Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort

Ho soggiornato presso il Sentido . Camera fronte piscina . La zona riservata al Sentido è molto tranquilla. Ristorante mo’s buono e ben servito.

Alla sera aleggiava un odore di fogna.zona Piscina fronte camera era non curata, la camera risultava datata. Mancano dei cartellini , alla sera si rischia di perdersi in quanto la struttura è molto grande. Non è mi categoricamente piaciuto il servizio spiaggia. Il Sentido ha la propria spiaggia privata, peccato però che il personale la prima giornata non me l abbia indicata . La spiaggia è tenuta sporca , personale molto scortese (inusuale per Sharm perché sono tutti molto simpatici!) . Scelgo la baia solo per l accesso al mare. (Sono stata sempre al jaz e questa volta volevo cambiare) Francamente mi aspettavo un servizio migliore invece molto deludente e non in linea con lo standard della struttura. Non lo consiglio.

Tudo! Staff muito prestável, muito limpo, muito organizado, excelente variedade de alimentação, praia das melhores que se pode ter, piscinas para todos os gostos, excepcional e um verdadeiro resort. Especial apreço para terem nos deixado ficar no hotel depois do check out até a hora do transfer para o hotel e fazendo total uso dos serviços disponíveis. Melhor preço/qualidade é impossível

Il Sentido è un luogo davvero speciale. La struttura è accogliente, curata e sempre pulitissima, ma ciò che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è il personale: persone meravigliose, sempre gentili, sorridenti, attente e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati per tutta la vacanza. La spiaggia è semplicemente splendida e il mare regala colori e trasparenze incredibili. Ma il vero spettacolo è il reef: una meraviglia della natura, ricchissima di vita, con pesci coloratissimi e paesaggi sottomarini che lasciano senza fiato. 🐠🌊 Abbiamo avuto modo di visitare diversi reef durante le escursioni e, sorprendentemente, quello del Sentido è stato in assoluto quello che ci è piaciuto di più. Avere una barriera corallina così bella direttamente davanti alla struttura è un privilegio che ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale. Un posto dove la bellezza del mare incontra la gentilezza delle persone. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso che difficilmente si dimentica. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff del Sentido per averci regalato un’esperienza così bella. ❤️

Se dovessi indicare alcuni aspetti migliorabili, sicuramente inizierei con la mancanza di una vera e propria sala giochi dedicata ai ragazzi che, secondo me, darebbe quel quid in più capace di rendere il resort ancora più completo e piacevole anche per i più giovani. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, non lo definirei il punto di forza della struttura. Tuttavia, considerando la destinazione, credo sia anche una questione di aspettative: qualcosa di buono si trova sempre e, con un po' di scelta, si riesce comunque a mangiare bene. Un'altra piccola pecca è il percorso per raggiungere la spiaggia. Fare la discesa/salita o le scale, sotto il sole e con temperature che arrivano fino a 40 gradi, può diventare davvero impegnativo. Sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto riuscire a creare più zone d'ombra e punti riparati dal sole, non soltanto lungo il percorso verso la spiaggia, ma un po' in tutto il resort. Sono comunque aspetti che, se migliorati, potrebbero rendere una struttura già molto piacevole ancora più confortevole e completa.

The beach was fantastic for snorkeling, the reef was right there! The beach had washrooms, bars and snack bars at the beach level, unlike nearby resorts. We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the frequent shuttles to/from the beach.

It was a huge resort! Better signage would be nice, to help with finding the a la carte restaurants and other dining options. I would have like another stop for the shuttle on the way back from the beach, before the reception.

Objet : Réclamation concernant une différence de service au bar de la réception Je souhaite signaler un incident survenu le 09/09/2026 au niveau du bar de la réception de l’hôtel.Lors de notre passage au bar, le serveur nous a servi nos boissons dans des verres en plastique, alors que, dans le même espace et au même moment, d’autres clients ayant commandé les mêmes boissons ont été servis dans des verres en verre.J’ai fait remarquer cette différence au serveur et lui ai demandé la raison de ce traitement différent. Sa réaction et son comportement à mon égard n’ont pas été appropriés et je n’ai pas obtenu d’explication satisfaisante. Cette situation nous a donné le sentiment d’être traités différemment des autres clients, ce que je trouve regrettable, particulièrement dans un établissement hôtelier où tous les clients devraient bénéficier d’un service équitable et de qualité. Je souhaite donc que cette situation soit portée à l’attention de la direction afin qu’une explication puisse être apportée et que ce type de comportement ne se reproduise pas.

