Lovely rooms, friendly staff, great food and good value for money

Very friendly staff. Nice food. Comfortable and quiet.

Room is tidy. Very convenience if you study in Brunel University. There is room for improvement in the breakfast.

The rooms are fine and the beddings are very clean. Breakfast wouldn't have been bad, but it has few options. The menu is the same throughout. Changes are preferred.

There was a network failure which couldn't connect. Communication is vital to anyone and because free wifi is indicated as free and fully available, IT department must ensure its availability 24/7.

We stayed here because our daughter is attending Brunel University. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. However, the room we booked was too small for two people. I had tried to book a larger room with two double beds, but it was unavailable at the time, so we ended up in a smaller room with one double bed, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Interestingly, we later found out that the larger room was available during our stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the staff and cleanliness, but we would recommend ensuring the larger room is booked if you need more space.

This is a great budget hotel. The facility is located in Brunel University and has easy access to public transport and Uxbridge Town. The room is small but has everything a single traveler needs. The bedsheets and pillows were clean, and the complimentary milk and coffee with a kettle in the room were appreciated. The highlight of this facility was the staff's behavior and their smiling faces ( not common in the region, unfortunately). The staff at reception was not only supportive but also went out of their way to help with different requests.

Breakfast would be better if they kept refilling the bowls and put a greater range of foods on.

Better safety precautions need to be taken. Random peolle should not be able to enter the premises after locked hours and bother the guests, especially at an jour of after 3.00 am. Though reception had listened tk the issue and called security, we did not get an update of how the problem was solved and what measures were taken. This is a safety issue.

The hotel's location on campus is excellent, it's very convenient for public transportation (especially if you don't have a car to go off-campus 5/5), the rooms are clean, the amenities are nice, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The place itself was lovely the river running by lovely decor and overall look

After giving the room a once over I noticed the tops of the wardrobe was thick with dust. The toilet roll holder kept falling off and some of the guests were rather loud. I didn’t sleep well due to the uncomfortable mattress but I guess with that one everyone is different.

Very easy to access lots of free parking. Rooms large and comfortable with two double beds - great for 3 or four Bathroom large

Very hot in August the heating was on in full force on the stairs and landing which filtered through the rooms, fan was provided however it was still far too hot

Hotel has no AC and it was insanely hot inside.

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were big, we had two double beds and a huge bathroom, the towels were actually bath towels which is a huge bonus for me. We stayed here to go to Wembley, the fact that you could walk into Uxbridge to catch the tube was really handy. The hotel was nice and quiet and was very comfy, I don’t know if the fact that the university students were on holiday created the calmer atmosphere.

The only negatives I can think of is that the shower isn’t overly powerful and that the hotel was quite warm, especially in the hallways

Great hotel. Easy to find. Plenty of parking available. Room was clean and tidy with a well stocked tea tray and complimentary toiletries, bed was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and a great good quality, plentiful, breakfast served in the morning. There is a bar and they serve evening meals, but I did not use either so cannot comment. All in all, a great hotel, will definitely be back.

The room was great. The location of the hotel is inside the university campus and in this time of the year, it was really calm and quiet. The staff were really nice. We did not try the dining options as we only stayed for a day. However, the food and menus looked pretty nice. Parking was free however you might have to search for spots during peak times but it was not that hard.

I did not dislike anything during our stay.

Spacious bathroom and very good size room for a budget hotel. Spotlessly clean, parking and breakfast included in the price.

No aircon in the rooms (they did provide a fan though). Unfortunately when we stayed it was too hot to have a comfortable sleep.
