It’s centrally located a few hundred mètres from the ferry terminal and on the waterfront. The staff were all very accommodating as much as they could be.

The photos were deceptive showing water views and we were given a small stuffy room in the rear looking out on an air shaft and dead weeds. I had to pay double to switch to a small room with a bit of a view and a tiny balcony for fresh air. It was noisy with machinery operating outside our window.

The breakfast staff and upstairs bar staff were not welcoming and came across as snobby.

My family loved this place. Stunning views, loads of lovely seating. The upper terrace great for a drink. It’s ++ pricey but a real treat. Loved the floating sauna experience too.

Very expensive Ground floor room overlooking noisy recycling area at back of bar/restaurant. The windows were being replaced on one of the days we were there which was very noisy. Unpleasant to make use of outdoor terrace. The swimming pool - not good for swimming, more a play area for kids to run around in.

We had a perfect stay, helped by the fantastic weather and the boat transfer to the restaurant across the water. A truly unique location. The small heated pool by our cottage was a great addition, the staff were friendly. Access to tennis and padel 👌🏽

Staying in the back behind main lodge, the trash removal (glass ) was very noisy. Children playground was too close to rooms.

The location is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. It feels welcoming. The room was great and had a side view of the water. The terrace was an amazing spot for sundowners. We ate dinner in the restaurant once and it was really delicious with friendly service. The breakfast spread was superb. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. We mentioned that one of our clothes hooks was loose and the handyman came round quickly to fix it.

Our beds weren’t made (by anyone other than ourselves) during our 3 night stay. Housekeeping did call when I’d got back from bfast our 1st morning, but then didn’t come back when we’d been out for a few hours after that. A different staff member did return early evening to change our towels and offer us fresh water, which was appreciated. Nobody came at all on the 2nd day though, which was strange, as we were out for most of the day. To be fair, we didn’t follow it up on the day. The gym was looking rather ‘tired’ e.g. leather top of weights bench all torn.

Check-in ist bei der Ankunft eines Schiffes überfordert. Kommen doch zu diesem Zeitpunkt viele Hotelgäste miteinander an und möchten einchecken. Leider war nur ein Check-in besetzt. Das Hotel verteilt sich über mehrere aneinander gebaute Gebäude, die Gänge zu den Zimmer sind verwinkelt und manchmal nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Speziell ältere Leute hatten Mühe Ihr Zimmer zu finden.

L’albergo è molto grande affaccia sul porto ha un bel ristorante è una bella terrazza. Camere spaziose, pulite ed eleganti. Tutto milito bello e accogliente

Il cibo del ristorante non ha soddisfatto i nostri gusti, la mia cesar Salad aveva il pollo crudo, le polpette avevano un sapore molto diverso da quelle mangiate sino ad ora in Svezia. Ottimo il salmone.

Great location on Sandhamn, easy access from the docks and ferry.

Worn down and icecoold staff, ration value for money was below expectations, spa area old and bar there was closed. Staff felt slightly tired and looking forward to a break. Operational itasks was done during breakfast serving, such as cleaning the beer taps, and staff also standing eating breakfast from the buffet

Fyra personer kostar 19 000 kr. Det är helt orimligt. Då ingår inte ens frukost på hotellet

Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel, extrem hoher Übernachtungspreis für wenig Komfort , kein Kühlschrank, keine Klimaanlage . Die Toilette steht so dicht an der Wand das man die Kloopapierrolle abnehmen muss um sich hinzusetzen.

Spat är en besvikelse! Gick tyvärr inte att duscha i damernas omklädningsrum. Duscharna var ostädade fast det var 09.00 på morgonen. Inget shampo, balsam eller tvål fanns på plats som utlovat. Flaskorna som skulle innehålla detta och sitta på väggen i respektive duschutrymme låg istället slängda på golvet. Väldigt sniket att spat inte heller ingår under dagen du checkar ut, utan att betala extra? Vi betalade nästan 8000kr för vår familj per natt. Speciellt sniket eftersom utcheckningen är så tidigt klockan 10:00! Hade blivit ganska arg om jag betalat extra för detta och kommit ner till en anläggning där man inte kan duscha.

Chambre un peu petite

L'emplacement est formidable ainsi que le bâtiment principal. Celui abritant les chambres est plus inégal. Notre chambre avait une très belle vue mais ce n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres.

Hormis le personnel de la réception, tout le personnel semble faire la tête. La chambre n'a pas été faite pendant 3 jours. A notre demande, elle a été faite succinctement le 3 ieme jour et on nous a dit que normalement elles sont faites une fois par semaine le jeudi. Cela nous a semblé très étonnant pour un hôtel à 350 euros la chambre.

Le service de ménage de chambre n’est pas systématique apparemment, et il a fallu qu’on le demande plusieurs fois. Aussi, le bruit de la musique techno du restaurant arrivait dans notre chambre dimanche soir jusqu’à minuit et demi. La chambre est petite, avec un effet assez cheap. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas justifié.

Very good staff and good food

We booked the villa which we thought would give us access to more things - only to find out that you can’t even access the spa or other facilities. Quite disappointing considering we paid extra. This was not made clear when booking.

Location is perfect. Interior design just sublime. Total class. Rooms and Bathroom large and plush. Bedding super clean and comfortable. Just beautiful.

Having to pay SEK50 Kronor ($10 bucks) for a cup of Tea is rude and outrageous. Really insulting to make Hotel guests pay for this at all let alone that much. Really took the shine off this experience.

The hotel is absolutely amazing with the perfect location. Such a fun place to hang out and watch the world go by.

Didn't like that our room wasn't ready at check in and also didn't the music that was being played in the evenings and at breakfast

Location, staff were all helpful, professional and friendly.

The view from room and outdoor terrace was of the garbage and recycling area that was in constant use with loud glass disposal. The seating in the room was terrible. A stool and another uncomfortable chair. No refrigerator or coffee maker. The spa area was overrun with kids under 6 including 8 in the jacuzzi the 2 times we were to go.

Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Hafen, das Abendessen ist sehr gut, das Personal ist mehrheitlich freundlich

Das Hotel ist zu teuer für die erbrachte Leistung. Das uns zuerst zugeteilte Zimmer für ca 300.- / Nacht inkl. Frühstück ging nach hinten raus und war eine bessere Abstellkammer. Wir konnten zum Glück wechseln, aber es war immer noch sehr klein.Kein Kräutertee am Frühstücksbuffet, Bademantel defekt, Housekeeping nur alle zwei Tage eher mittelmässig ausgeführt, Wellness dunkel und ungemütlich gelegen.

This hotel is amazing, location wise and in its design. Rooms are comfy and luxurious, and the breakfast and restaurant is also first class.

The room was super uncomfortable, like a sauna. The window could not be open. The restaurant and service was average and did definitely not match the price.

De locatie en de sfeer, interieur en personeel bevielen ons het meest. Het hotel is fris en modern ingericht. Het is heel levendig, heeft een fijne sfeer en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijne toiletartikelen zijn aanwezig.

In de kamer ontbraken een aantal voorzieningen, kluisje, koelkast, koffie/thee, die je gezien de prijs wel zou verwachten. Slechte verlichting badkamer. Weinig afleg mogelijkheden voor je toiletartikelen. Handdoeken zijn slecht op te hangen. Er zitten geen lusjes aan.