Il Sentido offre una qualità e servizio superiore, tantissime piscine dedicate, pulitissime. Abbiamo deciso poi di prolungare al Sentido fino al 27 agosto, non aveva senso provare altro Resort. A Sharm torneremo sempre al Sentido. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è il servizio, partendo da tutto lo Staff della Reception. Personale squisito, uno su tutti Assad, il Manager capo dei ristoranti e il Manager del ristorante La Terrazza, Baah. Una citazione speciale per Mohamed del ristorante principale, una bellissima persona. Una menzione speciale per il nostro caro Ahmed delle piscine, che abbiamo adottato simbolicamente, un ragazzo d’oro, prossimo alla laurea in Economia. Un grazie speciale per il barman delle piscine Samy, instancabile e gentilissimo, ed infine un grande professionista che prepara cocktail superbi, Ibrahim, Barman del locale biliardo e Gold pub. Bravissimo il ragazzo addetto alle pulizie delle camere! Bravissimi i barman e camerieri della All!

Una parte della spiaggia era a disposizione del Vera Club e dalle 11:00 alle 12:30 circa l’animazione con musica e megafoni era insopportabile, senza il Vera Club sarebbe perfetta.

everythnig perfect as usual. it is the 3rd time we are coming in the facility and it is the right place where to go if you want to relax and enjoy some good time with your family.

too much use of plastic and unfortunately every time I swim I collect many plastic items in the sea. this will impact for sure in the future.

La struttura è grande con tanti servizi. Offre viste meravigliose da una posizione rialzata rispetto al mare. Il Sentido è integrato con il Reef Oasis e ciò consente di godere sia della struttura più lussuosa e silenziosa del Sentido sia dei tanti servizi, animazione e viste spettacolari del Reef Oasis. Staff cortese e disponibile. Barriera corallina molto bella e mare turchese che, in corrispondenza della spiaggia riservata agli ospiti del Sentido, degrada dolcemente e consente una facile balneazione. Sembra di immergersi in una piscina naturale.

Gayet memnun kaldık. Son derece fiyat/performans bir otel. Özellikle yemekleri çok güzel. Oda temizliği her gün özenli bir şekilde yapıldı. Özellikle oda temizliği ekibinden Reda'ya emekleri için teşekkür ederim. Plaj da temiz ve güzeldi.

Praticamente tutto.. ❤️ Il cibo, lo staff, la camera, le piscine , la spiaggia e la barriera corallina.. una delle più belle a mio avviso . Abbiamo fatto snorkling tranquillamente tutti i giorni e visto pesci e coralli fantastici! Ci è rimasta nel cuore

Overall, a good experience and I had a pleasant stay. Shoutout to the team for making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were generally very friendly and welcoming. The reception and management teams were very responsive whenever I raised any concerns and were quick to address my complaints. Overall, a welcoming hotel with a friendly team.

There is some room for improvement when it comes to the speed of service, as some things could be handled a little quicker. For example, I waited around 40–50 minutes for the staff to collect my laundry after requesting the service. There was also an issue during breakfast where the staff initially refused to serve coffee. I’m not sure if this was due to a miscommunication, but the issue was resolved after I highlighted it to the relevant team. Overall, these were relatively minor issues, but improving the response time and communication between staff would make the experience better.

المكان فوق الممتاز والعاملين محترمين ومحترفين و بشوشين. احسن شاطئ في شرم .رملي + شعب مجانيه وأسماك ملونه النظافه فوق الممتازه . الحدائق تحفه وحمامات السباحه ممتازه ونظيفه جدا جدا . المطاعم كثيره والاكل فوق الممتاز ومتنوع .

The place is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything was excellent, and I have absolutely no negative comments. Highly recommended!

The location is superb with an enormous coral reef, which you can access from a jetty. It's amazing. Staff is exceptional, everyone is kind. Look for Sammy in Cactus Bar, he is most helpful and made us feel welcome. Also, staff in all the restaurants and bars were extremely welcoming and kind. The facilites are great, the gym is well-equipped. Theres is a grass football pitch and a padel court.

The hotel was clean, room was convenient, overlooking the pool, food was very good too

الغرف محتاجه تجديد. هيه نظيفه لكن مش مستوى الفندق ده . حاجه تانى طلبت لانش بوكس يوم المغادره لانى راجع مشوار 7 ساعات وكل الفنادق اللى رحتها باخد منهم بمنتهى السهوله لكن هنا قالو سياسه الفندق مافيش لانش بوكس. ياريت الكلام ده يتعدل مش هايكلف الفندق كتير وهوه اصلا سعره عالى لكنك بتكمل الشياكه والاحترام اللى موجود فى كل مكان وبتختم الزياره بذكرى بسيطه ولطيفه

Tesisin konumu harika, özverili ve güler yüzlü çalışanları sayesinde kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Bu otele üçüncü gelişim; daha önceki konaklamalarımda da yemekler fena değildi ama bu sene lezzetler ve çeşitlilik gerçekten daha da güzelleşmiş. Otelin genel ambiyansı, peyzajı ve odalarının mimarisi büyüleyici; insana adeta antik çağda lüks bir şehirde konaklıyormuş hissi veriyor. Her defasında aynı keyifle geldiğimiz mükemmel bir otel.

