bed was excellent king size, the room was big the water was hot and easy to control, there was even a bath mat to prevent slips in tub, the fridge was large and convenient the lobby was very big with lotss of chairs to sit the parking lot was the largest I have experienced at any motel ever easy access off hwy 7 an excellent bar/restaurent attached to the motel ( john's dove soap wonderful

the breakfast was very sparse, no peanut butter, no yogurt only 1 banana, no other fruit the bathroom was very tight the toilet was a low boy not suitable for full size people the fan in bathroom was very noisy like an airplane taking off you could not turn on the light separately

Location was perfect for our need

Arrived in the evening and after settling in we couldn’t get the tv to work. Front desk staff tried several remotes but nothing worked so we were moved to another room and everything worked in the new room. Breakfast was okay .

Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was limited but was nice to have something to start the day.

Our room was quiet and comfortable.

It would have been very nice to have an outdoor sitting area.

Breakfast was lacking. It had great hours but the options were slim

The bench surfaces were all worn out including in the restaurant.

bed was the best we have ever had.room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast eggs were not good , a rubber taste but coffee was excellant and cerial with milk was good.

no elevator so if you have problem with stairs book a down stairs room .

Tv not working properly, could not get volume, tap in bathroom basin leaked, got water all over the counter where our toiletries were. The entrance smelled of disinfectant.

It was clean and very nice.

Dianne at the desk was fabulous. Exemplary customer service. The maids were very pleasant and greeted us with big smiles. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was basic but fine. Overall a very good experience.

Some areas were a little run down but that is to be expected at this price point.

The room was larger than expected. I booked a king room but didn't expect a pull-out sofa bed as well. The extra seating was great, since the additional seating is usually not very comfortable. The breakfast bar was adequate and well stocked. The front desk staff were great.

The outside of the property could use sprucing up.

The stairs leading to the rooms were awful. One step was much shorter then the others (only 2 inches) that could cause a tripping hazard or worse. The products (shampoo, conditioner) for the shower were only half full. We also had to wait 20 minutes for check in because nobody was at the counter.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was exceptional.

We loved that they didn't mind that the bigger family staying there,

The bath tub knob wasn't working so we had a bit of a problem bathing the children but the shower worked just fine.

It was in a fine location

The fire alarms were going off until after midnight. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t even let staff know what was going on or apologize. She was just running around on the phone with someone doing nothing. It also smelled like cigarettes in the hallways. The continental breakfast was disgusting. I have called asking for a proper invoice to submit to my company for reimbursement (I was travelling for work) and the front desk says they will email it to me and nothing shows up.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff excellent!

The bathroom was very very outdated. The rust and black stain in the bathtub, There was no way, I was going to shower there. Very dissapointing! Considering the rest of the room and hotel.

Breakfast was disappointing. Very little selection. Would appreciate having yogurt and more jam options for putting on toast. Hot water in bathroom sink was dangerously hot - scalding. Problem with smoke alarm going off multiple times on second night of my stay. No communication from staff on reason or whether it was safe to return and stay in our rooms.

That rhe lanp plug in by tv didn't work made it a task to hook up my Playstation . Also wish they had maple syrup lol snd syrup in package option too.

It was the smiling face of Diane... after a four hour drive from Deep River...She was extremely pleasant.. she was alone at the desk and you could tell that she enjoys her job. The room was quite spacious, clean and extremely quiet. Love the fact that the restaurant was right in the same building, no need to go outside. It's a huge lobby, and the breakfast area, even though the train style banquets were a bit worn, it had that old fashioned feel and was quite lovely. Our first time Lindsey, will not be our last and we definitely would return to this hotel.

We're very familiar with the concept of continental breakfast, from some of the reviews, I believe that some folks are not quite familiar. Just an observation, I would suggest that somebody keep an eye on the breakfast area and just refill where is necessary.

The property is easy to access from the highway. It has ample parking. The room that we had was spacious and well appointed.

Both were excellent I live an hour away & have stayed there a few times & my wife likes staying there as it's not really a far drive for us. Plus there's Can't John's restaurant right inside the building so U don't have to drive into town for any meals. Breakfast is excellent but no fruit this time tho & Capn't John's too for food too 😋.

Nothing we really enjoyed our stay & will be back again & we'll tell others about our experience there also.

The ambiance of the lobby, breakfast is okay but not amazing. The walk to the attached restaurant has a lot of sad dead plants and dusty fake plants.

No elevator. Our room hadn’t been cleaned by the time we returned from our day’s activities at 5:00, so we told the cleaning staff not to bother. Was really pricey for the amenities included.

The location was great for where we were going. The rooms as well as the hallway and lobby were very clean. Beds were comfortable and the toiletries provided were sufficient for a 1 night stay. Staff was friendly and the motel was quiet.

Absoulutely no usb ports in room . Only one plug to use. In the bathroom. Without moving furniture. Only 5 decent tv stations to watch. No happy medium on heat. Either sweat or freeze .

I like that I left behind an expensive bottle of cologne and the hotel kept it. The hotel have my name and contact info and they did not reach out. This hotel has no integrity.

The bed was comfortable and everything smelled clean and fresh. The location was away from the hustle bustle of the downtown, county-ish. The breakfast area had a row of booths that resembled the seating in a vintage train car. The coffee was great!

I can’t honestly say anything negative about our stay.

The large room with a king size bed also had a sofabed, a fridge, microwave and coffee maker and a desk. The bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom with tub/shower combo. They have a large breakfast seating area that looks like you were sitting on a train. Checking in and out is very quick by the wonderful staff.
