The pool although small was decent and clean. The location is within walking distance within the town proper which means you can easily get to any restaurant and within the port

the room AC is too weak, the TV is useless as the cable channel are all blurry. The room has plenty of mosquito, and there was a cockroach. There wasn't even a free van to return us to the airport whereas other hotels provide free transfer to and from the airport despite being more pricey than others.

Location, cheep good little store across the street

Air conditioning is not cold when working , no elevator, old hotel and only offers breakfast and the tricycle struggles to get up the steep hill to the motel.

The staff were very very friendly and responsive. This was probably the best part of staying in Vienna. Personally I found the beds very comfortable because it was a firm bed. The aircon was good and always felt nice after a day out. It was also reassuring to have a safe in the room for precious belongings. I also liked the location, since it wasn't too far from the main street, we mostly walked.

My biggest complaint was that the WiFi didn't connect in our room (Room 316). I didn't complain to the staff because I didn't want to move rooms again. In the first room we were in, it did connect to WiFi, however it was too slow for Youtube (we had to move rooms because the aircon was leaking, which is no ones fault). The second thing I did not like was that we had to ask the staff to change our bedsheets. Even though our room was being cleaned daily, we realised after a few days that our bed sheets were not actually being changed. The staff however, were very happy to change the sheets once you asked them. On our last day, the toilet also became partially blocked and didn't flush properly, even though we were very careful not to use toilet paper and block the pipes. The toilet did eventually unblock itself after half a day.

Perfect stay, would book again. Amazing location. Cleanroom, staff were so welcoming.

A perfect place to relax in Coron! The hotel is at hilltop location offers a peaceful environment and nice views, away from crowded places but near in town just 10-15mins. walk. The staff were approachable and always willing to assist during my stay. Breakfast was satisfying, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen und die Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, weil es stark nach Kanalisation roch. Das zweite Zimmer roch dahingegend einfach abgestanden und bot keine Aussicht. Der Service ist schlecht und das Essen ungeniessbar. Wir können wirklich nur von einer Buchung abraten.

Im Badezimmer starke Geruchsbelastung. Klimaanlage war immer wieder defekt und erst auf mehrfachen Nachfragen wurde es repariert Pool war grenzwertig und nicht gepflegt.

Great staff and lovely views of Coron Island from our room. Breakfast was included, which was good with lots of options. There is a rooftop bar which overlooks the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Where to start: - automatic curtains broken as no-one warns you that you should use the button and not pull it by hand, - bathroom joint molded, - General cleanliness of the bathroom low, - shower gel / shampoo empty, - sewage smell from the bathroom drains, - staff often / always on thir phone sat in the corner, including at the breakfast, playing tiktok on loud speaker, - bread and fruit at breakfast not fresh

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were good. The roof top offers a good lookout over the city. Bed was comfortable.

The air-conditioning rattled and front door was jamming. It took until day 3 to fix which I found unacceptable. They offered a water dispenser on level 3 & 1 but not level 2. The pool was ok but they should spend more time keeping it clean. The towel rack fell down and had to be fixed. Inadequate amount of hangers to dry clothes. Hotels & resorts located where water activities are number 1, should offer adequate space for drying clothes. Its really just common sense yet frequently overlooked.

The location of this hotel was very good quiet and relaxing even it's not that far from the town. The room was well maintained and the pool was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great breakfast buffet with delicious food.

The building doesn’t have an elevator. The hotel is located up the hill, so get ready to do some cardio. In our room, we had some ants, the bathroom it was smelling all the time, the tv it was not smart tv, the AC was not powerful enough

Toller Blick über die Stadt und sehr schönes Rooftop mit Essensmöglichkeit.

Für Vorhang und Gardine gibt es jeweils einen Schalter aber bei uns waren die zusammen belegt, so das jeweils beides auf- oder zuging und man die Gardine als Sichtschutz nicht einzeln schließen konnte (Vom Rooftop konnte man dadurch in unser Zimmer schauen)

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, where every detail contributed to a comfortable and seamless experience. The room was impeccably clean, featuring a luxurious rainfall shower that was a definite highlight. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety offered at the buffet breakfast each morning and spent my evenings relaxing at the rooftop bar. Beyond the great amenities, the staff were consistently nice and helpful, ensuring a high-quality stay from start to finish.

Ужасный запах канализации, после уборки номера не пахнет ровно до момента, пока не воспользуешься душем или туалетом. В 4:30 начинают орать петухи. Вай фай ловит на первом и втором этажах, на третьем - вообще не ловит ни одна из двух сетей. Но самое неприятное - это ужасно грязный бассейн, я очень надеюсь, что этот отзыв увидят сотрудники и что-то предпримут. В бассейне страшно купаться, потому, что боишься подхватить какую-то болезнь, он отвратительно грязный. Плитку нужно чистить, мыть, на ней скапливается зеленый налет и от прикосновений расплывается в бассейне. Этот отель выбрали преимущественно из-за наличия бассейна, но после первого захода, выскочили через минуту и больше не заходили

De kamer met het uitzicht was fantastisch. En de oprechte vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De locatie is ook top. Coron Town is lopend te bereiken.

Ik vond het jammer dat de eerste dag het restaurant gesloten was. Na aankomst van de 4 daagse expeditie was het fijn geweest om niet per se de deur uit te hoeven. Wifi doet het op de kamer niet. Maar bij het zwembad en op het dakterras werkt het goed genoeg.

I had wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really stood out was the staff - housekeeping did an excellent job every day. First time In Coron and I was amaze with my stay at viennna hotel. The staff are very happy to serve and assisting with our problem. The breakfast is perfectly delicious and the rooftop bar its has a great view with great bartenders. We also updgraded to deluxe room facing the pool with no extra pay. I'll recommend and definitely come back here at Vienna hotel N

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on site.

I am always satisfied with my stay here and have been coming back many times. The service is consistently excellent, the accommodations are comfortable, and I absolutely love the breakfast. It’s one of the reasons I keep returning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Coron!

Locatie was wel fijn.

Wij verbleven in een kamer waar een enorme stank uit de badkamer kwam en niet wegging/minder werd. We werden er zo misselijk van dat we een andere kamer kregen. Deze was wel iets beter, maar alsnog kwam er een geur uit de badkamer. Ook een keer handdoeken vergeten neer te leggen in onze kamer.