Otelin ambiyansı harika fakat bu sene misafir kitlelerindeki yoğunluk dengesi önceki yıllara göre farklıydı. Önceki konaklamalarımda turist profilinin daha dengeli olması otelin genel kalitesine daha nezih ve sakin bir hava katıyordu.

Struttura molto bella e ben organizzata, ideale per le famiglie. Ottimo l’Aqua Park, piscine ben curate e una spiaggia bellissima con un mare spettacolare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la varietà dei servizi e degli spazi.

Le camere avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate e modernizzate, soprattutto negli arredi. Un aggiornamento renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e all’altezza dell’ottimo livello della struttura.

La spiaggia e il cibo

Non c’è il cartello per segnalare al personale di rifare la stanza (c’è solo do not disturb). Un giorno siamo rientrati dalla spiaggia più o meno a ora di pranzo e la stanza non era stata rifatta. Manca la possibilità di riservare un posto in spiaggia anche pagando un sovrapprezzo (ma questa cosa manca in quasi tutti i resort a Sharm).

todo fue excelente, quizas echamos de menos a alguien que hablara español. A veces nos costaba un poco per es un problema nuestro no del hotel.

Очень понравилась красивая и ухоженная территория отеля. Обслуживание на высоком уровне, персонал приветливый и внимательный. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, особенно понравилось обслуживание в ресторанах. Море великолепное, чистое и тёплое, а коралловый риф просто потрясающий — много красивых рыб и отличный снорклинг. Очень удобно организован трансфер до моря — быстро и комфортно. В целом отдых оставил самые приятные впечатления!

Номера уже требуют ремонта. В номере очень мало розеток, поэтому советую обязательно брать с собой тройник или удлинитель. В августе вода в бассейнах настолько горячая, что купание практически не освежает. Было бы замечательно сделать хотя бы один крытый бассейн с прохладной водой. Также совершенно негде сушить купальники и бельё на балконе. Перевешивать вещи через ограждение запрещено, а специальной сушилки нет, поэтому приходится развешивать всё на стульях. Выбор напитков небольшой. Отдельный минус — развлечения и анимация. Вся активность проходит на территории «четвёрки», а в «пятёрке» практически никаких развлечений и анимации нет. При этом сама анимация в «четвёрке» тоже не впечатлила: программа слабая, сцена выглядит непривлекательно, вечерних шоу и интересных мероприятий очень не хватает. Для отеля такого уровня хотелось бы более современной инфраструктуры и значительно более интересной развлекательной программы.

طاقم ودود ولطيف جدا، متفاني لخدمة الضيوف، دائما مصحوبين بابتسامه. احمد فهمي بالاستقبال بتعامل جدا مميز ومهنية عالية جدا، منقذي السباحة علاء على الشاطئ يجعلك تشعر كأنك من مقيمي الفندق الدائميين ولست كضيف، المنقذ هشام والمنقذ مصطفى اكثر من رائعين، الندلاء بغرفة الاكل الرئيسية وخاصة محمد والادارين، الشيف، ندلاء البركة سامي واللوبي الرئيسي. الأهم من ذلك ان الفندق وجدت به كل وسائل الراحة

La colazione è varia c’è molta scelta . Lo staff è molto presente. Cercano in ogni modo di accontentare il cliente.

C’è sempre qualcosa da migliorare in tutto, ma comunque sono sempre in fase di migliorie. Io c’ero già stata a Marzo 26 e ci sono ritornata dopo cinque mesi nuovamente e ho visto che si danno sempre da fare!!!

Fantastic hotel and coral reef, the sentido main restaurant food is top class, Assad the restaurant manager looks after things really well, high standard restaurant which we found very consistent for food quality, the coral reefs are seeing to believe how amazing it is, we been to sentido many times over the years and it keeps getting better, highly recommend this hotel, thank you

Todo perfecto! El personal, las habitaciones, el buffet del desayuno, la comida y la cena, todo excelente. La habitación muy amplia, limpieza perfecta.Mis hijos han disfrutado mucho del parque acuático. El día de la salida pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones y del buffet hasta que nos fuimos a las 7 de la tarde en el traslado incluido hacia el aeropuerto.

