Das Hausriff war sehr schön und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen und trinken waren ebenso sehr lecker und gut rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Die Dusche im Zimmer war auch krass.

One of the top hotels in Sharm, visited for our honeymoon, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back. To break it down: - cleanliness: 10/10. - staff friendliness: 10/10 as well, esp Mahmoud from reception, Mohamed’s Adil and Osama in the horizon restaurant, they made our experience much better. - Activities: 10/10, the sea swimming area is monitored with two life guards, safe and fictitious sea bed, there is an entertainment program in the evenings as well as swimming pool DJ parties. - location: close to most amenities.

Все было прекрасно. Сотрудники отеля приветливые и всегда готовы помочь сделать отдых превосходным . Чистота ,комфорт, красота ,все на высоком уровне . Вкусная еда в главном ресторане. Так же мы пробовали в гриль ресторане аля карт , и большая благодарность за вкусно приготовленую еду повару ,а так же официантам .Мы вернёмся в этот отель обязательно.

بكل صراحة الطعام كان غير جيد جربنا مطعمين البوفيه المفتوح والمطعم الايطالي صدقا كنت في السنة السابقة وكان ممتاز جدا جدا ولذيذ هذه السنة كان تراجع اتمنى ان يتحسن الوضع في الفترة المقبلة

Della struttura mi è piaciuto molto la stanza vista mare con piscina privata e l’accoglienza dello staff , il ristorante vario e buono , è la settimana volta che veniamo a Sharm e questo devo dire è il migliore resort in assoluto mai provato , e grazie mahmoud e eslam per averci dato in modo gratuito la stanza fino alle 16 avendo il volo alle 22 la sera

Nos gustó mucho la atención y el trato del personal, tanto en la recepción por parte de Mahmoud como el housekeeper del edificio 9 Ahmed, que no pudo tener más atenciones con nuestra hija de 3 años. Menciones especiales para Nabil y Mohamed en restaurante buffet y a la carta.

Everything was just perfect, the staff in the posh club were exceptional! The upgrade is so worth it. We loved everything bar the hair salon, stay away from it. They made an absolute disaster out of my once beautiful hair. Everything else I can not fault.

Hair salon, I was supposed to be getting a protein treatment on my hair and it frazzled it and changed the colour to an orange colour. To say I am devastated is an understatement. I used to love my hair and now I try to hide it.

Bár nagyon nagy választék volt, kicsit egysíkú volt az füszerezés kiveve a grill és az indiai... Az elejen ha kesőbb erkeztünk az étterembe nehez volt tiszta megterített asztalt talalni, de jeleztük és a hét masodik felében már ez sem volt gond. Többször rendeltünk szobára de az utolsó az kb 1 5 2 ora volt mire hozták es nem igazán sikerült.

There was nothing particularly special about the hotel. It was quite similar to other hotels of the same level in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Overall, there was nothing particularly special about the hotel compared to other hotels of a similar level in Sharm El-Sheikh. The main issue for me was the buffet area. It is quite small and becomes extremely crowded. I also noticed a lack of supervision regarding food hygiene. Some guests were touching or taking food directly from the trays with their hands, and no staff intervened. The whole area felt disorganized and not properly monitored. I booked a sea-view room through Booking.com and waited until 3:00 PM to check in. I was told I had been given a sea-view room with a jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi was not important to me. Unfortunately, the room did not have what I would consider a proper sea view. I had to step outside and look to the left to actually see the sea. The hotel should be more accurate when describing rooms as “sea view.” I also had an unpleasant incident at the lobby bar. When I wanted to pay for a juice, a staff member asked me to exchange the money myself and bring him the exact amount. I believe arranging the change should be the staff’s responsibility, not the guest’s. Overall, the hotel needs better buffet hygiene supervision, more accurate room descriptions, and better attention to guest service.

Her şey harikaydı . Özellikle Merna , Reda, Andrew ve Şef Muhammed’e özel ilgileri için teşekkür ederiz . Bizim için çok güzel bir deneyim oldu . Eşimin doğum günü için çok güzel sürprizler hazırlamışlardı. Bir kez daha gitmek istediğim oteller arasında yerini aldı . Herkese tavsiye ederim , özellikle Posh Club deneyimini .

אהבתי הבריכה הפרטית של פוש קלאב האווירה הייתה רגועה רחוק מהרעש, הנקיון של בית המלון, העיצוב של בית המלון ואיך הוא מתוכנן עם הגינון, פארק המים. פחות אהבתי האוכל בחדר הראשון עדיף לשדרג לפוש קלאפ שיש להם חדר אוכל משלהם ואפשר לסגור בעוד מסעדות .

החדר שלנו היה קומה שנייה ורחוק מהאזור של החוף, המלון עם מלא מדרגות. אם אתם עם עגלה או ילדים קטנים זה יהיה מאתגר. יחד עם זאת תמיד אפשר לחכות לקלאפ קאר שתקח אותכם הכי קרוב לחדר.

Un soggiorno delizioso. In particolare per l'accoglienza all'arrivo, visto che siamo arrivate molto tardi, con la possibilità di fare Late Dinner e per il late check-out che il gentilissimo Mahmoud ci ha permesso di fare. Stanze pulite e personale gentilissimo.

Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit Die Angestellten an der Reception waren alle sehr kompetent unf hilfsbereit und standen für jegliche Fragen zur Verfügung. Auch der letzte Tag wird einem sehr angenehm gestaltet.

Genel olarak harika bir tatil geçirdik. Yaşadığımız tek bir olumsuz olayın tüm tatili kötü göstermesinin objektif olmayacağını düşünüyorum. Bu yüzden genel değerlendirmem oldukça pozitif. Otel ve genel olarak Sharm bölgesi büyük ölçüde Rus turist ağırlıklı. Yaşadığımız tek olumsuzluk, otelin düzenlediği ve otel dışındaki bir karnaval etkinliğine giderken oldu. Otobüste yapılan bilgilendirmenin tamamen Rusça yapılması bizi rahatsız etti. Otobüsümüzde iki görevli kız bulunmasına rağmen (kendilerine kesinlikle kızmadığımı özellikle belirtmek isterim, bu durum tamamen planlama ve organizasyon eksikliğidir), varış süresi, dönüş saati, buluşma noktası gibi temel bilgilerin uluslararası bir dil olan İngilizce ile de paylaşılmaması büyük bir eksiklikti. Bunun dışında herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Bunun haricinde otel deneyimimiz gerçekten kusursuzdu. Odada 7/24 çalışan klima oldukça başarılı ve serinletmesi yeterliydi. Otelde her gün farklı etkinlikler düzenleniyor ve animasyon ekibi oldukça enerjik ve eğlenceliydi. Herhangi bir sorun yaşandığında hızlı ve çözüm odaklı şekilde yardımcı oluyorlar. Güvenlik açısından da kendimizi rahat hissettik. Bölge zaten turistik olduğu için turizm polisi mevcut, ayrıca otelin kendi güvenlik ekibi de bulunuyor. Otel oldukça büyük ve yürüyüş yapmak için geniş alanlar var. Merdivenler biraz fazla olsa da otel içi araçlarla ulaşım sağlanabiliyor, bu da büyük kolaylık. Yemek çeşitliliği oldukça geniş ve herkesin damak tadına hitap edecek seçenekler mevcut. Bazı deniz ürünlerini tercih etmesem de kesinlikle aç kalmadım. Personelin ilgisi ayrıca takdire değerdi. Sürekli olarak memnuniyetimizi sorup bizimle ilgilendiler. Özellikle resepsiyon barında çalışan Yusuf Şaban’ın hazırladığı içecekler gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Açık büfede görevli Aladdin ise son derece yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Animasyon ekibinin müdürü ilk günden itibaren bizimle çok ilgilendi, etkinlikleri anlattı ve bizi sürekli aktivitelere davet etti.

Yaşadığımız tek olumsuzluk, otelin düzenlediği ve otel dışındaki bir karnaval etkinliğine giderken oldu. Otobüste yapılan bilgilendirmenin tamamen Rusça yapılması bizi rahatsız etti. Otobüsümüzde iki görevli kız bulunmasına rağmen (kendilerine kesinlikle kızmadığımı özellikle belirtmek isterim, bu durum tamamen planlama ve organizasyon eksikliğidir), varış süresi, dönüş saati, buluşma noktası gibi temel bilgilerin uluslararası bir dil olan İngilizce ile de paylaşılmaması büyük bir eksiklikti. La struttura e’ molto carina, molto curata e soprattutto ben gestita. Quotidianamente vedevo il personale a mettere a posto ogni dettaglio. La spiaggia e’ comfortevole, il mare e’ bello e pulito. Il cibo mi ha soddisfatta, sulle bevande vi posso dire che i coctail erano buoni e la mattinata acecano sempre almeno tre tipi di latte senza lattosio da proporre. Vorrei farei complimeti alla reception, sono molto gentili e cercano sempre di soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente con sorriso e la voglia di far tornare il cliente. Un saluto a Islam:)che ci ha sempre accontentati. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

Apparte la struttura veramente bella e ben organizzata. La cortesia e la professionalità di ogni singolo dipendente dell'albergo. Mi ha veramente colpito.

Probabilmente gli eventi dell'animazione potrebbero essere meglio organizzati. Rispettare la pianificazione. E magari non farli orientati prettamente al pubblico russo che era la maggioranza nel mio periodo.

Resepsiyona girdiğimiz andan itibaren mahmoud bey bize çok yardımcı oldu bahçe manzaralı oda aldığımız halde bize deluxe oda verdi. Ahmd bey dd aynı şekildr ilgiliydi. Yemekler harika . Güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Ospitalità e Servizio Reception.

We had a very pleasant stay in Sharm El Sheikh. Everything was good, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our daughter especially loved the heated outdoor pool, which made the holiday even more enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Nella nostra camera l'aria condizionata era un po' rumorosa ma tutto il resto era perfetto. Ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero controllato.

È stato tutto assolutamente perfetto! Il cibo, la stanza, i servizi e soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale in particolare della reception! La barriera corallina è meravigliosa. La maggior parte del personale parla italiano. Lo consiglio vivamente

Le tende oscuranti sarebbe preferibile che facessero più buio
