy but clean- I was in middle room with no view - but also quiet! Couple of channels in English on TV! Has good air conditioning and showers with relatively hot water!

OK no way to candy coat this. I did NOT like this place. 1. Room we received was not the room we saw online in photo. "No other rooms available" was the only answer. Coron was pretty well booked being Chinese New Year. We had limited options so we elected to stay. Had to pay in full in advance. 2. BS Rule #1 - no food or drink allowed in your room......later found out it was because of the ants. Tiny ones come in mass from the drains. They would cover any food and my pretty well rinsed toothbrush. Hence the rule. No Food or Drink in the room. 3. BS Rule #2 Noone except the authorized guests were allowed into the rooms. You were supposed to meet in the "restaurant" which was always closed except for breakfast. 4. After ants we asked for a different room. None available. I did ask why they did not treat for the ants. The desk clerk did not know what I was talking about. Asked for refund. Was refused. We left. working with my credit card company. Closing thoughts The rooms were actually nice. Clean except the ants. Large. Bed was decent. Location was very good. Coron is gorgeous. No mini fridge. no wifi (was supposed to be) Worst part was the desk clerk. Totally uninterested and apathetic in doing anything to help us in anyway. I was polite the entire time. Nothing mattered after being paid in advance.

Hotel is close to shore where they launch the boats to other island. It’s almost in the middle of the town. The elevator was broken all five days I was there. The food was great for the price of the hotel. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped me with bookings on local tours and trips. Highly recommend this hotel besides broken elevator and high stairs.

I stayed at the One Averee way back 2016 when i first arrived in town for more than a month. Good ventilation, clean rooms, very accommodating staff and a safe place to stay in. I was just starting in this town when I realized just today, that this hotel is going to be my forever friend, now that I reside in town. Staff recognizes me up to this day and to tell you they have never changed. I recommend this hotel for people who are in a budget bud has standards in hotels. Your requests are being handled properly and that is what travelers look for. I still walk by the hotel and would probably spread the word about this hotel's back office good service. Nice!

When we were stuck in Coron due to a typhoon, we decided to book this place. The place is so accessible to everywhere and it's perfect for me. It's just a bit pricey compared to other hotels in town but it's still worth it.

This hotel helped me a lot. I was Ill and they called 911 for me. I could never make it to the hospital on a trike. Thanks

This hotel has one major advantage to others and is their location in the center of the town proper. Nice view of the bay and of the town center fountain which they start up in the evenings. Nothing spectacular about the rooms which are basic. It does have hot water for the shower, but not the sink. No fridge for cold drinks or place to put snacks to keep the ants away. The rooms, even on the 3rd & the floor has ants and they like to bite. Wi fi is very slow, so slow that you cannot use it to check in for air flights.

If disco music at 7am till 7pm is your thing ..??..then this is the place for you .. 80db of noise from the adjacent markets is the norm ..!!

Located in the centre of Coron Town. No elevator, no slippers, no blanket and no hair dryer in room unless you ask for. Breakfast is fair and you might not have time to enjoy a great breakfast because every tours are start in early morning.

Nice and clean hotel in Coron Town near all the restaurants and shops. Good breakfast served every morning from 6.30 to 9am. No elevator, and it’s a 4 floors hotel. No elevators in this island. Which didn’t bother us, but some pleople might find it inconvenient. They do laundry also at the hotel which was a big plus. They have airport shuttle service. Nice helpful staff. Only thing that was inconvenient for us was that we needed to be present while they cleaned our room? And also water drainage wasn’t the best in the shower. Overall a nice clean hotel, close to everything.