Havuz bardağı çalışan Muhammet var özellikle çok ilgileniyor resepsiyon tüm sorularınıza cevap veriyor özen gösteriyor Çocuklar için Aquapark harikaydı ve temizdi.

Siamo stati 12 giorni in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Conoscevamo già il Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort, il Sentido è più tranquillo e non c'è animazione. Anche al ristorante non c'è mai ressa e in spiaggia si trova posto sempre. Lo staff sempre disponibile e cordiale. Si mangia bene. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The overall environment is very good, very beautiful. i enjoy a lot from the bar, and swimming pool.

One of the restaurant called "KEBABGY" is far from OK, There is very bad service, another 2 table along with my table are upset and left without fill the evaluation survey, also i give up to give any tips due to they bad performance, tooks 20 minutes to bring one rice bowl after i requested. Hotel room facility a little bit old but acceptable. the security box is malfunction, i have to wait for 30 minutes for engineer fix it.

The food was delicious and variable, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the beach bar serves a delicious berger that my kids really loved, the pool room was practical especially with the kids, the Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I've been to, the coral reef was magical, the animation was good too.

Well the bathroom us a bit old I believe it could be better for this range of resorts, another thing the house keepers always forget to put the hair conditioner everyday since our arrival we only found it the first night and the last one when I asked for it bcz i usually don't travel with my own products.

Sea and snorkeling is wonderful.

Staff no experience with very low quality . You have to search for the service it will not come to you. Hotel is very far from the sea where all activities are there . Should wait golf car which may not found some time. Staff deal very bad specially with egyptian .

Ha bajado bastante la calidad de la comida! Faltan muchas cosas básicas como edulcorante! Fruta, el buffette bastante básico para un hotel de esas características! Muy repetitivo y el personal últimamente no atiende bien! Platos sin recoger, tardan mucho en atenderte y servirte bebidas etc….

Assolutamente tutto. Resort pulito, staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto in tutto , ristoranti buonissimi ( e per noi italiani non è una cosa da poco) . Ho viaggiato moltissimo e dopo qualche giorno ho sempre avuto la necessità di cibo italiano e di un buon caffè …. Qua non è successo , mi sentivo a casa .

We stayed july 11-16. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our holiday was simply wonderful, and this hotel played a huge part in making it so. Everything—from the beautiful beach and delicious food to the friendly atmosphere—made our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you goes to some amazing people who made a real difference during our vacation. Mohamad, who looked after the 2-block Housekeeping area, was absolutely fantastic. Our room was always perfectly clean, beautifully prepared, and he was always smiling and asking if we needed anything. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home every single day. A huge thank you as well to Ahmad Omar and Amr at the Diving Center. They are true professionals who made every dive enjoyable, safe, and full of fun. Their passion, patience, and friendly attitude created memories that we will never forget. We are also very grateful to Khaled from Guest Relations. He was always approachable, caring, and genuinely interested in making sure every guest had the best possible experience. It's rare to meet someone who takes such pride in looking after people. And of course, thank you to Abdo at the Sentido Beach Bar. His positive energy, warm smile, and outstanding service made every visit to the beach even more enjoyable. He always remembered us and made us feel like friends rather than guests. The people working at this hotel are what truly make it special. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. We leave with wonderful memories and can't wait to come back. Sahile yakınlığı ve temiz olması oldukça güzeldi . Garsonlar çok kibar ve hızlıydılar. Yemek çeşidi oldukça fazla . Ama özellikle bizim için her an sorularımıza cevap verebilecek bir görevli sunmaları çok güzeldi . Ve her sorumuzda ve sorunumuzda kibarca ve nazikçe konuşan Halit’e çok teşekkür ederim 😊

Gyönyörű resort, mesés parttal, nagy medencékkel. All inclusive ellátás 10/10. Választékos, finom ételek minden napszakban. Személyzet rendkívűl szolgálatkész, emberfeletti teljesítmény, amit egésznap csinálnak. Aki ide megy annak sznorkelezni kötelező, konkrétan az egyik legszebb korallzátony terül el a resort partszakasz előtt, máshonnan is idejárnak hajóval búvárkodni.

