The hotel feel quiet scary for first timer.

Door lock got problem

Hotel is ok but there’s no towel available. Called for request at 4pm, they promised to send at 5pm, until 12am there’s no towel available. Called again, they’ll send the next morning, replacing with fave towel, some badly torn. Bad service.

I was very disappointed with the hotel once we check in the room was very smelly, the water heater not function, the air conditioning too. The bed got blood stains and the table was full of dust. It was I didn't stay at this hotel at all. I complained to front office they said they don't know anything we are so upset and straight away check out. They are u hope I can get the full refund I was very upset

It was not a good stay, the rooms are not convenient, the bathroom is very small.

our room has a double bed and two single beds which was perfect for my friends and myself. room was pretty clean and it was a good two nights stay. it would have been better if there was a fridge in the room

The bathroom is quite small so everything gets wet when you shower. I really loved the pillows though!

The registration process is good initially but a bit annoying when the front office staffs confused with my booking. They claim my booking is only for 1 room, but I insisted the room is for 2 rooms and 2 nights. Then they hestating to accept. After a while they again arguing on the number of day to stay, they are claim the booking that they recieved from expedia is only for 1 night for 2 rooms, then i show my email evidence with records with 2 rooms & 2 nights. I offer to them forwarding the confirmation email but they refused. And accept the facted. Check in into the room and feel comfortable, but during this world cup season, I would like to watch the world cup game in my room unfortunately I can't, due to some technical issue from hotel internal Television cabling. Its a bit frustated when call their front office the only option is to watch the game at their lobby area. So thats reason why am putting the hotel facilities & condition is disappointing rate. Overall its an average rated for this hotel for first time experience at KOBEMAS hotel

The disappointment about the hotel has been mentioned and message to the hotel management. Nearby the hotel there is no convenience store and restaurant. There is one super small one in the ground floor. The staff were not really friendly when i checked in. The room was a disappoinment cz it smelled like it hasnt been occupied for ages. There are some other problems but i hope that the hotel management will improve for the comfort of exhausted travellers.

Nice to stay but air-condition very show to cooling and noise, other is okay.

Bathroom & toilet facilities should be well maintained. Recommendations to friends or family should be considered for a night stay

Twin bed is a little to small (well cant expect much with the rate i paid). Not so friendly receptionist. Stayed for 3 night, breakfast food not so great (taste). But very clean hotel i must say.

good service and easy to go out with near city.your room service also good and fast serve.the food are nice and tasty.your serviceare completely good but need to improved about the detail of room service of food and beverage.your side need to put a list of menu in the room.lastly overall service are good.forsure i will recommend to other friend to come on your hotel. thank you for a good services by your side.

ample parking, fast check-in, welcome drink, nice smelling lift area, clean underbed ok breakfast. surrounding has many restaurants-5 min driving. it is a worthy stay

Welcoming of guest -poor Food N Beverage - no staff to entertain . have to get the assistance from the counter Food on promotion displayed - unable to serve except what is served for the buffet. No Prayer mat though the signage is there. Room service tray . straying at corridor till the morning.

Pros: Fit for purpose. Quiet area. Clean room. Reasonable price. For Improvement: Trash bin to be provided at room area. Need to change bed sheet every time of housekeeping.

Quiet place for meetings. I would recommend someone who wants comfort & value for money hotel in Melaka.

Really don't like the room No mini fridge, no tissue dustbin only have 1 which is in the toilet. the decoration of the room is just like the cheap hotel.

-Slow receptionist service -less variety of breakfast foods the food is not attractive -the water heater wire is to short +-10cm only impossible to be used unless hold it while using it which is quite dangerous -Very less plug socket plus one is not functioning -Both the coffee cup is dusty -All others is good and excellent

Good place to stay if you have an event at MITC. Walking distance to MITC. The room was okay.

We travelled by bus and had to stop all the way at Malacca Central. Taxis are mostly available there to go to Hotel Kobemas (Ayer Keroh), which is almost half hour drive away from Malacca Central. We called for taxi to go to our location but the driver who turned up... End up driving us around as he said he do not know how to go to our location. (from Google map, our location should take about 10 mins drive from our hotel) Good for those who has own transport. Not easy to locate taxi along the road, you have to call for one.

Average.Receptionist communication skills can be improve ,not many choices for breakfast,room condition is tidy and clean.

easy access to mitc

Room very terible..many cobweb on the ceiling bed room area...table at telephone area very dusty...never wipping at all..coffiee mug area dusty... under bed divan got rubbish...entrance door knob want come out.. toilet seat come out... unconfortable...this is un accept at all...

Hotel need to step up on its cleanliness of the room, bed linen. Hair was found on the floor and bedsheets.

Need to upgrade the shower to be near to hotel standard rather than hostel standard. Also security to be visible for cars parked on public road .
