Tutto. Il motel si presenta in pessime condizioni, all’arrivo abbiamo fatto il check in e come prima cosa ci è stato chiesto di saldare in toto la stanza senza nemmeno averla vista. Al di là di questo dettaglio, già sul pianerottolo che conduce alle camere l’ingresso size c’era un fortissimo odore acre disgustoso. All’interno della camera era presente molto sporco e lenzuola chiaramente non lavate. Sul letto era inoltre presente una coperta di lana infeltrita e sicuramente mai stata lavata. Le tende odoravano di puzzo di fumo e le superfici di tutti i mobili erano appiccicose e piene di polvere. Siamo scappati subito dopo aver visto le condizioni della camera e siamo stati costretti a prenotare per la notte in un’altra struttura, che con una piccola differenza di prezzo ci ha garantito una sistemazione decorosa. Non lo consiglio a nessuno, per la cifra che chiede si può tranquillamente trovare di molto meglio.

Uncomfortable bed, pillows were not good - very flat, no hangers. The front desk door was always locked and they spoke to you through the intercom which I felt was not good customer service.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Lindsay but in a quiet location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is older and dated but was very clean and had what we needed. The air conditioning worked well. Overall, good value.
Bathroom has a very small sink and counter and room is older and dated. Still, it was clean and did the job for a 1-night stay.

The coffee maker didn't work. The room was cramped. There was not enough space to place belongings, so some of them ended up on the floor. The mattress was too soft for my liking.

On the minus side, the walls were thin enough to hear your neighbours. The "table" was probably about a foot in diameter (pretty much useless), and the two chairs in the room were so worn that when you sit in them, you sink in the middle. If you're looking just for a place to sleep for the night, it's fine, but don't expect a luxury suite by any means.

Bed was quite comfortable, and the pillows were excellent! There isn't a lot of bathroom counter space, so we had to use the window sill, but that was certainly not something to stop us from recommending the location to others.