Bár tágasak és tiszták, de kicsit régiesek a szobák. Kulcs kártyák néha nem működnek, de recepción adnak újat (3alkalommal is előfordult.) A fürdőszoba picit lehetne modernebb, néha előfordult víznyomás probléma. A klíma rendszer is elavult kissé, nagyon hangos és nehéz ideállis hőmérsékletre beállítani. Ez főleg éjszaka zavaró. Ágyak egyébként kényelmesek, de a párnák nagyon vastagok voltak számunkra. De ez a pár negatívum semmit nem von le az élményből, hogy itt nyaraltunk egy fantasztikus hetet. Biztos visszatérünk majd. :)

Wonderful experience and highly recommended! Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff is highly respectful, professional, and very classy; they made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The beach and the sea are beautiful and perfect. As for the restaurant, the service was excellent, and the food and drinks were of a very good standard. Thank you to the management, we will definitely come back again!

Toilet in the room should be a bit better. Almost no animation in the hotel. Just on the beach but truth, it didn’t bother at all, just want to mention.

Yemekleri , Havuzu , Denizi gayet güzel. Çalışanlara ayrıca parantez açmak istiyorum. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. O kadar iyi niyetle yardımcı oldularki hiç puan kısmadım. Aqua parkta pizza yapan Mahmut Giriş Resepsiyon kafedeki Muhammet 1121 Oda temizlik görevlisi Resepsiyondaki tüm görevlilere teşekkür ederim. Güler yüzlü ve çok iyi niyetliydiler.

Ortak kullanım alanlarındaki muslukların fotocelli olmaması bu seviyedeki bir otele yakışmıyor. 2 Havlu kartımı kaybetmiştim 20 dolar ceza ödemek zorunda kaldım.

Temiz, Türk mutfağı

Otele üçüncü kez gelişimiz. Çocuklu aileler ve arkadaşlar için ideal bir destinasyon. En önemlisi cana yakın ve yardımsever personel. Ana restoranda bizlere lezzetli kebaplar pişiren Ersan usta, beach de Abdo, blue bar da Mohamed ve son olarak eski dostumuz Ahmed. Tüm personel çok yardımsever. Tekrar görüşmek üzere....

Kesinlikle sahile bir access point kurulup internet verilmeli. En kötü sahile yakın restoranda wi fi kurulmalı. Bunu yaparlarsa tesisin puanı çok artacaktır.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la mer, les récifs coralliens, les poissons et les nombreuses piscines.

La nourriture ne m'a pas beaucoup plu. Elle était correcte, mais seulement moyenne. Il y avait toujours quelque chose à manger, mais les plats étaient répétitifs d'un jour à l'autre. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de monde. La plage était très bondée, au point qu'il y avait des travaux sur place. J'ai même demandé à changer de chambre. C'est une expérience que je ne referai pas.

Beautiful, huge and very well-maintained resort. Outstanding gardens; the gardening team does an exceptional job. Rooms always spotless thanks to an excellent housekeeping team. Unlimited sealed bottles of drinking water in the Sentido section. The beach staff deserves special recognition for cleaning the beach every day and removing plastic and litter. The Dive Center is outstanding. My daughters and I completed our diving certifications there, and the instructors were professional, knowledgeable, patient and passionate. Mo's Restaurant was by far the best restaurant in the resort. The waiters and restaurant managers were exceptionally friendly, attentive, efficient and well organised. This is the level of service expected from a five-star resort. Excellent grilled chicken at Sentido, together with very good pizza and focaccia. The majority of the staff were kind, respectful and genuinely hardworking.

The resort is now far more crowded than during our previous visit four years ago. Finding a sunbed after 7:00 a.m. was almost impossible. Sometimes towels and sunbeds were moved while we were away. The food becomes very repetitive during a long stay. Fish quality was disappointing, prawns were usually overcooked, and beef and veal were often tough. Moonlight Restaurant (around $35 per person) was disappointing and not worth the extra cost. In restaurants other than Mo's, service often felt rushed. Plates and even glasses were sometimes removed while we were still eating or drinking. The room air-conditioning was old and very noisy, affecting the quality of our sleep. The increasing number of boats has changed the atmosphere of the bay. Instead of enjoying the sound of the sea at sunrise, we often heard boat engines. During our stay we noticed oily-looking patches on the water and boats anchoring very close to the coral reef. Compared with my first visit in 1998, and even compared with four years ago, there are clearly fewer fish and more damaged or white coral. I hope the resort will work with the Egyptian authorities to better protect this extraordinary marine environment. Sustainability could be improved. Paper straws are used in many areas, but plastic straws and polystyrene food containers are still common, especially near the beach. We were disappointed that a well-known Italian tour operator created a separation between its guests and the rest of the resort, including different access to evening entertainment. Hospitality should unite guests, not divide them. The most serious issue involved inappropriate comments made by a small number of resort and Dive Center staff towards our daughters (aged 13 and 16). Comments suggesting taking photos or spending time with them "late at night" or "early in the morning" are completely inappropriate when directed at minors.
